Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Tinky's got her drink. I've got my drink, Got my tea we made it in the morning for you guys Ready to spill the tea.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, another morning, another normal day in the studio.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it feels so strange. So strange because we had so many weeks where we had conflict and had to do it later in the day. So this is really a good morning everyone.

Speaker 3:

It's a good.

Speaker 1:

Friday morning Rise and shine, go get your coffee, sit down and enjoy GPS.

Speaker 3:

So how was your week? Belle.

Speaker 1:

Oh, it was just great. Let's have some banter then, I guess, so we can talk about it. All right, okay. So what happened this week? Oh, okay, the first thing is that our Christmas campaign that we shot for social media for the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Bark Holiday Box went up.

Speaker 3:

Yes, it did.

Speaker 1:

And that was so much fun. But then the next day, my campaign that I shot for three days as Tiny Tim came out, yes, the Bark campaign. It's been like the Bark week.

Speaker 3:

It has been.

Speaker 1:

Boom Bark, bark, bark. So anyway, I love it. Everybody's writing us messages saying that they see me and that I did so good.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, Belle, you did excellent work as Tiny Tim. Yeah thanks, I just wish you had that little hat.

Speaker 1:

I know. They wouldn't give me clothes, they should have given me clothes, I would wear them.

Speaker 3:

I know, but if you had a little English hat and like a little crutch, yeah, I would have acted with that easily we could have done that, that would have been really cute.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, my favorite part, which I didn't know, was that they had a. They opened the book and I'm a drawing in the book.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, you look like a Charles Dickens.

Speaker 1:

It's so cool.

Speaker 3:

I didn't see that Well actually no, you don't, because Charles Dickens is just text, not illustration. But, you look like an old-fashioned holiday book, like a storybook.

Speaker 1:

It's so cute. I know that's my favorite part because that was a surprise to me, because I was there for three days working on the videos and the print and the commercials and all it was just so much fun. So I'm so glad everybody's seeing it. I'm so happy it's out and yeah, it's been a bark-filled week, no, but seriously, the toys are really good and I got to keep some of the toys from set.

Speaker 1:

I got the book where the treats can go in the book. And what else did I bring home? Did I bring home Miss Piggy or Fozzie? I can't remember. I don't remember which one you brought home Because you know you shoot these jobs so long ago. Do you know I shot that job in August?

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I know, and now it finally just launched the holiday campaign, but you shoot everything so far in advance that you forget stuff.

Speaker 2:

But I'm so happy it came out.

Speaker 1:

I love it, and I love our Rudolph box too that we got to work with.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, excellent box, yeah, tons of great toys in there. So much, and the treats are delicious, I know yeah, excellent box Tons of great toys in there.

Speaker 3:

So much, and the treats are delicious.

Speaker 1:

I know, that's the good thing. The best thing about working on Booking a commercial and print for Bark when I go to set Is their treats. I get to eat everything on set. It's fabulous 100%. Anyway, what else happened this week? Oh yeah, we had an audition, but we didn't get it because they decided 100%. Anyway, what else happened this week? Oh yeah, we had an audition, but we didn't get it because they decided they want a medium dog instead of a small dog.

Speaker 3:

I know Whatever. How could they change their mind after looking at our fabulous faces?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and like we've got a resume that's huge, like come on, guys, mm-hmm, yeah, oh, so have you guys watched Yellowstone? We watched Yellowstone.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, we did, we did, we did the recap.

Speaker 1:

Let's recap Yellowstone.

Speaker 3:

A little Bellowstone. Well, it was only episode one. Yes.

Speaker 1:

That's all we saw.

Speaker 3:

Spoiler alert. Fast forward if you don't want to.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, if you didn't watch it and don't want to know what happens, just go to the next little section of Bell's Panther. Yeah, okay, so we watched it.

Speaker 3:

There's no more Kevin Costner as we knew, yeah and like. So what did they do? They killed him. They killed him off. You see legs? As soon as possible.

Speaker 1:

Oh, you saw what legs In the first like two seconds, two seconds. All of a sudden you see legs in another room laying on the floor. It wasn't really him, but whatever I know. I mean it didn't make sense. They pretended wait. Can I talk about it? Yeah, we said spoiler alert.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, we said spoiler alert Go for it. We already ruined it. Yeah, we ruined it.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, they pretended he committed suicide. He didn't commit suicide.

Speaker 3:

We all know that Well, as Beth knew that it's Jamie. Yeah, yeah, and Casey wasn't convinced, but now I think he's convinced.

Speaker 1:

Casey's never convinced about Jamie. He never believes it. But it's always true that guy's just bad. He's always true that guy's just bad he's just messy, he's a bad guy, but what else? Um, oh yeah, we saw so, apparently.

Speaker 3:

And horses again, and but apparently, like kevin cosner was like upset that he didn't know what happens to his character. And I'm like buddy, you didn't.

Speaker 1:

You have no say. But the odd thing is he's listed as the producer still.

Speaker 3:

I think because it's in the contract, because he was from the beginning.

Speaker 1:

But then why didn't he know All producers can get the script Just read it, you're right.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, we're set pups, I know the deal well, no, there's obviously a falling out, like he's just probably collecting the checks, but I don't think he's involved at all.

Speaker 1:

Nobody speaks to him at all, yeah. I don't think they're on speaking terms all he had to do was say to his agent I want to see episode 1 script, because he's the producer. He has a right to do that and he didn't, so that's his fault. I'm sorry, kevin, we're fans't, so that's his fault. I'm sorry, kevin, we're fans of yours, but that's your fault.

Speaker 3:

I know.

Speaker 1:

No reason to be upset now. What did you think? They were going to? Have someone, and oh, they could have used AI and made him stay the whole season.

