Hi, I'm.
Speaker 1:Tinkerbell the dog, and I'm her little sister, belle, and this is our podcast.
Speaker 2:Fierce fabulous fluff talking about stuff Gossip Pups. Fierce fabulous fluff talking about stuff Gossip Pups.
Speaker 3:Happy Friday everyone. I'm Tinkerbell and I'm Belle.
Speaker 1:And welcome to Gossip Pups Season 3, episode 9.
Speaker 3:Season 3, episode 9. Episode 9.
Speaker 1:9. Also known as 112.
Speaker 3:112 episodes Whoa.
Speaker 1:So we're back in the studio. Back in the studio, not in Nashville anymore. We had fun.
Speaker 3:So much fun. It's so weird, like I kind of liked having an audience member.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that was so cool yeah, we last. So cool, yeah, we we last week. If you all listened hopefully you did, or maybe you just have to catch up because you all were on break too, but we had our GPS number one fan, debbie Debbie with us and Debbie was in on the podcast and it was really fun.
Speaker 1:Yeah, hi, debbie, shout out, hope you are. Hi, debbie, shout out, hope you are good. Yeah, so that was really fun. It was really different. It's just I like doing our podcast on location. It's fun, breaks it up.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it definitely breaks it up.
Speaker 1:I know it doesn't sound as good.
Speaker 3:Well, it actually doesn't sound that bad, though. I mean it's just more white noise in the background. Yeah, lots more background noise, and honestly, my paws cannot carry any more equipment when we travel, so that microphone is what we use.
Speaker 1:What would we carry A sound booth with us? How would we do that?
Speaker 3:There are things that you can get to travel with to make a podcast. One they're pretty expensive so we have to talk human into buying them. And then two, it's like a whole other suitcase. Tell human to find us a sponsor, yeah, and then two. It's like a whole other suitcase.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that won't do, because we do not check luggage and we already have our packed suitcase with our clothes and provisions.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and our suitcases are already, like at the brim, packed, packed, so in order to put, like it's kind of like that microphone case down there, belle.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 3:Is it down there still?
Speaker 1:Yeah, it's pretty big.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's pretty big, so if you have to put that in the suitcase, forget it. It takes up most of the suitcase.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we can't do that, so it sounds fine, but it's more fun when there's like the ocean or we're outside and you hear it outside, or we're outside and you hear it outside.
Speaker 3:This was in the room so it was like whatever was circulation in the room, like the ventilation, yeah, there was like the fridge, the ventilation, the fire, debbie, yeah, I like when we're on.
Speaker 1:Oh, debbie was allowed to input. We were like say, hi, debbie, but that's what made it unique this time. Yeah, exactly. Every time we do it from somewhere it's a unique sound, Exactly. I mean at least even in London. Yeah, I was just going to say London.
Speaker 3:No, but you didn't know. We were like you would have no idea that we were in London. We could have just been lying and saying it, but then you got the experience of the alarm with the accent yes, so there is no joke in there.
Speaker 1:So, like you knew, we were in london. Yeah, for real, for real. Well, we have a witness.
Speaker 3:When we were in nashville, debbie, yeah, there you go, but it was like a hundred percent proof that we were in london, I know so now I forget what it said.
Speaker 1:Do you remember? Remember Alarm test or something? This is just a test of the alarm, or something like that? It was something crazy and we just kept. At first we were like I know, I was like wait, what is that, what is that? And we just kept recording because and then it said to not worry, they were just testing the system, or something like that, but it was like in a british accent yes, and it was now I want to go back and listen to what it was it was scary, it was so loud, but that was fun.
Speaker 1:And then we've done it where we've had the ocean, then we've done it where we've had the outdoor mountains Arizona, in the mountain area. So it's all different indoors, you know. That's the other thing we should check. We should go, listen to all of them and see how different they all sound. If you can really hear the location, maybe and do a quiz, name this location and do a sound bite.
Speaker 3:That sounds like a lot of technical work. Yes, which would mean me, because my paws do it, yeah, so I guess that's a bad idea. I don't know, maybe we can do like a compilation, okay, I don't know, I don't know, we'll see.
Speaker 1:So, anyway, we're back from Nashville and let me go to banter and finish up our Nashville trip, because we had a lot to finish up. Yeah, okay. So after spending time with Debbie, we got to go to the Grand Ole Opry backstage tour. Is that what we did? Yes, oh.
Speaker 3:What do you mean? I don't remember.
Speaker 1:You don't remember going to the tour.
Speaker 3:No, like I don't remember what we did in between to going to the tour. Oh, I remember we drove over there.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we went to the tour and then, we were early so they were like wait, come back in like time. So there was. It's very strange If you haven't been to the Grand Ole Opry. It's like in a shopping mall.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's honestly 100% strange.
Speaker 1:I don't understand, but it's in a shopping mall. It was not what I expected. So what happened? We saw this place called Dave and Buster's and we went in and played games.
Speaker 3:Well, we weren't hungry. No, we didn't know what to do. We didn't want to sit in the car. No, we went through the gift shop already and looked around. Yeah, no pass on that and we had time to kill yeah, so what was left.
Speaker 1:It was historic.
Speaker 3:Dave and Buster's.
Speaker 1:It's like a whole giant game room.
Speaker 3:So we played games. I think people know what Dave and Buster's is.
Speaker 1:Oh sorry, well, I hope, maybe not, maybe not. We went and played games and then we returned and went backstage. Yeah, so the backstage tour was actually really fun, so fun.
Speaker 3:We got to meet a lot of people yeah, and I don't think like this is the kind of backstage tour that could never happen in new york. No, everyone was so chill. Yes, like honestly, we could have like infiltrated if we wanted to. I know they're just very trusting over there.
Speaker 1:Very trusting, very laid back.
Speaker 3:They let us into all of their occupied dressing rooms and I was like we got to see the catering for Ringo.
Speaker 1:They were rehearsing it and we went on the stage.
Speaker 3:Yeah, the only area that, like we, obviously it was blocked off, like people were standing there not letting anyone go past the hallway, was where Ringo's dressing room was. But you knew that that was where his dressing room was Because that's the only place that was left. We did go and we saw like, but we literally saw everyone else's. We saw everyone else's.
Speaker 1:We saw his set list. We got to see where his catering was going to be set up for his food. Yep, we could have even gone and had some of his food. It started to get set up already. It was very trusting of us. I mean, I guess they know we're not going to do anything, but we were on stage. We met this man who wrote like 500 award-winning songs.
Speaker 3:I don't remember his name. He was very nice, which is terrible. He's like an older guy and he was talking to everyone, like all of us, and then he was so nice, yeah, like walked away and then the guide was like that's like he's written like 12 or something, number one hits or something Like 50. Like 50, number one hits, yeah.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and then he came back to talk to us.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and then we hit him again backstage by the dressing rooms and he was like hello, hello, tinkerbell.
Speaker 1:Hello, tinkerbell and Belle. Are you having fun, tinkerbell? Hello, Tinkerbell and Belle, are you having fun? Everyone is so nice and they were coming over to talk to us. And then this other guy is like yeah, we have a lot of famous dogs that come back here.
Speaker 3:Oh, yeah, and he's talking about the beard dog or Bush's bean dog or something I'm like.
Speaker 1:who that?
Speaker 3:The Bush's bean dog was back there. He's like that was the best day of my life and I was like, well little, do you know who you're meeting right now?
Speaker 1:Excuse me, now we're going to tell you who we really are. And then he was like wow Boy. So it was really nice. I did enjoy it. We got to go on the stage, we got to go in the audience and it's also smaller inside than I thought.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's definitely smaller when you see videos and pictures. It looks huge. Yeah, it looks. I thought it was going to be more of the size of like Radio City kind of vibe.
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 1:No, and it's also interesting that the seats are all like church pews. I don't know if I would be very comfortable in that for all those hours. Well, it's not that many hours. How do you know? Well, I guess you're standing up and singing and dancing.
Speaker 3:They showed the set. It's like. It's like a normal show, like seven to ten or something yeah, three hours on that seat. Yeah, three hours in a pew yep it's probably worth it oh yeah, it was just really cool you can probably get up and like go get drink or whatever and that's the thing also about nashville everyone is so nice.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's the one thing everyone is. Everyone is so nice.
Speaker 3:Yeah, that's the one thing Everyone is so nice.
Speaker 1:Not just at the Opry, everywhere. Everywhere we went was so nice, so let's go from the Opry then. Then we went to an excursion to find this special ice cream place that's gluten-free and vegan. So we drove. Now, mind you, it was cold out, but we still wanted ice cream. So we drove and we found this place called coco ice cream coco's, yeah, coco's ice cream and it was delicious and, um, as oh it's posted, you can see me eating it.
Speaker 2:It was delicious.
Speaker 1:She gave me a whole spoon and I was like I wasn't even waiting for her to put that down, I just got it in right away. Delicious. We had our last dinner at our hotel, of course, at the Lowe's Nashville Shout out, lowe's Nashville. We love you. We love you so much.
Speaker 3:I miss the Bell Suite. We literally got back to the bell suite. It was so late, we were so tired, we were just like about to pass out, but we were starving, so they hooked us up. They hooked us up with some delicious food, yep.
Speaker 1:And then we woke up, had breakfast in bed and headed to the airport. Yeah, we had a, the airport yeah. We had a lazy morning. Yeah, Our flight was kind of it was like at 3?.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it was a little later in the afternoon, but we kind of like slept in and just was really lazy. Yeah, we had breakfast in bed and relaxed and packed up and everything.
Speaker 1:But then once we got to the airport we were like, hmm, we better eat because we're not going to have lunch or dinner or anything. So we went to Blake Shelton's Old Red. Well fabulous, a live singer and everything.