Speaker 3:

Well, actually no. He said that he heard they could have used AI. He could have used AI. They could have used AI.

Speaker 1:

No, because then there would have been a lawsuit.

Speaker 3:

There would have been a lawsuit about his likeness.

Speaker 1:

Well, okay, I don't want to change the subject, but there's a campaign for a brand that Tinky first worked for. I don't want to say it, but they made this AI dog and he's bigger than us, but like his face looks a little weird, like it's not believable. He's real. He looks a little crazy yeah, but also it's bad.

Speaker 3:

no, that video, but also that video of um that was going around viral of of sailors holding live polar bears like wild polar bears. And you fell for it, belle, you were like wow, look how cute.

Speaker 1:

Because I love the polar bears.

Speaker 3:

I can't help it, they're so cute, and these sailors are just holding wild polar bears from the Arctic.

Speaker 1:

No, yeah, they rescued a baby, they said.

Speaker 3:

No, but there was multiples of them, oh.

Speaker 1:

I didn't see that.

Speaker 3:

I only saw one and then but where they rescued the baby, but it's ai, I know but it's ai and it said it underneath, like it says it in the little caption, like underneath, like meta ai or something, video oh well and. But it does like look weirdly real but also weirdly fake if you really watch it yeah, well, they well, I'm just saying it, I don't care.

Speaker 1:

Another spoiler this ralph lauren campaign with this ai dog. It's just a little creepy. So you all have to go look for it, because he's white and he's bigger like a medium dog, but his face looks a little weird, I don't know.

Speaker 3:

Anyway, so kevin costano could have been ai and and been in this series I don't think people would have liked that at all it, just it looks weird.

Speaker 1:

Ai just doesn't look right yeah, yeah, I don't think.

Speaker 3:

Now I want to find this video.

Speaker 1:

Of the polar bear or of the other dog, oh, the both. Well, the dog is like for a Christmas campaign and it just doesn't make sense because he looks a little. I mean, watch, he's probably real and not AI, I don't know.

Speaker 3:

I mean it does look it looks really fake, yeah, but I don't know. I mean, it does look it looks really fake, yeah, but I don't know. No, maybe it's not.

Speaker 1:

I'm really See now Tink's doubting it. Tink's the one that told me I was like, okay, it looks what's with this dog, and Tink's like it's AI. I was like, oh, okay, that makes sense. Now it looks really weird. You found it, I don't know.

Speaker 3:

All right, guys weigh in.

Speaker 1:

I'm watching, it Is this AI, or is this?

Speaker 3:

real. Is this a real dog or is this a fake dog?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, is it AI or is it real? And Yellowstone back to Yellowstone again, like Kevin Costner.

Speaker 3:

Oh, so then we didn't finish the recap of the episode.

Speaker 1:

Exactly, I know because I said he could have been AI and then I got sidetracked, as usual.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, okay. So let's move on from AI. Yeah, moving on from AI. So, kevin, it's your fault. You're the producer. Your agent could have done it. You didn't have to even be involved. Just see the script no, he actually.

Speaker 3:

I just saw an article where it says that he heard rumored that it was suicide so he wasn't interested in watching it well, what's the come listen you have no say you quit, yeah, you're out.

Speaker 1:

You have no say buddy, that's it, yeah, yeah, yeah, um, so, oh, um, he got so big, the son, the grandson.

Speaker 3:

The grandson got really tall.

Speaker 1:

Really tall. He's like 20 now.

Speaker 3:

The one problem I had with the episode. I'm just going to be I'll just give the critique. It's okay. Well, it says like oh, six weeks ago, or like six weeks before, yeah, it didn't make sense. And so then you go back six weeks and then all of a sudden there's a time, jump back forward.

Speaker 1:

But they don't tell you yeah, yeah, it didn't say it now and I was like, oh wait, we're now. And tink was like no, and I was like yeah, we are. This is now, and it's kind of it's not as well done the episode as the previous seasons, that's for sure.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

It's definitely not. It's a big difference.

Speaker 3:

It was definitely different. Oh yeah, here it is the.

Speaker 1:

AI video. Oh, he's so cute. The polar bear, not the dog, everybody, it's the polar bear.

Speaker 3:

This is a legit AI polar bear video. Yeah, and it says AI, yeah, and it says AI, yeah, and the guy's like kissing a polar bear like the most dangerous animal that ever.

Speaker 1:

But he's a baby polar bear, so maybe he's okay. Like, look at Mudang, everybody touching Mudang and pushing him and feeding him and whatever. Back to Yellowstone with Soundtracked again.

Speaker 3:

So yeah, no time jump, excuse me, I need my time jump like yeah, correctly formatted on the screen because I was so confused, you know, honestly, I feel like, and then this episode was just like kind of thrown together, which is weird because they had enough time to do it and they also seem like very interested in like having real cowboys or like real people that are working in this industry in the episodes, like they don't care if you're a doctor or not, like they're just like, oh, you're a cowboy.

Speaker 1:

Like yeah, come and say some lines the one scene they, they have that man who's like 200 sitting in a chair and he's like well, if you want it, take it well, if you want it, take it. And I was like buddy, you're dragging out the scene, Pick up the pace.

Speaker 3:

And then he started talking and I had no idea what he was saying.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, he was really hard to understand. My fluffy puppy ears could not understand. Yeah, tink scored me. What did he say? And I was like I don't know something about. Take the spurs. He made them, you can have them, or something like that, I don't know. But it was like this man, he's not obviously an actor and it was like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Speaker 3:

And like I understand why, like Taylor Sheridan is doing that, because I think that whole community is very into the show and it is like a dying kind of trade, I think.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 3:

Like cowboys and all that and cattle.

Speaker 1:

He's risking the quality of the show.

Speaker 3:

And that whole I don't know, just like that whole world.

Speaker 1:

I know.

Speaker 3:

But it was just weird, it was a lot.

Speaker 1:

Getting lost, lost that world yeah, and I really want to go there, but they won't let us the horses would not be happy no, they would not apparently or the cattle they're not happy with us.

Speaker 3:

They don't even know us and they're not happy with us whatever but anyway, overall them, when they were in the, when they went to texas and everything, all those scenes, I don't know, I thought they were like a little drawn out, just a little slow yeah, it was not, as it wasn't like the best episode.

Speaker 1:

And what's with jamie's wig? Jamie's is that on his head?

Speaker 3:

Oh Jamie, I hate him so much.

Speaker 1:

I just totally forgot. I'm serious, is that a wig? It's the strangest hair. I have to say I don't know, I don't understand it.

Speaker 3:

And then, like Jamie is so annoying because I'm like, like he's crying, like I didn't want you to do it.

Speaker 2:

And then the lady his girlfriend is, like you told me to.

Speaker 1:

What are you talking about?

Speaker 3:

Dude, like what are you talking about? She's like you told me to do this, like he didn't think that it would really happen or something.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but meanwhile he tells her to do it, and now that he's crying I'm like, I'm very confused. Wig man, the whole episode was just, I feel like, because they had to get back in the groove.

Speaker 3:

They didn't get in the groove, they missed the groove and even like beth, love beth. So much like yeah, the acting was like so intense.

Speaker 1:

I felt like I was watching a bad daytime soap opera her just like screaming for like a good like two minutes, also good the last seasons. It's just something happened this.

Speaker 3:

But I also think it's because everyone knew already, kevin costner isn't in, so like say, say that like no, just because it's like we're not buying it, like we're not, we're not on board with feeling bad because we already knew he's not coming back.

Speaker 1:

Oh, like you don't feel bad for the character? Yeah, no, not at all, because we know he wasn't coming back, right? No, but that's what I said. They should just put AI in there and been like hi, I'm Cowboy Kevin.

Speaker 3:

Because it's just, I mean, the best thing, the best thing that would have. The best thing that could have happened was like he should have just showed up for one episode, like what happened, like he couldn't even just come for one episode okay, you don't have to be in the season, but like get killed off the first episode.

Speaker 1:

I know, all you saw were legs, and they weren't even his. I don't know, it's very strange, but that doesn't at least have, at least have some closure writing is different. The writing, the directing, everything's different. It just like stepped down a bunch of pegs.

Speaker 3:

Feels different. Yeah, well, maybe that's because Kevin Costner's not putting in what he was putting in, or something.

Speaker 1:

I guess Maybe Kevin is the reason it was the success. Maybe, Maybe Maybe Anyway, that's our Yellowstone recap, maybe he was the slave driver and made them work harder and better, and that's why they didn't get along.

Speaker 3:

Maybe, maybe he would read a script and be like rewrite.

Speaker 1:

So Yellowstone recap, watch it anyway. Oh no, it's still enjoyable.

Speaker 3:

And I mean the cinematography Like this is cinema. The mountains, yeah, that's the thing. And I mean the cinematography Like this is cinema, yeah, that's the thing.

Speaker 1:

That's what's really great about this show. It's just like you look at this and you're, and you know what. Hey, gossip puppers out there, GPSers, do any of you live like with these views that listen to us?

Speaker 3:

Because it's crazy amazing, it's just beautiful we we did go to one house uh, what's her name's house where she has that view every morning? In colorado linda, yeah, we went there, that was went to this nice lady's house in Colorado.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

We didn't just go there randomly, guys. No, no she invited us.

Speaker 1:

I never met her. It was very nice to meet her, but it's still not like the same view but it was crazy, it was amazing.

Speaker 3:

No, it's not the same view, but it's like every morning she just has this amazing crazy view yeah. Of the mountains. It's really cool.

Speaker 1:

It's really cool, it's really gorgeous. Yeah, so let us know. If you've got that, send us pictures of your backyard.

Speaker 3:

I think I'd like that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, when we went to Phoenix we saw, when we stayed in. Yeah, we saw that. Anyway, moving on, moving on from Yellowstone, also known as, Whoa, that was a recap. Yeah, that was a total recap. We caught you guys up, Skip. Now we're here. Okay, one more thing Last night this got secured. We will be on a fun different adventure for Thanksgiving and episode 99 will not be in studio. It will be out of studio.

Speaker 3:

Oh yes, it will.

Speaker 1:

Yep, two weeks from now Out of studio, but 99, baby. Yeah, 99. I mean it's going to be something we deserve. Some place we just get to rest our paws and be pampered, totally Right. Tink Is that what you say? I don't want to give it away? It's nowhere. Far Right Tink. Is that what you say? I don't want to give it away, it's nowhere, far Right, mm-hmm.

Speaker 3:

But Nowhere, far, but it is.

Speaker 1:

It is the diva to the max.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

And we're going to be there for three nights.

Speaker 3:

It's going to be great.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I can't wait.

Speaker 3:

I can't wait either.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, 100%. I can't wait. I can't wait either, 100%. So that is my banter For episode 97 yeah, 97, and let's go on now I love the banter.

Speaker 3:

Alright, we're hitting the pop culture. I actually have a lot today.

Speaker 1:

Oh wow, I'm so excited.

Speaker 3:

So many things Okay, so I guess we'll just start with the queen.

Speaker 1:

Of course we have to the pop culture. I actually have a lot today.