Speaker 3:It was fun, like all the restaurants there they have. You know it's like you're on Broadway. Yeah, in Nashville. Entertainers, yeah, live performers playing guitar, singing in the restaurants.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 3:And it was packed, too Packed.
Speaker 1:We were lucky. We got a great table. Yep, I don't think I took photos with my food that day. No, I did not. No, no, we did not, no, no, we did not. But shout out Blake, yeah, go, blake, excellent. So, o-red, if you got to go to the National Airport and you want to just sit down and not have, like fast food takeout, fabulous, yeah, it's pretty good, five paws up, then we flew back to New York City and we're like back in New York, so we ended up binging this show on Netflix.
Speaker 3:Welcome to New York.
Speaker 1:We binged a show on Netflix called Zero Day and we watched it because when we went to the Jingle Ball we were backstage and we met.
Speaker 2:Robert De.
Speaker 1:Niro, the one and only and he was so nice to us, took photos with us, talked to us, so we had to watch it. So we watched it and it ended up. Another fun fact besides us knowing Robert De Niro, there's a big red dog in it that plays his dog in the TV series and it goes on jogs with him and runs with him. That dog has the same agent as us Wait red dog.
Speaker 1:He's like reddish colored, isn't he? Oh no, I thought he was a golden retriever, am I wrong? Isn't golden retriever like reddish?
Speaker 3:I thought they were golden.
Speaker 1:Golden, not reddish. Anyway, the big dog, Whatever color you'd like to call the big dog, he has the same agent as us Gotcha. That's another fun fact.
Speaker 3:Yes, and I have to. I was thinking about that show ever since we binged it. We binged it, it was okay.
Speaker 2:In a day. Yeah, I wouldn't say you have to watch it.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I wouldn't say, I wouldn't be like go watch it.
Speaker 1:He was good. But we got through it, we got through it, we watched the whole thing. Yeah, but it was okay. You know, if you have nothing and you want to find something to binge that you haven't seen, it's fine. It's not. Tortures are painful or terrible, it's okay.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I'd give it like three paws up.
Speaker 1:Yeah, me too. It's in the middle, yeah, yeah, not bad, just in the middle. And then we had to get a bath because we were filthy from Nashville, from all of our running around, yeah. And then this big beautiful box arrived from Italy. Our friends from Charlotte's Dress Italia sent us a present which I can't wait to open. So hopefully, today we're going to go open it. I can't wait to open. So hopefully, today we're going to go open it, and I will make sure we show you everything we got, because she makes us the most beautiful clothing ever. Right, tink, yes, yes, she does, she does. She knows how to fit us perfectly and she's just very nice. We love her. Shout out Charlotte's Dressia, you are a classy lady, classy designs, and we can't wait to open our presents. And that's it 100%. That's it for banter, is that it? That's it, oh well one more thing?
Speaker 1:Yeah, go ahead. I got to have fun yesterday. Yes, you did. I was going to say I had a day away from Tink and I had a day away from Belle and we. I went to the dance studio and saw my friends. It was the best day ever. I got to run and play and say hi to everyone and I had a nice relaxing day at home.
Speaker 3:It was 100% what I needed. I laid on the couch, then I went to my bed, then I went back to the couch.
Speaker 1:And I didn't get to kick her off of her spot because I wasn't here. She got to do whatever she wanted. She said it was her spa day.
Speaker 3:It was a great day.
Speaker 1:And mine was my fun day.
Speaker 3:I got to eat in peace, without you coming to steal my food it was amazing.
Speaker 1:I ate dinner at the studio, at the dance studio. It was a lot of fun I had and you had fun in your spa day, restfulness, Tink. But get ready, tink, I'm home and I'm going to get your spots in your seats and everything and kick your butt out rude yeah, so that's what happened this week, and I can't believe we're already on another week, so let's go tinker hit it time for some pop culture.
Speaker 3:The craziest things have happened this week it's just, it's been a very strange week, very strange week, but I'll first just start with the queen and hairy face. That's a little bit of news from him.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I know this.
Speaker 3:Do you?
Speaker 1:I don't know. Go ahead, let's hear it.
Speaker 3:Okay, well, the first one is that hold on now, of course, I lose everything no, come on. I know what happened because it's this ridiculous pop ups, oh, and you know what else? So hairy face. Okay, go ahead.
Speaker 1:I just wanted to say I forgot. There's a magazine writing an article about us. Oh yeah, it's okay. Sorry that we'll announce when it comes out. Go yeah.
Speaker 3:Okay. So Travis Kelsey listens to Taylor Swift's music when he's depressed. She has something for every mood, so nothing helps Travis Kelsey shake off a bad mood like his girlfriend's music. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end explained to his brother, jason Kelsey, on Wednesday's New Heights podcast episode why he listens to Taylor Swift songs when he is depressed. Travis 35, said she has something for everything, which is like so true, so true, so true, yes, and Jason agreed that no matter what mood you're in, you can find some Taylor music to relate to.