Speaker 3:

Oh wow, I'm so excited so many things Go, let's go Boom, boom, boom. Okay, so I guess we'll just start with the queen. Of course we have to. Updates of the queen. Yeah, so first one is how Travis Kelsey's home was burglarized.

Speaker 1:

Uh-huh, very crazy.

Speaker 3:

And Taylor Swift is feeling thankful following Travis Kelsey's home burglary this last month. She's thankful that no one was hurt and that neither of them were home during the robberies. So the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's massive mansion was broken into around 7.30 pm on October 7th during his game against the New Orleans Saints Crazy. During his game against the New Orleans Saints Crazy. And then it was reported that at least $20,000 in cash was taken from the spacious abode. How is there just $20,000 cash just hanging out in a house that's crazy which Kelsey purchased in October? The outlet reported that the football star's back door was also damaged during the burglary. While the incident occurred, swift was cheering on her bow at Arrowhead Stadium with her glitter freckles. That was the night, so it was glitter freckles night.

Speaker 1:

Glitter freckle night. We know, that night I made fun of that.

Speaker 3:

And then later the Karma singer attended an after party with Kelsey following the Chief's victory over the Saints, and then, less than 48 hours before Kelsey's home was burglarized, teammate Patrick Mahomes' residence was also broken into. Yes, and it appears the quarterback was not home during the burglary either. He was out celebrating Kelsey's 35th birthday on October 5th just hours before the break-in.

Speaker 1:

So these people?

Speaker 3:

really staked out these? No, they know their schedule. Yes, they know everything Pretty scary and apparently, the FBI is working with local police departments following both burglaries, as they believe the two could be connected to an organized crime group.

Speaker 1:

What Hold on? Here's the thing You've got these mansions and you don't have cameras everywhere.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but they don't have a ring camera.

Speaker 1:

Forget the ring camera. They can get high quality cameras.

Speaker 2:

Like really.

Speaker 1:

Why don't you guys have cameras? If they all had cameras, they would see it's all the same people doing this Like it doesn't make sense. You buy a billion dollar mansions and you have no security cameras and no security.

Speaker 3:

Or no security at all.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Especially where Taylor's hanging out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Something doesn't make sense this whole thing.

Speaker 3:

That is actually very strange. Yeah, maybe they've never needed it. They're Kansas City-ians, they're just, they have, they're Kansas City-ians.

Speaker 1:

Like they're just you know they have no common sense and don't have security.

Speaker 3:

No, not.

Speaker 1:

no, I'm not saying people don't have common sense I'm saying it's Everybody has security, every celebrity has security. I'm sorry, taylor should have had security.

Speaker 3:

Maybe they just thought the neighborhood is, you know, it's great.

Speaker 1:

No, so you mean Travis pretended to tell Taylor how fabulous and safe and that you don't need security in this house that you're in. I'm confused. I don't get it. Taylor has security if she goes to the bathroom. She has security going with her. Like this doesn't make sense to me. Patrick, I get it. Patrick is more like a lower profile, regular family, even though they're high profile.

Speaker 3:

Well, it's not Taylor's house, it's his house.

Speaker 1:

Yes, but Taylor's there all the time.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I don't know. It doesn't make sense. You know how some people leave the door unlocked, so maybe they just no.

Speaker 1:

No, we live in New York.

Speaker 3:

We don't leave doors unlocked, some people do.

Speaker 1:

Well then, that's just sheer laziness. Okay, you unlocked, some people do. Well then, that's just sheer laziness. Okay, you're inviting crazy people in.

Speaker 3:

Gotcha.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. Everybody has security. Listen, we have security and we're tinkerbell and bell. I know it doesn't make sense.

Speaker 3:

Come on guys. Well, maybe they do have security cameras, but there was no one there and they got in. They damaged the door.

Speaker 1:

There was no one there and they got in. Yeah well, no one was there, they did get in. But the point is, if you have the cameras, you know right away who they are.

Speaker 3:

No, not necessarily what. If you're wearing a mask, you can see the outside.

Speaker 1:

Yes, but you can see the outside. You can kind of see everything with the cameras, whatever Craziness.

Speaker 3:

They're investigating.

Speaker 1:

And I bet Taylor's not going to live there again. That's all I'm saying. They're investigating.

Speaker 3:

They better go. Well, it's been a while and she's been to other games, since Freckles Games.

Speaker 1:

And I think she probably hasn't stayed there. Maybe I don't know, anyway, okay. So Maybe I don't know, anyway, okay.

Speaker 3:

So also Travis Kelsey's mom, donna, addresses whether Taylor Swift will join their family on Thanksgiving.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know that.

Speaker 3:

Travis Kelsey's mom, Donna Kelsey, addressed whether her son's pop star girlfriend, Taylor, will join their family on Thanksgiving during an interview and appearance on the Today Show.

Speaker 1:

Yo, I didn't see that. I missed that too. I missed that, I know.

Speaker 3:

Whatever, Donna Kelsey shared her plans for the upcoming holiday. I'm going to be at a football game. Travis is playing the day after Thanksgiving. You know football is always the holidays. It's football's family, she said.

Speaker 1:

That's right.

Speaker 3:

And then she said, when asked whether the Kelseys were planning a big dinner, she replied not that anything's planned. I think we're just going to be at the football game. So I guess that means.

Speaker 1:

Wait, the football game is a day after Thanksgiving, so what's on Thanksgiving? What game are they going to on Thanksgiving? I'm confused.

Speaker 3:

I don't know. But then when they asked if she was going to be a part of it, she said that she did not think Swift 34 would join her family because she's kind of busy right now. Yeah, she has her tour to do.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 3:

Because the era's tour is set to kick off. It's Canadian leg Thursday. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Go Canada.

Speaker 3:

Oh my gosh, Everyone in Canada must be so excited. It is unclear whether Swift will present. Well, sorry, will be present at her Bows game. However, she does have a 13-day break in between shows in Toronto and Vancouver during that time.

Speaker 1:

Oh, she'll be there.

Speaker 3:

Maybe she'll be there for the day after Thanksgiving game.

Speaker 1:

I think so.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Just don't go to that house, Taylor.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Stay away.

Speaker 3:

And that's all my Taylor news for the week. Good, okay, got it Next Moving on. Okay, so big announcements yesterday. Big announcements On the Today Show. Get ready, drum roll, hoda Coppies. Today Show replacement revealed nearly two months after exit announcement. So here comes Craig Melvin.

Speaker 1:

But he's already there. This is what I don't understand.

Speaker 3:

Hold on. Craig Melvin is the new anchor of the Today Show. Savannah Guthrie gushed of one of the most popular decisions NBC News has ever made. Coppy told her replacement you were made for this job. You have all the things that this job needs. You're the right person for it. And Al Roker, for his part, admitted that he did not have the words but was so happy for his colleague. And as for an excited and grateful Melvin, he said it meant a lot to inherit the role from copy, as she is the heart of the show. This is the latest in a long line of blessings, melvin, who will continue doing the third hour of today with roker, chanel jones and dylan dryer. And then he says I talked to my mom and dad yesterday and I'm thankful they're still young enough and healthy enough to be able to see this. That's what he said. So Then, oh, today also revealed Thursday that Today with Hoda and Jenna will transition into Jenna and Friends.

Speaker 3:

Jenna and Friends. Yeah, which I am very happy about, as co-host Jenna Bush Hager dates different replacements until they find the right fit.

Speaker 1:

Yes, so okay, first of all, I didn't understand Craig Melvin, because he's on the Today Show every day anyway, so I quite didn't.

Speaker 3:

I guess it's just like an upgrade, not an upgrade, not an upgrade. It's like wait, what is the like? A raise, no, not a raise.

Speaker 1:

Well, well, yeah he's getting a raise. But I didn't understand when they said that promotion yeah, because it's not only a promotion. I mean he's working, he's there like 24 7 yeah, so I guess the early slot is because maybe savannah and hoda are alone for part of it, I guess.

Speaker 3:

So so, but I don't remember that.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so now he's alone and then the other team all joins in and then it's just going to be Jenna and friends. Let's go to Jenna and friends.

Speaker 3:

I think that's a smart move because Well, there's a lot of people vying for this song.

Speaker 1:

There's two guys that we know of.

Speaker 3:

Two guys that are really pushing for it. I'm grateful.

Speaker 1:

it's not them yet, even though I do like one of them. Yes, but I don't know if I could do that every day.

Speaker 3:

But we did already, we did enjoy it During the pandemic. That was our number one show that we watched, after Hoda and Jenna.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, well, well you did our paws were always on it during the pandemic.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, when there was nothing happening, I wasn't alive yet oh yeah, sorry you watched it? I watched it with human yeah, but I don't know.

Speaker 1:

I I mean, we also worked with this one person and we've, but I don't know if if Jenna could do every day with him. Honestly, I think he's a lot.

Speaker 3:

I don't know, because she's like, not the, she's not that type.

Speaker 1:

No, she's not the hoda where Hoda thinks it's fabulous. I don't see Jenna as that. I know it's hard, yeah, okay, so good, I'm happy for it.

Speaker 3:

Let Jenna have different people.

Speaker 1:

It'll be a variety.

Speaker 3:

I actually really like that lady. They have her on a lot to replace An actor or a comedian. She's like a comedian that was kind of like an influencer, like blew up on TikTok or something or on Instagram, heather.

Speaker 1:

Oh, the mom lady or something, is that who? Heather McMahon, heather McMahon, yeah, that blonde lady yeah, she's been on sometimes.

Speaker 3:

She's really funny. I like her. Yeah, I think it just has to be Jenna's choice. It has to be the right fit.

Speaker 1:

And Jenna's not going to just pick someone like that. She wants to test the waters. Yeah, every day a different.

Speaker 3:

I also like a variety. Do you think that the show is not going to do as well? I don't think it will, because it's not Hoda and Jenna, I mean because I feel like it's Hoda and Jenna, but Hoda really makes it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, jenna's the sidekick, this is huge shoes to fill. Jenna's the sidekick to Hoda. Now Jenna has to be the leader and have a different sidekick every day. I mean I think she could do it, but I don't know if she's got the I don don't know, but do you think she has the appeal to like?

Speaker 1:

hold on to like these viewers for this long, for that long, I think so because apparently everyone that comes and stands outside in the cold and in the rain is always like jenna, jenna, jenna, jenna. And I was like, yeah, I, I mean, we didn't, we wouldn't have known that. And all ages. See, that's the thing too. She has a broader group age range liking her. I think that's the good thing. She has a larger appeal to a wider, broad-spread audience. Yeah, so, yeah, there you go.

Speaker 3:

I don't know who we're going to.

Speaker 1:

I think it should be us. I mean, come on already, jenna and the Bells.

Speaker 3:

Jenna Tink and Bell.

Speaker 1:

Jenna Tink and Bell yeah, sounds great to me, and then they can make a song Jenna Tink and Bell, jenna Tink and Bell, jenna Tinkinbell, jenna Tinkinbell, jenna. It should be us, honestly. I mean, come on Guys, write in and tell them, like, wake up, we're right here in New York, like, come on, guys.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Okay, next story. Next story Okay. So Hugh Jackman's ex-wife, deborah Lee Furness, subtly reacts to his alleged affair with Sutton Foster Suddenly. So now it's coming out? No, because at first it was coming out like they both were divorced, like this started, like this didn't start, this wasn't an affair.