Speaker 1:That's right.
Speaker 3:Mm-hmm, but Jason actually said that he prefers sad country when he's feeling down.
Speaker 1:I wonder if he went to the Grand Ole Opry? Probably yeah. I mean maybe Did he go backstage and on stage and in the dressing room like we did. I don't know about that then he said so.
Speaker 3:Travis said that he listens to music. That is very telling of his mood, and the only way you can find yourself in the light is to find yourself in the dark first oh, that's deep Travis.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's not coming from him. Taylor must have taught him that and he just stuck with that line.
Speaker 3:Maybe, yeah, yeah, and I actually agree with that. There's like a Taylor Swift song for every single mood.
Speaker 1:Oh, totally agree.
Speaker 3:But you know what my favorite is Sad happy, pissed off, yeah.
Speaker 1:But you know what my favorite is? What? Shake it off. Shake it off, I know Because that's the best thing you could do. Just when something's wrong, just shake it off.
Speaker 3:Yeah, that's definitely not my favorite, but it's okay.
Speaker 1:No it's not my favorite, I'm just saying like it's a great Song.
Speaker 3:Motto.
Speaker 1:Yeah, a saying a motto, yeah, shake it off.
Speaker 3:And on top of that, Travis Kelsey officially is returning to the Kansas City Chiefs amid retirement rumors.
Speaker 1:Yes, he is.
Speaker 3:We better get those shirts out and get ready After months of speculation about whether he would retire ahead of the NFL's 2025 season, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end decided he will officially be returning to the field for another year. Well, I think Travis wrote that he's coming back for sure explaining gonna try and get to the best shape I've been this offseason and get back to the mountaintop. He also said he got a real bad taste in his mouth with how he played in the last game and I don't know that's it.
Speaker 1:Well, he's got to not have so much fun. He's got to focus on the football and his health, because he got a little like he wasn't as focused because he was too busy eating out and running here and running there.
Speaker 3:I see it now with the pop-ups. Sorry guys. He says I can't go out like that. Exactly which I agree.
Speaker 1:I agree too. I kept saying how is the man doing this? In fact, if we go back in podcast, you will hear me saying I don't understand. How is he doing this? How is he not practicing?
Speaker 3:Especially when, like, because he was going out a lot Too much During the football season.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 3:But he was also going to her shows, yes, so he definitely was not keeping up with, like everything.
Speaker 1:No, he was not keeping up with like everything, no, he?
Speaker 3:was not keeping up with his strict diet and his strict routine. Yeah, strict diet, strict routine.
Speaker 1:He's got to get in it, yeah, so hopefully He'll get back in shape.
Speaker 2:Mm-hmm.
Speaker 1:He'll do it. Yeah, taylor told him you better do this. She's not letting him retire. You don't go out on the bottom, you go out on the bottom, you go out on the top, that's right, yep, so I guess we'll see and she probably told him you gotta get your act together maybe because she's very disciplined well, yeah, but she also goes out all the time too.
Speaker 3:But she's very disciplined because, like she didn't miss one of those shows Nope, did not miss, did she ever?
Speaker 1:get sick and cancel a show. No, I said she's superwoman. I want to know what vitamin she takes. I don't understand.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's really crazy. She literally never.
Speaker 1:Two years didn't miss anything Like a three and a half hour show. The only time they had to cancel was because of a security thing one show.
Speaker 3:The security thing yeah.
Speaker 1:Yeah, did not miss a show. I don't understand. I keep saying what vitamins is she on?
Speaker 3:She's on something amazing.
Speaker 1:I want that she's got to share the news, like, how come, like, give it to everybody.
Speaker 3:I know, yeah. Well, I guess this will be a good segue to our next story. Okay, fans blast Justin Timberlake after he cancels final concert of US tour minutes before showtime. Fans are pissed, since Justin Timberlake had to hang up his suit and tie after coming down with the flu.
Speaker 2:The.
Speaker 3:Grammy winner announced he had to cancel the final US stop on his Forget Tomorrow world tour in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday. Concertgoers allegedly received the update within 15 minutes of showtime. No, so they were all there. So he tried to fight through it, but then it got worse. So this is what I don't understand. Well, this is terrible.
Speaker 1:This is terrible for the people in there. I would be so angry.
Speaker 3:Yeah, Also you just said you did. Sound check is hours before people are let into the stadium.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so why did you?
Speaker 3:not say it right away?
Speaker 1:Yeah, I mean, if you were already sick and you were trying to push through, that would mean maybe an hour later you got worse, but not 15 minutes.
Speaker 3:yeah, and like something strange going there yeah, and I don't know, I'm just like you really couldn't push through.
Speaker 1:I don't know, he doesn't have taylor's super pills no, and I don't know.
Speaker 3:I just feel like it's so disrespectful.