Speaker 1:

Oh, it was an affair boy.

Speaker 3:

Hugh Jackman may not have been a free agent at the start of his alleged romance with Sutton Foster. He was not a free agent. He was married to ex-wife Deborah Lee Furness for 27 years before the two announced they were divorcing. Rumors have swirled over the past few months that Jackman possibly stepped out of his marriage to Furness with his Music man co-star Sutton Foster, and that's the truth. The Australian actress has seemingly reacted to the news of the relationship and Furness liked a post from her private Instagram account of gossip blogger Tasha Lestigue, claiming that Jackman had blindsided Furness by sharing his relationship with Foster. Per US Weekly on Wednesday Correct.

Speaker 1:

He's not a nice man.

Speaker 3:

Oh no.

Speaker 1:

He is in the doghouse now. No, it's a not-so-secret romance. Everyone knows in Broadway that this has been going on for years. Apparently, everybody knows.

Speaker 3:

But apparently Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster are on cloud nine. They're happier than ever.

Speaker 1:

Oh, fabulous.

Speaker 3:

Their relationship is lighthearted, joyful and a balance of playfulness and genuine admiration.

Speaker 1:

Okay, good for them.

Speaker 3:

The two spend their time together dining at restaurants around New York City and taking romantic strolls in Central Park. Listen, you're not Taylor, and Travis guys.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know Silly. Whatever. He cheated on his wife, so whatever. Yeah, he cheated on his wife, so whatever.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

For many years. So that's the update. Yeah, he pretended, but it's not the truth.

Speaker 3:

So they really are together, I guess, oh, they are together.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, true, yeah, they've been together. Now it's just out there, like for everybody who's not in the community of Broadway. Yeah, they've been together.

Speaker 3:

Now it's just out there, like for everybody who's not in the community of Broadway, yeah, okay. So now going to the community of podcasting. So there's like been all of this drama in the podcast world and the social media world about this singer called Zach Bryan and his ex-girlfriend, now Brianna Chicken Fry. Have you?

Speaker 1:

heard about this. Yeah, the chicken fry. Yeah, got it. At first I thought it was food.

Speaker 3:

I was like chicken fry, chicken well, it's a long story and it's hard to all recap here, but um try, I'm just trying to get a little bit of like. Basically, he offered her Billion dollars to shut up, zach Bryan offered Brianna Chicken Fry Twelve million dollars to stay silent On breakup and she revealed it all in bombshell. Tell all Podcast. Called the BFFs podcast, which I've never really Listened to.

Speaker 1:

Me either. Never heard of it, but there's so many podcasts.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but it's very popular with these other two guys, dave portnoy and josh richards. Um, yeah, I, I don't know, but all I know is it's, you know, swirling around the internet. It's taking over. Yes, it is. And um, apparently, like she turned it down, she turned the 12 million dollars.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because she turned it down. She turned the money down.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, because she claimed it's an abusive relationship and she wanted to tell her story and she wasn't going to be silenced and everything.

Speaker 1:

Well, I feel like she thinks she can make more money telling her story than from taking the money.

Speaker 3:

I mean, I don't know, like probably, but, but also I guess it's like a matter of principle they were together a while um, I don't know how long they were together. It actually doesn't say a while.

Speaker 3:

But I mean it must be really bad, whatever went on well, in the podcast, which I did do a little research of it and like she explains a couple like crazy things that he would do, like just like something about the golden globes. She wore this outfit to the golden globes and he was there and like saying how beautiful she was and everything, and then, or no, he wasn't there, but he was seeing the pictures of her dress and everything and saying how beautiful she was and she looked great. And then it was like later that night after the Golden Globes, like then he said how she looked like terrible and like a slut and like all this terrible.

Speaker 1:

Thing.

Speaker 3:

And the dress was awful and like why would you wear a dress like that and don't post pictures of it? And like all this. And she was like, I don't even understand like, and but she also said this number one thing was that anything good for her he would ruin? Oh, no matter what it was birthday, that he would always ruin it.

Speaker 1:

He's a nut and he knows he's a nut to offer hush money. I know he knows he's a nut. That's even crazier if you know you're a nut, right, I don't know, I mean think about it, you might be a crazy person. But if you know you're a crazy person, that's a whole different ball game.

Speaker 2:

Mmhmm.

Speaker 1:

If you know you're not an abusive and offer money, then you really need to go get help.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and apparently she claims she has like this video of her birthday where he made all her friends cry and there's like all this crazy stuff and there's actual video footage of it.

Speaker 1:

Well, I was going to say she hopefully has some evidence.

Speaker 3:

Oh, she has, she said, but she would never like, she would never like release it.

Speaker 2:

Like, but she does have all this stuff.

Speaker 3:

They are, people are actually calling him SpongeBob SquareChin.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, like they're making fun of his face and his head and everything.

Speaker 3:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

I don't even understand.

Speaker 1:

But I mean, I just hope that this girl well, I'm glad she recognizes it okay, and is out and able to talk about it, because that's how she'll come. She could be okay that's how yeah yeah, it's like healing for her and he's done.

Speaker 3:

Goodbye, buddy, they apparently bought a house together too well, get your money back. And um, oh, I also did. I also heard on the podcast because I did listen to like parts, like parts of it um, how he bought her a car and she wanted to buy it with her own money, but then he insisted on buying it for her oh, so it's really his and then yeah, and then, once the breakup happened, he's uh she was like do you want the car back.