Speaker 1:Yeah, like everyone's there but already bought your merchandise. Yeah, already bought, spent all the money drinks food. They're not getting money back for anything, except that one little babysitters yeah, yeah, I don't know. Do we believe him?
Speaker 3:I don't know, like maybe he did, maybe he was trying, but then they were like no, you're not going on. I don't know.
Speaker 1:I just find he should have just made the decision after the sound check or gone out there or just gone out there taking an advil yeah, or gone out there and said, listen, I'm under'm under the weather, I have the flu, but I'm going to give you at least the best concert I can give you.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 1:They would have understood, At least they would have had something. They already spent all that money and it's not. They're not getting anything back but the ticket.
Speaker 3:I don't know. They should have called in Taylor's doctors.
Speaker 1:Yep and said help Justin, but she wouldn't help him. I don't know they should have called in Taylor's doctors Yep and said help Justin, but she wouldn't help him. I don't think.
Speaker 3:But I mean whatever.
Speaker 1:Well, I would be mad, Everyone's mad. I would be mad because it costs money to either park or take the train or whatever to the place. You're not getting that back. You've purchased his stupid T-shirt. You're not getting that back. You've purchased his stupid t-shirt. You're not getting that back. You've already eaten and had some sodas. You're not getting that back. Seriously, buddy, get out there.
Speaker 1:Suck it up and get out there, do the best you can and explain to the audience while you're doing it. They get it. People are sick. People get sick, but not last. Explain to the audience while you're doing it. They get it. Yeah, people are sick. People get sick, but not last minute when the show's going on.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 1:I don't agree with him.
Speaker 3:Yeah, totally agree with you, belle.
Speaker 1:Yeah, not with him. No, taylor would never do that.
Speaker 3:Oh goodness, you at least give the audience something. Yep, nothing he gave. Okay, okay next story, yeah, okay. So this is where this week has been just so crazy. But um, this past week, michelle tractenberg was found dead in her new York City Columbus Place apartment complex in Manhattan's Central Park South neighborhood. She was 39 years old. Crazy, and I don't know if people know who Michelle Trachtenberg is listening to this podcast, but she was Harriet the Spy, ice Princess, buffy the Vampire Slayer she was in that.
Speaker 1:She was in Gossip Girl. Yeah, but here's the other thing about all these reports. Some say she lives in Hell's Kitchen. Some say she lives like. Everybody's saying she lives different places.
Speaker 3:Oh, no, I pretty much read that. She just that she lived in Columbus Circle.
Speaker 1:I've read Hell's Kitchen. I've read Hell's Kitchen. I've read so many different locations. Oh that's weird. Very weird, like, do you?
Speaker 3:not know where the police went. Every time I've read it, it says Columbus Circle apartment.
Speaker 1:Mm-hmm, weird, I read that first, but yeah.
Speaker 2:I don't know.
Speaker 1:It's very sad, very strange. I don't think we'll ever get answers because they won't do an autopsy.
Speaker 3:No, yes, so that's what I was going to say. So the actress whose credits include title role in Harriet the Spy, gossip Girl, buffy the Vampire Slayer, had undergone a liver transplant within the last year, adding that her body may have rejected the organ. Her body may have rejected the organ, um, but it is now known that her cause of death is going to be ruled as undetermined after her family has objected to the autopsy. That was weird. Do you hear that?
Speaker 1:I heard that there was an alien I also read multiple so many different things of when this liver transplant actually happened, so much different timing, like there's so much mixed information out there, and I think if it was actually cause of death from the liver transplant, she would have more likely been in the hospital than in her apartment having doctors taking care of her.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I'm very confused because also it says how the mother she saw her daughter alive 10 pm Tuesday night, just 10 hours before she found her lying in bed, unresponsive, in her Manhattan apartment, so like.
Speaker 1:Something's wrong.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And they. The problem is in New York State if you do an autopsy, it's public record and I think they just don't want that out there.
Speaker 3:Mm hmm, but you know, it's just so sad, like she was so young, um, I mean, when I looked at the pictures of her on instagram lately, like she definitely looks not well yeah, apparently all of her fans were commenting on her posts yeah. So I don't know if it was like the liver thing or something else, I don't know I don't know.
Speaker 3:I just again, if I, if it was a liver thing, I feel like she would have been at the hospital maybe I don't know I mean, you don't really know though maybe maybe it was like they they knew what was happening and she was just like I was saying I don't want to yeah, I don't want to do this anymore, or something you never know I don't know who knows, yeah, but it's very sad, very terrible yes, so rest in peace, michelle tractenberg yes and then, on top of that, also strange jean hackman and wife betsy arakawa's um, sorry so jean hackman and wife bety Arakara were found dead with one of their dogs was dead as well in their New Mexico home, and so that happened this week, and so people were saying like maybe it's carbon monoxide.
Speaker 1:That was the first thing I thought, because the dog too, mm hmm, but the other dog was alive too.
Speaker 3:Yeah, the other two are fine so um, but now they say that their preliminary autopsies show no signs of external trauma. So after the couple were found dead in the new mexico home wednesday, they were transported to the office of medical investigator in the santa fe county sheriff's office and they said an autopsy was performed. Initial findings noted no external trauma to either individual. The release added that this remains an open investigation as official autopsy and toxicology reports are pending.
Speaker 1:But then they did say they found, like found pills on the floor somewhere.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I couldn't find that where you were saying about that. Oh no, it says it right here. So Arakawa and the deceased dog, notably, were found in a bathroom with pills scattered nearby, but it doesn't make sense. So, timeline wise, she apparently was dead first apparently she's been dead for some time, as her body showed signs of mummification. Yes, hackman, meanwhile, was located in a separate room of the residence what I don't know.
Speaker 1:It's it, it's all so strange, I don't know.
Speaker 3:And it says here and the dog and while the late actor's family members initially suspected carbon monoxide poisoning, a search warrant obtained by the outlet stated there was no obvious signs of a gas leak. So wait, if the dog and the pills. So actually I guess this makes sense. Maybe it was the dog ate the pills, the dog ate the pills after she yeah passed away from the pills yeah, the dog made his way in there and started eating the pills and happened to him.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and we don't know, maybe she was his gene, hackman gene, his caretaker, and he wasn't able to get out of bed, so maybe she, she couldn't help him and he couldn't do anything. I don't know, who knows. There's so many scenarios, but it's just another strange thing yeah, it's very strange, and he has children too, yes, older children from his first marriage.
Speaker 3:He survived by his three children, christopher 65, elizabeth 63, and Leslie 58. It's very strange. I lost my ears. He looked so different. You lost your ears.
Speaker 1:I lost my ears. I only have one ear, but that's okay, that's weird, that's weird. Yeah, he I don't really know. I don't think I know a lot of what he's been in, but I know that's what I? I don't know actually, but from photos he looks very like.
Speaker 1:I wouldn't recognize him if he was next to us at the Grand Ole Opry or something. Yeah, yeah, but another sad, tragic thing this week. What's wrong with this week? So crazy, yeah, I'm just. I still can't also believe tomorrow is March. I know, like February's, february went so fast, so fast. January was torturously slow, february was so fast, so fast, and now we're on to march, which is good. I just want to get through this first three months.
Speaker 3:Yeah, yeah, and I have one more story. Yeah, great, a little more crazy, and this is positive, don't worry. Katy Perry, gayle King, lauren Sanchez heading to space with Blue Origins Historic All-Women Mission.
Speaker 1:It's crazy. They're blasting off, blast off, and I'm courageous, but I don't know if I would do that.
Speaker 3:The trio will be joined by former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Noyan and film producer Carrie Ann Flynn.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so here's the thing.
Speaker 3:You want me to keep going?
Speaker 1:Okay, keep going, then I'll talk.
Speaker 3:I don't know how to explain being terrified and excited at the same time. It's like how I felt about to deliver a baby. Gail King says 70. So told CBS Mornings this was never my dream. This was never my dream it was never. It was never my dream. And somebody said maybe you need to have new dreams oh my gosh.
Speaker 3:I don't know if that's a dream or a nightmare um, so once kirby and will and oprah, fine with it. I was fine with it. I thought Oprah would say no, no, no. She said I think if you don't do it then they all come back and you had the opportunity to do it. You will be kicking yourself. She's right, oh gosh.
Speaker 1:So when you go to space, a normal astronaut has to undergo this rigorous training. Do these people have to do that, or is this like a ride, because they did this once before? All it did was go up and down yeah, that's what I'm. I'm curious about that too, it's so I don't think they need to go through any training. They just go up and down and come back.
Speaker 3:But even if you go up and down, like that's still a huge shock to your system, like don't you need to at least have a certain amount of training.
Speaker 1:I don't know, I think so. I don't understand. Like, how is this becoming this? Let's have fun ride here and also gail came like what are we the jetsons?
Speaker 3:I'm sorry, if I was 70 years old, like I would not. I don't know it, it's just scary. Do you get health tests to? Make sure that your body will sustain it.
Speaker 1:But what are those health tests? What do the doctors do to make sure? Do they throw your body against a wall and see if you survive? How does this work? I don't know, because just think about going on a ride. It's like that. Know, like that. What is it called? Rocking roller coaster in Disney?
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's more than that. It's like a million times more than that.
Speaker 1:So if your face is, like in rock and roller coaster, what happens when you go straight up to space? I don't know and I don't want to know. I would be terrified.
Speaker 2:But here's also what I'm thinking.
Speaker 1:I'm thinking they're paying Katy Perry to do this and Gayle King? I don't know about Gayle King, I don't really know much about her, but I think because who Katy Perry is, celebrity status etc, etc. And she's already posted on social media about it I think they're paying her, but think about it. She's advertising for them. Why would she post for free Like this is not, I think, something she's like. I just feel like it's an opportunity. It is an opportunity, but I'm just very suspicious.
Speaker 3:But as usual, there's no.
Speaker 1:There's no like data about these space companies, like I don't know, like I wouldn't like there was that I think william shatner is that who went up in this plane no, but didn't?
Speaker 3:they wasn't that? Wasn't that Elon Musk's? Or was that the Virgin Air one? Because this is Jeff Bezos, this is the Amazon guy's space thing. No, I know, I don't know, I don't think they've ever done anything. Wait so.
Speaker 1:I don't know, I think it was. Wait, who went up to space? Was it George Clooney or the William Shatner guy, the guy from Star Wars, star Trek?
Speaker 3:Oh yeah, he did go to space aboard Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 3:At 90, he became the oldest person to ever go to space. Yeah, and he survived Wow.
Speaker 1:I mean. But here again it's not like our space astronauts that go up, they they park, they land up there, they're researching, walking around, doing all this stuff. I think this just goes up and comes down, it's not like they're spending days or time like they don't need a hotel or something up there. They're just. Yeah, they go up, they look at the see, the planet.
Speaker 3:Yeah, which is amazing, they can see Earth from space, and then they come back down.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so it's like a ride.
Speaker 3:Yeah, exactly yeah, a ride that I will never take?
Speaker 1:I don't think I will either, but I still think Katy Perry's getting something out of this.
Speaker 3:I think they're all getting something out of it. Maybe they have to be, because you're basically also risking your life. Yeah, I don't think I would do that. They definitely have to sign papers that say if it explodes it's not their fault.
Speaker 1:Yeah, well, the astronauts sign those things too. Yep, yeah, that's terrible, scary. That's what they're trained for and that's their job, unfortunately. But these are just randos that go up.
Speaker 3:Randos that go up and then come back down, yeah, Randos that are selected for the ride.
Speaker 1:Let's go, you go up. You see, take a picture. Land I don't think my stomach could handle it Me either. Oof, I think I'd be so seasick. Has a dog? I don't think my stomach could handle it Me either. Oof, I think I'd be so seasick. Has a dog ever gone to space? I don't think I would like to be the first, though, if they haven't. Yeah, a dog went to space in Russia. The space dogs job. We did Remember that. Space dogs, oh, yeah, you said, yeah, the Russian astronauts had space dogs. Yeah, yeah, that's this job. We did that. Um, yeah, so we learned about that, but we didn't go to space. But russian astronauts soviet space dogs soviet. Yeah, yeah, cool, yeah, so I don't want to be.
Speaker 2:We can't even break a record no I don't want to be the first american i'm'm good.
Speaker 1:Thanks, I'm good, I will watch. Yeah, I'll just watch. Plus, I think you have to really stay in that seat and me I'm like I can't see. I'd be wanting to see out the window.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And you've got to really stay buckled in that seat for I don't know how long is this journey, this journey, this ride up and down?
Speaker 3:I don't know Me either, I have no idea.
Speaker 1:But I don't think that they would have to build a special seat. That's high enough for me at the window. I still don't think I would do it though.
Speaker 3:I think you can see it's like it's a, isn't it like glass? Like you can see everything.
Speaker 1:Is it all glass? I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. I don't know either. But good luck, good luck launchers.
Speaker 3:It gives me anxiety just thinking about it.
Speaker 1:I'm good, I like it here. I mean, yes, we go on airplanes, but I like regular airplanes in here, because I can still walk around on an airplane. That is like a little paper towel inside tube. It goes, they just throw in the air, I'm good, I'm good. So, yeah, what else? Tinker, that's it. That's the end of my pop culture. All right, Great poppin', let's go to some pop culture.
Speaker 1:Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. Yeah, all right, here we go. First story Two dogs found abandoned in cage in Utah desert with no food or water. Left to die. A pair of dogs have been found abandoned in a cage in a Utah desert. Look at the picture. See Winky, the Hurricane Animal Shelter, shared on a Facebook post that two dogs were found off the 318 near Quail Lake with no food or water.
Speaker 1:According to local media outlet, in Salt Lake City, two hikers found the male land zeers on the morning of February 23rd. Police reportedly took back the canines, took them to the shelter. We have minimal information on who left them no collars, no microchips, they said. If anyone knows, please let us know. Alongside, the shelter shared photos of the two dogs, including a picture of them inside the cage in the desert. So the pooches are fine, so don't worry about them. But their message is everybody needs to stop thinking that animals are disposable. They are not disposable and this is true. So they were able. Thank goodness for the two hikers saving these guys. These are bigger guys and like if you don't want to keep us, then like, take us to the shelter yourself. Exactly, you don't get in trouble for that, but doing what you do, you're going to get in trouble for it. Mm-hmm. Okay, next story. This is for that. But doing what you do, you're going to get in trouble for it.
Speaker 1:Okay, next story. This is crazy. You ready for this, Tink, yes? Vet finds 24 socks, two hair ties, a onesie and other jaw-dropping items inside an ailing seven-month-old puppy.
Speaker 2:What.
Speaker 1:I knew it would take you a while to process that A dog in the Los Angeles area is recovering from extensive surgery after her veterinarian pulled 24 socks and a half a dozen other items from her stomach. According to a post on Instagram from the Corona Animal Emergency Center, located 50 miles outside of Los Angeles in Corona, california, a seven-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Luna, who was rushed to the hospital after her owner's notice she was vomiting and had a firm, distended abdomen. This is Luna. Oh gosh, what we found was jaw-dropping. The hospital wrote alongside X-ray photos of Luna's stomach full of clothing, plus photos of her recovery and a snap of the doctor posing with everything that was found in her stomach 24 socks, one scrunchie, two hair ties, one shoe insert and a small onesie from her intestines and miscellaneous classmates. Look at it all.
Speaker 3:Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1:They confirmed Luna had undergo gastro gastrotomy to clear her stomach and the enterotomy to remove the onesie which was causing intestinal obstruction. This is crazy. Look Okay, here's the guy with all the doctor with all of the items. Yikes, that's sick. So the puppy is going to be fine. But long story short, like watch what your dog is eating. Yeah, stop leaving everything all over the floor.
Speaker 3:Oh, my goodness.
Speaker 1:Like it's not Luna's fault. She ate everything. It's your fault it is. If you're going to be a sloppy human, you can't have a dog.
Speaker 3:Oh no, tink't have a dog. Oh no, tink, it's terrible Right.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so I'm glad Luna's going to be okay.
Speaker 3:All right, my last and final story I'm glad Luna's going to be okay. It reminds me of Belle, when you got a beauty blender.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah, I did eat a blue, a black.
Speaker 2:A beauty blender.
Speaker 1:Because I thought blue a black, because I thought it was a toy and it was kind of large it was, and I didn't know what it was. So I went and tried to play with it and throw it around and it started falling apart and ended up.
Speaker 3:I ate some of it, yeah, but I was fine yeah, it was human's fault though, yeah, it fell on the floor. She, she didn't realize.
Speaker 1:Yeah, as I said, you can't be a sloppy human and have pups around, that's all Okay. Last story Queen Camilla announces that she's adopted a new rescue puppy. Oh, following the death of her dog Beth in November, queen Camilla has announced she's adopted a new rescue puppy named. She calls it Mowly Mowly. She shared the news M-O-L-E -Y Correct Tink, okay, spelling bee Bing, bing bing. Good job.
Speaker 1:The queen shared the news during an outing in the English town of Canterbury on February 25th, telling a member of the public I've just got a new puppy who is eight weeks old, so it looks like it's time to find her some new puppy food. When asked about the breed, she answered well, you may well ask, it's a bit of everything. It's a rescue dog called Moley, because she looks just like a mole. What does a mole look like a mole? What does a mole look like? Reportedly, the female puppy from the Bitter Seed Dogs and Cats Home is where Queen is a patron and that Moley has a mother who is half Jack Russell Terrier, and Camilla's favorite breed is the Jack Russell Terrier. So this is Moly, adorable Aww. So I don't know why it looks like a mole. I guess in England a mole is something cute, do you know? Maybe?
Speaker 3:I don't know, let me look it up.
Speaker 1:But I'm glad she adopted a new little puppy.
Speaker 3:Good for her Queen needs a little companion, um Moley from Holy Moley.
Speaker 1:No, it looks like a mole.
Speaker 3:She said A mole is a, a critter right, oh, oh my gosh, why am I thinking? A mole? What are you thinking?
Speaker 1:Like a mole on a face? Oh my gosh tank. No, why am I thinking a mole? What are you thinking? Like a mole on a face? Like a mole on his face? Oh my gosh Tank. No, isn't a mole. Like a critter. Like a fox or some animal like that, a mole, an animal.
Speaker 3:Mole animal? Yeah, isn't it like a Tank thinks it's a? How does that dog? That dog does not look like a mole. I'm sorry.
Speaker 1:Oh, it does have a cute face, though that I mean it has strange hands.
Speaker 1:No, I don't think that dog looks like a mole, but she calls it Moley. So, oh, that doesn't look like this dog. No, queenie, I don't know what kind of mole you're looking at, but that's not him. But good luck to little Moley. It doesn't make sense, I'm sorry. No, I wish Moly the best. He's very cute. Does not look like that. What Tink just showed me. Yeah, not at all. Guys, google Mo in England. I'm speechless, don't even know how to explain it. It's got long nose and these crazy looking hands. That does not look like this puppy. This does not look like it at all. Not look like this puppy at all. So welcome back GPSers to New York. Happy Friday everyone. Hope you have a fabulous weekend. It's warm here in New York. It was freezing in Nashville. It's very strange weather. I don't know what's happening, but we're going to wrap it up Right, tinker. Yes, we are.