Speaker 3:

And then he he at first said, no, keep the car, it's fine. And then all of a sudden, because of this and she's not taking the money, now he's like threatening and saying he's sending people to get the car and stuff. So I actually don't know the update about it, but it sounds like abuse to me.

Speaker 1:

It sounds crazy to me. The guy is crazy. He's a control wackadoo.

Speaker 3:

That sounds crazy.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, he's, oh yeah, anyway, well, whatever, on with the crazy.

Speaker 3:

Yes, so that is the update. If you want to learn more, I implore you to go check out the internet for all your chicken fry updates.

Speaker 1:

Go check out Squarehead, or whatever it's called, and Zach.

Speaker 3:

Bryan. I'm actually kind of sad, though, because I actually really do enjoy Zach Bryan's music. No more intakes, don't listen. I know His songs are very popular on Yellowstone.

Speaker 1:

Of course they are.

Speaker 3:

And I really do enjoy his music.

Speaker 1:

That's why he has $12 million to offer for Hush Money.

Speaker 3:

I mean he's super famous.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, he's like, yeah, but now everybody's going to know he's a nut.

Speaker 3:

I know Yep Crazy.

Speaker 1:

Serve him up for Christmas as a nutty fruitcake. Okay, moving on.

Speaker 3:

I guess. So, although I have one more story there's so many stories this week. That's great. Last story is this is really quick. You're not going to care, although maybe you will, but John Krasinski has been named. People Magazine's Sexiest man Alive.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't care. So they announced it Because they didn't name us Sexiest Pups Alive.

Speaker 3:

I knew you were going to say that. I said, as soon as I say this, she's going to say how dare they not have a sexiest pup?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean I've got quite a little physique, Whatever. But when they first said this man, I said who you?

Speaker 3:

Well, well, I didn't know who he was First of all. This is like a whole section of this is for males, though, but you're a girl though.

Speaker 1:

No, I understand that the sexiest pup should be a second pick category.

Speaker 3:

But when he first won I said who. I didn't know at first who john krasinski. He's from the office and I think he's married to that english actress, um, emily blunt. Why am I coming? Why am I saying?

Speaker 1:

that, but I didn't know at first that's why. But then apparently did you hear this. People are like, yeah, you pay to be named that and I was like why am I that surprised? Everything in this industry you pay Pay to play.

Speaker 3:

Oh, if you pay. Yes, I don't know. Yeah, that's a du moi.

Speaker 1:

Oh, du moi, I don't listen to her, du moi actually said that. Well, that's the.

Speaker 2:

Thing.

Speaker 1:

All of these things are pay to play.

Speaker 3:

Du moi actually said how part of it was a paid thing for him to be the sexiest man alive. Yeah, I don't know. I mean, maybe it is, who knows?

Speaker 1:

Well, I'm sure it is. I mean, everything in the industry is about money, and the more you have, the more publicity you can get, et cetera, et cetera. So whatever, or the more you give.

Speaker 3:

He is married to Emily Blunt.

Speaker 1:

Okay, she then is she the sexiest female alive.

Speaker 3:

No, I don't think that's how it works. I don't even think they do that, because that's a little ridiculous. Do they do that I?

Speaker 1:

don't know, Probably not. No, that's like Well also.

Speaker 3:

I mean, I think some people like turn it down. Why? Because you have to do all these things like this interview with People Magazine and everything. And some celebrities like don't want to be.

Speaker 1:

Oh, they don't want to do the work they're going.

Speaker 3:

No, not the work. Like I don't think it's the greatest thing to be it. Do you think it is? I don't know. I think it can lower your status as, like, a serious actor or like a serious.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because it's a little like corny. Yeah, Like.

Speaker 3:

OK, so who would you pick from this year?

Speaker 1:

From this year.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, a sexiest man alive.

Speaker 1:

We like the Yellowstone guy.

Speaker 3:

No, but think about like fame, like everything that's happened this year.

Speaker 1:

Like who is like oh?

Speaker 3:

exactly hairy face now, do you think hairy face when that, when people magazine called up hairy face, he was like. He was like no, I'm not doing that, it's gonna make you look like a loser.

Speaker 1:

Well, hairy face probably would have opted in, because he is kind of a loser like that. He loves that stuff. I don't think, I don't think he has time to do that. No, I honestly don't think he would have opted in, because he is kind of a loser like that.

Speaker 3:

He loves that stuff I don't think, I don't think he has time to do that no, I honestly don't think he would have like. I feel like it's like, uh, it's a, it's something that you do when it's not, when you're not not working not like crazy famous yeah, like this guy, john krasinski that's why I was like who dat?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

At first. Then I was like oh, and then Tinky explained who dat, who dat Then Tinky explained who dat and I was like, oh, Still don't know him. But okay, got it now. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I'm looking up if they do. Sexiest Woman Alive.

Speaker 1:

I don't think that's a true thing. No, it's not a true thing. I think that's kind of ridiculous. If they did that, and while Tink's looking that up, I just want to say welcome to our new locations Chicago, illinois, houghton, louisiana, lafayette, louisiana we got a lot of Louisianas going on and yeah, your rats felled lower. Austria oh, very cool. Welcome guys. Thanks for listening. Austria.

Speaker 3:

Oh, Very cool. Welcome guys. Thanks for listening.

Speaker 1:

Austria yeah.

Speaker 3:

Like the sound of music.

Speaker 1:

Yes, exactly Very cool, love that. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

You're done with your poppin' and that is the end of my pop culture. It was a lot.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's a lot Tink, yes, it is A lot today, yeah, so I'm just going to start with my pup culture.

Speaker 1:

Heroic Dog pointed police in the direction of owner's killer who was her cousin. Authorities say A Texas woman's heroic dog pointed the police in the direction of her killer, who turned out to be her cousin. Heroic Dog pointed the police in the direction of her killer, who turned out to be her cousin. The dog, named Titan, helped identify Mandy Rose Reynolds. When Robinson police discovered the 26-year-old woman's burnt body brush fire in the McLennan County District. Nearby the fire and body, which was burned beyond recognition, was Titan barking frenetically at officers as they arrived. The DA's office said the dog refused to leave the area and did not allow the officers to capture him. According to the release oh, he looks like a big kind of poodle-y guy. The next morning someone found Titan sitting at the spot where the body had been the night before. The government agency said the person notified Robinson Animal Control, which found out that Titan was microchipped and belonged to Reynolds.

Speaker 1:

According to the DA's office, when the police learned of Reynolds' identity, they figured out she lived in San Marcos, texas. According to the news release, police in San Marcos who communicated with officers in Robinsons went then to Reynolds' home, which was completely emptied. In addition to her possessions being gone, her black Honda Accord was also missing. According to the release, police ran Reynolds' vehicle through a license plate reader database and found that the car was in Wichita, kansas plate reader database and found that the car was in Wichita, kansas. Wichita police were then told to be on the lookout for the missing Honda and spotted the vehicle, attempted to pull it over, causing a high-speed chase. The chase lasted 30 minutes and consisted of the Honda going over 100 miles an hour.

Speaker 1:

The missing Honda ultimately crashed into another car, which prompted the driver to run into a nearby grocery store where he hid on a shelf behind the canned goods. The driver was quickly found and identified as Derek Dejeuneau, who is the cousin of Reynolds. Police found the handgun in the driver's seat floorboard of the car. Based on physical evidence at the scene where Reynolds' body was found, the police determined she was burned inside a large plastic storage container. They also discovered the shell casing in the burnt container. The police obtained surveillance video from Walmart showing Dignote on the morning buying a large plastic store container, etc. So the story goes on. But the end result is, if the dog wasn't microchipped and the dog didn't persistently stay there, they would have never caught this guy. Crazy, right.

Speaker 3:

That is wild.

Speaker 1:

Wildness. Next story Couple uses wedding fund to pay for surgery on injured dog found on the side of the road. She deserves a chance. An Arkansas couple has given up their wedding fund to help an injured dog in need. Dylan McKay and his fiancee, emily Roberts, revealed that they used the money to pay for reconstructive surgery on a golden doodle they found seriously injured and abandoned by the side of the road. This came after they had read earlier on Facebook post about the injured dog. In response, they drove 20 minutes to the dog's location, where he found it had been struck by a vehicle in a hit and run.

Speaker 1:

It had been raining all day and she was wet. I gathered towels and blanket and sped to the location. Her back legs were covered in blood and appeared to be broken. She was shivering and coughing. While there she was discovered to have fractured femurs on both hind legs. Vets also concerned could catch an infection from being left out in the rain. Oh, look at her. See her Terrible. The dog was not microchipped. No owner was listed responsible for the pooch, leaving the financial responsibility to the couple. We decided in that moment that I would do whatever necessary to help this puppy. She deserves a chance at life. The dog's injuries require extensive reconstructive surgery on her legs costing $10,000 to $15,000, which they agreed to pay for using all of the money that they could scrape together. Wow, we pull money from our wedding fund and our overall life savings to fund the medical expenses.

Speaker 3:

Needless to say, Wow, these people are.

Speaker 1:

Look, here they are. The dog is okay, the surgery has all been successful. And now?

Speaker 3:

They have hearts of gold.

Speaker 1:

Yep, and they're taking care of her now. So nice. And my last oh, what happened here? Sorry.

Speaker 3:

It's okay, that was happening to me too.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, here it is my last story Florida rescue helping two dogs abandoned on the roadside with a note. So sorry but ran out of time. What? Two dogs were abandoned on a road in Jupiter Farms, Florida.

Speaker 3:

Ran out of time.

Speaker 1:

And were left with a heartbreaking note. Please help them. The note read I am sorry, but ran out of time and options. Their owner also described the pups as Mella and Rocky and the note was non-aggressive, sweet lover dogs left their medical records with them. Wow, on their harnesses their owner wrote in black marker that they were happy and friendly. Local Sarah Johnson found the dogs on the dirt road and took them to her home to stay overnight. In the morning she brought the furry friends to the local shelter.

Speaker 1:

Janelle, who works at Furry Friends, said it's actually very common for dogs to be abandoned like Mella and Rocky, even though it's considered a misdemeanor in Florida. Oh no, furry Friends has room to care for 35 dogs, but after Mella and Rocky arrived they had 47 dogs in total, with shelters well over capacity. They were struggling to find owners for all these pets. It happens every day, they said. People just panic, don't know what to do and they dump their dogs. It's so awful Preparing for the dog's adoption. They plan to track down more information about Mella and Rocky through their medical records, where the owner's names are actually listed. Johnson hopes to see both dogs in the same living home. So they're rescued, they're fine and now that they know who the owners are, obviously they're going to have misdemeanors.

Speaker 3:

They're going to be in trouble.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's just not a good thing. So that's the end of my pop culture for today.

Speaker 3:

That's the end of pop culture.

Speaker 1:

I did three stories Very fast.

Speaker 3:

I know they were super fast.

Speaker 1:

I tried to talk fast because we had a lot happening and banter and everything.

Speaker 3:

I know, but you didn't have to talk fast. I mean, we could have you know.

Speaker 1:

Gone slow, alright.

Speaker 3:

Are we?

Speaker 1:

I'm tired from talking so fast. I'm reading so fast.

Speaker 3:
