Hi, I'm.
Speaker 1Tinkerbell the dog, and I'm her little sister, belle, and this is our podcast.
Speaker 2Fierce fabulous fluff. Talking about stuff Gossip Puffs. Fierce fabulous fluff. Talking about stuff Gossip Puffs. Happy Friday everyone. I'm Tinkerbell Gossip Pups. Happy Friday everyone.
Speaker 1I'm Tinkerbell and I'm Belle, and welcome to Gossip Pups, season 2, episode 43.
Speaker 3Season 2, episode 43. Cuarenta y tres.
Speaker 1Cuarenta y tres Means 43. But it's also episode 94. Yes getting closer inch by inch so close, so close, so happy Friday everyone happy Friday we're.
Speaker 3You know it's spooky season, it's the morning we're actually here in the studio in the morning. We're actually here in the studio in the morning.
Speaker 1That's celebration. Yeah, I don't know how we ended up having free this morning. It just worked out. It worked out perfectly. Yes, it did, but don't get used to it.
Speaker 3Our schedules have been wild.
Speaker 1Because we already know next Friday is going to be a later podcast. Yes, guys, our schedules are insane and they keep changing or adding to the week, so we just go with the flow.
Speaker 3Yes, but just so you know, everyone heads up next week will be a late Friday, a Friday night.
Speaker 1We will make it Friday, though. It shall be Friday even, whatever time it may be. Yeah, yeah, exactly. So good morning everyone. Top of the morning, belle's Irish this morning. I'm a leprechaun today, even though I have my Halloween PJs on.
Speaker 3Yes, you do.
Speaker 1I'm feeling leprechaun-like.
Speaker 3I'm not feeling leprechaun-like.
Speaker 1Tinky has her tea.
Speaker 3I have my tea and I'm ready to spill.
Speaker 1She's spilling the tea today. Get ready, hold on to your hats. So before we go to that, let's hit some banter for the week.
Speaker 3I guess we should banter.
Speaker 1Bell's banter. Let's recap the week.
Speaker 3Let's do it.
Speaker 1Well, we have to start with. I arrived in a delivery. What I arrived in a delivery? My artwork arrived, it was me, larger than life Me. Jenny Heiser painted me perfectly and it's beautiful and you all got to see it because we posted right away. It's just, I am obsessed with myself.
Speaker 3Yes, you okay, Okay.
Speaker 1Tink doesn't know what to say now.
Speaker 3It's a very nice, lovely piece of artwork. She's jealous? No, I'm not. Are you kidding me? Our whole apartment is Tink has a whole gallery of her the gallery of me.
Speaker 1Tink has literally a whole room. It's called the gallery and it's all Tink's artwork.
Speaker 3So and then, like a few of you, I got me this is definitely it's so funny because it's it's so you, yeah, it's so your personality it's perfect yeah, but the artwork, it just. Not only is it beautiful, but it captures your essence. I don't think it's right for me.
Speaker 1No, it's too fun, it's too larger than life. You need realistic. I guess I don't know how you call it in art.
Speaker 2I need chic.
Speaker 3Yeah, chic class, not that this isn't chic, I don't know, it's just different.
Speaker 1No, this is cool, this is awesome, it's bells, it's me, it's awesome, it's colorful, it's bright, it's busy. You got me, jenny, yep, bright, it's busy. You got me, jenny, yep, yeah, anyway. So, besides me arriving, what happened? Oh yeah. So back to this whole sports thing. So the new york yankees won. They're going to the world championship against los angeles, right, los angeles. Okay, so that's going to be fun.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, we didn't, were we? When did they win?
Speaker 1We won after the podcast.
Speaker 3Okay, so yes, we didn't get to talk about that, right? So yes, we won.
Speaker 1How are?
Speaker 3you feeling about it?
Speaker 1Well, the problem is I love LA, but I love New York because we're New Yorkers.
Speaker 3Oh you. So I would like New York to win. We're obviously rooting for the Yankees.
Speaker 1Yes, and I will try to stay awake tonight to watch this game. Yeah, because what time does it start? But honestly, guys, I don't understand the sports. I see the ball. I think I just want to run and play with them. That's how I feel. I think it doesn't start until like 8 or 9 o'clock in USA time. I don't know, you mean the New York time.
Speaker 3Yeah, what time is the World Series game tonight?
Speaker 1And while Tinker's looking that up, the basketball ladies won for New York. They had this whole parade yesterday in New York City and then went to Brooklyn and I have to say I was a little upset because my routine is to turn on the TV show and watch some gossip and some stuff and they interfere with my morning shows.
Speaker 3Yeah, that was. It was too much Like we don't need to see this.
Speaker 1No, I don't understand. Why are you on every channel? I don't understand. The game is at 8 pm. No, I don't understand. Why are you on every channel? I don't understand.
Speaker 3The game is at 8pm though 8pm Eastern Standard Time tonight. Don't you think it's weird though? Okay, so it's at 8.08. Like, why isn't it at 8?
Speaker 1And they're in Los Angeles, they're not even here.
Speaker 3Yeah, but like why do they always put it a little yeah, but why do they always put it a little ahead?
Speaker 1Probably to allow extra commercials.
Speaker 3A couple minutes. So straight Extra sponsors, Make that money Boom Well all I have to say is I'll try to stay up.
Speaker 1Yeah, we'll try. We'll see how it goes. So they won. What else oh the Kansas City people won last week? Yes, so they won. Uh, what else oh the kansas city people won last week? Uh?
Speaker 3yes, they did what else?
Speaker 1oh, the mets lost. We knew that was gonna happen.
Speaker 3Sorry, mets fans um we didn't really know because I was like I prefer a subway series.
Speaker 1That would have been so cool I know, I just don't like their costumes.
Speaker 3Okay, but what does that have to do with Having them in this World Series?
Speaker 1Well, if I have to pick someone to win, it's going to be the New York Yankees Over them, because it's just based on their costumes.
Speaker 3No, of course, but I'm just saying they were not against them, they were against the Dodgers.
Speaker 1But if it was a Subway Series, it would have been.
Speaker 3Yeah, but then we obviously would be rooting for the Yankees, yeah boom, that's what I said. So okay.
Speaker 1Yeah, I don't know. I didn't think they were that.
Speaker 3I was saying the different aspect. The different aspect is it would have been New York wild for the next two weeks.
Speaker 1Yeah, you think we were interrupted for a basketball parade. Well, wait if it was a baseball parade. It would have been wild.
Speaker 3Well, not just a parade. The parade would just mean like every game would be crazy here.
Speaker 1Yeah, but I wonder, if it was only New York teams, would only New York people be watching, because everyone else doesn't care?
Speaker 3Ooh.
Speaker 1Ah, so then all the sponsorships would have been East Coast, new York sponsored only, maybe.
Speaker 3Hmm, for things that are, this is better financially for everyone. For everyone or just for the World Series?
Speaker 1No, for the World Series, but also it's New York and LA.
Speaker 3From Major League Baseball.
Speaker 1So a lot more people are included in it. If it was just New York it would have been a little.
Speaker 3It would have boosted the New York economy.
Speaker 1Just New York maybe.
Speaker 3It would have been a lot of traffic.
Speaker 1Apparently, the tickets are like a billion dollars each.
Speaker 3I know, so should I check how much they are right now yeah, for the world series when they play, because I did see on the news last night.
Speaker 1They said it was a billion dollars.
Speaker 3The cheapest ticket you can get for one seat is around 1500 a seat that does not include food at yankee city whatever I know train ticket and that seat is where you can't even see the field. Yeah, and this okay. So the, what's the game?
Speaker 1uh, the first day is monday. Today, no, but the one home, I'm in the first home game, I guess monday yes okay.
Speaker 3So let's say, if two pups wanted to go, yeah, put two in here, let's see.
Speaker 1We might bring a chaperone, maybe put three, just kidding.
Speaker 3Okay, the cheapest one on here that I see is $18.61.
Speaker 1Per ticket everyone. She's not saying like combined that's per ticket. $'s not saying like combined, that's 1861 each.
Speaker 3You know you could go to taylor swift for less, I think I think this is yeah, this is more than taylor, although it's weird because this ticket is actually a kind of a better seat, I guess they just want to get rid of it, you mean? Yeah, but then if you look, I mean the other ones. Oh no, I see oh, 1757 to be in section 405, which is like the top top you can't go any higher.
Speaker 1You get nosebleeds up there and they want 1700 a seat. Whoa, yeah, whoa, no pass. We'll watch it on TV where we're warm.
Speaker 3To sit behind the home plate $20,000 each.
Speaker 1You mean like on the first level, on downstairs.
Speaker 3Yep.
Speaker 1On the level of the field.
Speaker 3Uh-huh $20,000.
Speaker 1Each. So if you're two people, that's $40,000 plus plus plus, plus, plus plus everything else. Is someone really?
Speaker 3going to buy that.
Speaker 1I don't know, but I think I'd rather go to Taylor Swift a thousand times for that money.
Speaker 3I wonder now I'm curious, what the Taylor tickets are. I don't know Right now. Isn't that, isn't it tonight? Yeah, tonight Boom tickets are I don't?
Speaker 1know Right now, isn't it tonight? Yeah, tonight Boom Opening night in New Orleans.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1We should've gone Mardi Gras Boom Party. It's gonna be wild there. I just know it's gonna be wild there.
Speaker 3Tonight.
Speaker 1The Bourbon Street is gonna be all Swifties Tonight. The Bourbon Street is going to be all Swifties.
Speaker 3Well, actually.
Speaker 1You know, Tinky, we.
Speaker 3It's looking like the same pricing as the World Series.
Speaker 1Well, gee, that's hard Baseball or Taylor Swift, I'll choose Taylor you have to decide if you want baseball or Taylor Swift.
Speaker 3So to see it in, let's see around $1,700 each. There's some that are $1,300 each For Taylor. Yeah.
Speaker 1Okay, that's still insane, but oh, completely Sorry, guys, I mean there's no $20,000, but they're still over.
Speaker 3That's still insane.
Speaker 1But oh, completely, I mean there's no 20,000s, but they're still over 1,500, pretty much to sit anywhere or stand. My question would you rather have your butt sitting for four hours watching a baseball game or would you rather stand and dance and have fun?
Speaker 3Oh, if I was going to buy a World Series ticket or an Aris Tour ticket. Aris Tour, all the way Me too, boom, boom, boom yeah.
Speaker 1And you know, I hope they show like New Orleans, because there was a hotel that told us to come but we were scared to go there.
Speaker 3Well, we weren't scared, we just didn't know what we were going to do Exactly. Scared.
Speaker 1Scared.
Speaker 3That's just like literally what we were going to do Exactly Scared, scared, that's just like literally asking the question what do we do there?
Speaker 1What do you do there If Taylor's not there? What do you do?
Speaker 3I mean we could just take in the city have some beignets.
Speaker 1Beignets and po'boys.
Speaker 3Po'boys, po'boys, some gumbo. Isn't that what they do down?
Speaker 1there, yeah, and they go on the Mississippi River. Oh, we could get eaten by an alligator. That's fun.
Exciting Updates and Pop Culture News
Speaker 3Also, can we talk about how they're selling in this New Orleans stadium $671 seats to sit literally completely facing the back of the stage. You don't see the show at all.
Speaker 1You have to watch it on a movie screen, so you're kind of not there then, are you, or does that count?
Speaker 3no, you're like I guess you're there, but it's. You're there but you don't see anything. You're literally facing the the back of the stage like you won't even see it.
Speaker 1So you see her come in her broom closet.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1And walk out.
Speaker 3That's it.
Speaker 1That's weird. I don't think I would like that?
Speaker 3That just seems crazy.
Speaker 1for to spend that money. London gave us the best seats. Thank you guys.
Speaker 3Thank you.
Speaker 1Yes, yeah, that's crazy, but whatever people will do, people do poopy though. Anyway, what else happened this week? For a banter, because I don't want to hit too much Taylor, because I know we're going to do that in pop culture too.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, Whoops.
Speaker 1What else happened?
Speaker 3this week we're kind of mixed in, we did not have any auditions this week.
Speaker 1It was very strange, I know, but we got another great thing, something that's happening next week that I can't wait to do. I have to get up early, but I'm going to enjoy that. Can't say much else. I know, okay, oh, and we got. Can I say this yet?

Speaker 2Yes.

Speaker 1I don't know what we're going to do yet, but I'm very excited I know we still need to figure out our halloween oh, please, yeah oh wait. So next week it's gonna be crazy no guys, next week is gonna be crazy. You have no idea because I can't tell you what's happening next week, but there is, it's just too much. It's like halloween isn't even gonna happen because it's so much happening, kind of thing. And it is not halloween themed no, not at all right, but just get ready.
Speaker 1I know we've been slacking a little on the posting. It's been very busy, but we try to keep you updated as much as possible on stories.
Speaker 3Yeah, it's just been a lot and everything gets up there Eventually, but just wait till next week.
Speaker 1You guys are going to be like wait what, wait what.
Speaker 3Mm-hmm.
Speaker 1I bet you guys are probably tired just watching all we do.
Speaker 3Probably it could be.
Speaker 1So also, that's the banter, but I'm so excited, it's going to be a great week and I hope we'll see what happens tonight with these baseball people Just want to welcome and thank our new location and listeners.
Speaker 3Oh, I'm so excited for this Ready. I love this part.

Love the Germans Germany you are fighting and keeping in that second place. You go strong. Germany Love it. Speaker 3The sound of music.
Speaker 1The hills are alive.
Speaker 3The hills are alive with gossip pops.
Speaker 1Wow, we're flying over those hills, the hills are alive with the sound of gossip pops. So that's it. Those are some amazing, exciting stats.
Speaker 3I love it.
Speaker 1Yeah, I think I'm done talking for a while. I think Tinka's turn to talk now.
Speaker 3I think it is. Yeah, I think it's time for some pop culture.
Speaker 1It's popping over to Tink. We're popping, we're popping. Oh goodness, Goodness, here we go. Well, we have to talk about the queen. Obviously Sorry, Tink, you wrecked your pop culture already, but we got to talk about the queen. Obviously Sorry, team director of pop culture already, but we've got to talk about the queen again. So did you see the stadium?
Speaker 3That's my story, the first story, Sorry.
Speaker 1I won't say anything.
Speaker 3Taylor Swift, welcomed to New Orleans with 140-foot-long friendship bracelet outside of the Aris Tour venue.
Speaker 1It's gorgeous.
Speaker 3Welcome to New Orleans Gorgeous Welcome to New Orleans. On Wednesday, the Caesars Superdome was fitted with a 140-foot-long friendship bracelet in honor of Taylor Swift's sold-out Arras tour stop in Louisiana, which kicks off on Friday. Friday today, workers were spotted using forklifts to hang the inflatable banners, which were made to look like a mix of alphabet beads and colorful pony beads. The double-stranded bracelets hung on the stadium's facade spelled out Taylor Swift, the Arras tour.
Speaker 1Exactly. How did they get it so big?
Speaker 3It's inflatable.
Speaker 1Inflatable.
Speaker 3Yeah, they're inflatables. I just said that. Yeah, but they're huge, yeah, but they're inflatable, inflatable, yeah, they're inflatables. I just said that, yeah, but they're huge, yeah, but they're inflatable. Like, think of inflatable things on, you know, like the car, you know, when you pass car dealerships, and there's like huge inflatable things. Oh, yeah, yeah yeah, it's like that Huge, it looks excellent. Or it's like balloons, like think of balloons.
Speaker 1Giant balloons.
Speaker 3But these are like extra huge, extra big. They're really cool. Yes, the massive bracelets paid tribute to the Swifty tradition of passing around homemade beaded friendship bracelets, which stemmed from a lyric in Swift's song You're On your Own Kid, our secret song, one of our secret songs.
Speaker 1Yeah, we love that. We got that in London, yeah, yeah, that was great. But you know what? Um, so every other stadium now starting now to to this weekend is closed top, so she doesn't have to worry about getting wet getting rain in miami.
Speaker 3Yeah, what a nightmare that was another thing can you even believe, like I can't even imagine being there in the rain like that.
Speaker 1No, and everybody wore ponchos and stayed and got wet and they were of course but that's not fun to me and my fur.
Speaker 3No, oh, my first fabulous we would be shivering.
Speaker 1We'd be like oh yeah, no, that would not be good, so I am very. When we went to london it was open it was, but there's no rain there.
Speaker 3It wasn't raining no, of course not, but yeah so I mean, I guess it could have rained, but we were kind of I don't know how to explain it I don't think we would have gotten rained on I don't know.
Speaker 1I think london was a great stadium and it was laid out perfectly. Miami's just, I guess also.
Speaker 3I heard that getting home from miami was a nightmare.
Speaker 1Nobody could get home out of that stadium apparently it was like the worst they were there until 2 30 in the morning trying to get out.
Speaker 3You couldn't get ubers, you couldn't get taxis, you couldn't do anything and apparently the stadium is like on a highway yeah, so you can't walk. So you can't walk, or like you're literally walking a dark highway.
Speaker 1I know it's crazy.
Speaker 3I feel like there should be some kind of Shuttles or something. There should be something figured out.
Speaker 1And apparently if you took your car, you had to pay like $1,000 for a spot or something and I was like that's as much as a ticket.
Speaker 3It's crazy and I was like that's as much as a ticket it's crazy, I don't envy anyone who went there and couldn't get out like that.
Speaker 1That's crazy. They need to work it out. If she comes back, ever Like figure it out Well.
Speaker 3I think. Most places, though, were like that, though I mean London.
Speaker 1London was fabulous we got out?
Speaker 3Yeah, we got out, but we had the train, it was right there, it was right there.
Speaker 1Everybody's organized, it was calm.
Speaker 3Public transportation was plentiful, it's just very different.
Speaker 1Yeah, it's just a very different thing.
Speaker 3I mean it was a lot of people, but we still made it.
Speaker 1No, it was like totally calm and controlled and it was not like that. I don't know. People standing there until 2.30 in the morning was crazy. I wonder how New Orleans is going to be. Is that in the middle of nothing? I don't know. Yeah, because I don't even think they have trolley cars only in New Orleans. Yeah, they don't have train trains.
Speaker 3I don't think so, Like Miami doesn't have trains.
Speaker 1Nope, that's why they was up there.
Speaker 3It's not like being in New York or a city.
Speaker 1Yeah, new York. If you're at the Garden or something, the trains are there, the subways are there, like there's no problem.
Speaker 3New Orleans Superdome.
Speaker 1It's called the Superdome.
Speaker 3Uh-huh Caesar's Superdome. It's called the Superdome Uh-huh Caesar's Superdome. Where is it on the map?
Speaker 1It's covered, that I know. So if it rains she'll be dry, you know. But again she's taking like super vitamins, because how does she do that Pouring rain? She's playing the guitar, she's singing, they're dancing, she's playing the piano's singing they're dancing she's playing the piano like I don't get that.
Speaker 3Okay, it looks like around the superdome is nothing. No, no, there's like a hyatt no, there's a hyatt regency, oh so, and a hyatt, a dave and buster's. It looks like that's really close, like it's in the same area in the square so people can walk there. At least it looks like there's many streets around it, so you can get somewhere. You're not going to be stuck. Oh, it's right down in the Central Business District.
Speaker 1Oh, that's fine then to go there.
Speaker 3That's a good thing, you can even walk to your hotel. There's like a million hotels Ritz-Carlton, oh wow Much better All these different hotels?
Speaker 1That makes sense and it's also better for the stadiums to clear out the people easier and faster. To do that, see Completely.
Speaker 2That is smart.
Speaker 3Miami. You've got to get it together. Yeah, it doesn't look like it's in the middle of nowhere.
Speaker 1Well, I'm excited for her concert tonight.
Speaker 3Me too. We'll see what the secret songs are yeah secret songs and customs.
Speaker 1She gets new customs. Every show, different colors, different everything, new dresses.
Speaker 3It's great Any guesses of what the guests like any special guests Guesses for special guests.
Speaker 1Well, I know she went from Miami to Kansas, so is he going to tag along?
Speaker 3Oh no, I don't.
Speaker 1See, I got you there, Tinker.
Speaker 3When's the next Chiefs game?
Speaker 1I don't know, next Chiefs game? I don't know, does he even?
Speaker 3Next Chiefs game.
Speaker 1Just because there's a game doesn't mean he's at it, because this guy does whatever he wants.
Speaker 3Oh next.
Speaker 1Chiefs game is this Sunday. Oh, he'll be there tonight.
Speaker 3You think he's going tonight. No, doesn't he?
Speaker 1have practice, practice. What's that he doesn't practice? He comes to the restaurant in the city and then goes to the game.
Speaker 3I think you think he's going to go tonight. Yeah, okay, he's going tonight. And then he'll go back and practice for a day and then play. He'll practice for a day and then they'll just win against the Raiders.
Speaker 1Yeah, what's Raiders San Francisco, or am I making that up? I'm probably making that up.
Speaker 3Where are the Raiders from Las Vegas? Are they a good team?
Speaker 1I don't think so. How do you play in Las Vegas? It's 250 degrees.
Speaker 3I don't know, but oh wow, we have a big sports weekend this weekend. Yeah big sports Big concerts, big sports, big everything but it's chiefs at raiders, so they're going to las vegas oh wow, they get to go to vegas.
Speaker 1Oh so, yeah, he has to fly there after the concert or saturday morning yeah right, don't they all? Go probably just get on queen's, uh yeah she just scoot them over there, load them up and scoot them over are we done with the queen and our story for her?
Speaker 3I think so. Should we move on to the next one?
Speaker 1Sure moving on. Peace out queen.
Speaker 3Okay, another huge revelation of this week. Huge Was that Sutton Foster has filed for divorce amidst rumors of a relationship with Hugh Jackman.
Speaker 1She's cheating on her, and so was he. Listen, this Sutton gets around.
Speaker 3I'm like shocked. I'm literally shocked, but then I'm not because it's called showmance and it happens a lot.
Speaker 1It happens a lot, but she's done how many. She's already been married quite a few times.
Speaker 3No, she was married once before to Christian Borle.
Broadway Romances and Rumors
Speaker 1Yes, this is her second divorce.
Speaker 3I don't know if you know the Broadway lore though the Broadway lore.
Speaker 1Well, a lot of people don't know Broadway.
Speaker 3Okay, well, this is.
Speaker 1Especially, our listeners are from all over, yes, so they don't understand what we're talking about.
Speaker 3There's a lot of Broadway lore in regard to Sutton Foster with her first marriage to Christian Borle, who, if you don't know who Christian Borle is, it's another famous Broadway actor.
Speaker 1Who is currently in?
Speaker 3He's in Tammy Faye onway oh same, we just said that. Um, but he also originated many roles like willie wonka, yeah, and when he was doing that, sutton was starring in oh goodness. The Green Guy Shrek oh no, no, no, not Shrek Young Frankenstein. Oh yeah, so Sutton's starring in Young Frankenstein on Broadway, married to Christian Borle, who's starring in Legally Blonde on Broadway. Apparently, christian Borle had an affair with Laura Bell Bundy and then Laura, we know her.
Speaker 1I don't want to believe that at all.
Speaker 3And because of that she's married too. This is just the lore. This is just alleged. Yeah, I'm giving the alleged tea.
Speaker 1These are things that are said but not confirmed this is the alleged t on the broadway reddit.
Speaker 3And well, no, this has been known for a while.
Speaker 1This is a story that I've heard of and then apparently I have an affair with him I don't know do you guys know him?
Speaker 3I think it was a showmance and okay. Okay, I don't know the guy personally.
Speaker 1No, I don't either, but like he's a little different looking, what?
Speaker 3Oh goodness, the shallowness of Belle comes out. So and then, because of that affair, apparently then Sutton was having an affair with someone in Young Frankenstein. Oh, the guy who was in, the guy who, oh, my goodness, the guy who was in Desperate Housewives, yeah, and was he Snoopy? Wait.
Speaker 1Snoopy. Oh, Barger Bart. Yes, apparently she was having an affair with Roger Bart. He's Snoopy, Wait Snoopy.
Speaker 3Oh, barger Bart. Yes, apparently she was having an affair with Roger Bart.
Speaker 1He's Snoopy, yes.
Speaker 3Snoopy, snoopy. He was in Desperate Housewives too right?
Speaker 2Yes, okay, yes, that guy yes.
Speaker 3He was in Young Frankenstein. Yes, okay, yes.
Speaker 1So apparently that was like it's continued. Here's the thing now here's the thing, everybody, let's set a rule if you're in a broadway show and have a lead, you can't be married because you're gonna have an affair that seems to be how it's going. I don't think that's true well, what's going on with these Sutton and Hugh?
Speaker 3Well, they're not even in the show together. So the thing is, they were together, yes, they were no. No, they weren't together.
Speaker 1They were cast in the Music man on Broadway and they danced in 76 Trombones. Together they did all that.
Speaker 3Yeah, and then Hugh divorced his wife.
Speaker 1Yes, because.
Speaker 3Because I guess he was in love with sutton and I think the wife found out and probably said peace out huey so I did a little bit of research though on this because I'm very confused. And I did see that apparently this rumor has been going on since last year.
Speaker 1Yeah, I don't even hear this because everybody it's the broadway lower yeah, and broadway's very small community and everybody everyone knows everyone's business and everybody talks yeah, but I did not know of this rumor well, he was very close with her in Music man, apparently Very close.
Speaker 3And so I have another story about how they keep their relationship private but spend all of their free time together.
Speaker 1It's not so private, is it? And?
Speaker 3she has one kid One child, yeah, that I think was adopted or no. I don't know who it belongs to. It could be anybody's. Now I think it's kind of crazy though.
Speaker 1yeah, that, I think, was adopted, or no? Or did you have the kid? I don't know who it belongs to. It could be anybody's.
Speaker 3now I think it's kind of crazy, though also because I think it's like mirroring Younger yeah, oh, totally, that she was in Like this is so weird.
Speaker 1She is that character. Maybe that's why they wrote it like that.
Speaker 3No, but that was like before everything. No, but who?
Speaker 1knows she's been on Broadway forever, so this has probably been going on for every show, just saying you know you can't change. What is it a leopard spots? I don't know, or something like that.
Speaker 3I guess they're showmans, I don't know. You think they're going to be together now? Yep, you think so. Yeah, you think they're going to be together now? Yep, you think so. Yeah, you think they're going to hit a red carpet together.
Speaker 1Oh yeah, they're going to the Met Gala, the Met Gala.
Speaker 3Well, this will definitely make like. This is like a Broadway power couple. Yeah, like this would really put Sutton on the map he's doing shows at Radio City I know, that's what I was like. Maybe she's gonna be there, oh my god she'll sing a song. I saw that he's doing the Radio City, so yeah, now he's very popular with the ladies in their 50s, 60s, like that.
Speaker 3I don't know. 70s, I would say A little very popular with them. Yes, I'd say, like the, that's his dynamics. His dynamic is he's the heartthrob for many a woman. Yeah, no, I don't Women, I don't get that either, but it's okay.
Speaker 1People love him I know, that's what I'm saying. Why do you think he's selling out Radio City? The ladies love him yeah.
Speaker 3And guess who else loves him? Satan Foster? Well, whatever, I hope that Well. Okay, I don't know what to say, because this is kind of similar to the Ariana thing.
Speaker 1Yeah, but this is what happens and I don't understand what to say, because this is kind of similar to the Ariana thing yeah, but this is what happens. And I don't understand how people can't separate, like, when you're in a theater or in a musical which is based on theater, your partner love interest on screen or on stage. It's just supposed to be that, but some people can't separate that.
Speaker 3No, because that's why.
Speaker 1Ariana got divorced. That's why Sutton and Huey over there are.
Speaker 3It's just hard, I think, because you're around these people basically 24-7. Yeah, and then it's like they're almost. I don't know it's crazy. But then what happens when they're almost? I don't know, it's crazy.
Speaker 1But then what happens when the shows end? Then reality sets in and you have to be home with the real person, Exactly.
Speaker 3Well, the show is over. She's in Once Upon a Mattress. Now he's not.
Speaker 1He's probably backstage every night.
Speaker 3I mean probably.
Speaker 1I mean the man has I mean everybody in theater knows what's going on here, so he's been seen.
Speaker 3I guess. So yeah, I don't know, and I guess the rumors of him going the other way this kind of squashes that, so he must be happy about that?
Speaker 1Not necessarily.
Speaker 3Oh okay, oh no, you think she's a beard? Oh, I don't know about that. Don't start that rumor Belle. Oh my goodness.
Speaker 1No, I don't know.
Speaker 3This is just like the craziest thing. To me, this is the craziest thing.
Speaker 1I mean I'm not going to get on that train, it's okay, I'm getting off that train. What train Say it Like?
Speaker 3Christian Beryl and everyone Like he comes across a little Light in the loafers, light in the loafers, light in the loafers. So like I don't know, I don't understand Her taste in men is a little like I don't know. Yeah, I'm gonna, I don't know. We shouldn't judge though.
Speaker 1No, that's why I'm gotten off that train. Stop it.
Speaker 3I'm glad that I mean she filed for divorce before. I mean, if there was.
Speaker 1Listen, I do like.
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 1Yeah, it was confrontation that happened before this divorce got filed for. Someone got caught somewhere and that's how it happened. And then her current husband is Was he a writer? Screenwriter yes, yeah, Well, so they're both working, but rumors hit to each other other and people find out things. So he probably called her on the carpet and said what the heck? And that's why they're getting it, who knows?
Speaker 3But everybody knows, and also they have a kid.
Speaker 1Yeah, I feel bad for the child.
Speaker 3Yes.
Speaker 1I don't know what it is, Boy girl.
Speaker 3I actually don't know. Should I look up her insta? No, it doesn't matter, it does matter Maybe she has pets too.
Speaker 1She apparently does like animals, oh I thought she has a dog. Yeah, she does that dog thing with Bernadette. Peters. So who gets the dog?
Speaker 3I don't know.
Speaker 1Who gets the child?
Speaker 3I guess they're going to co-parent. I have no idea.
Speaker 1So the dog goes back and forth too she doesn't really post on instagram, no she does.
Speaker 3Well, no, she doesn't she posted believe in your selfie.
Speaker 1October 15th well, she believes in her selfie.
Speaker 3I can't, yeah, I don't see her dog anywhere. Oh wait, oh wait, she does. I think she has two dogs?
Speaker 1Oh two, Maybe they'll split them yeah. You take one, I'll take the other.
Speaker 3Mabel and Brody.
Speaker 1Oh, nice names.
Speaker 3Two dogs Nice, Two little dogs. They kind of resemble us, but not Like. They're not the same, but it's just two dogs.
Speaker 1Oh yeah, they're very nice. They're Maltese mixes like us.
Speaker 3Looks like it. Maybe Shih Tzu no, shih Tzu with Maltese.
Speaker 1What is that?
Speaker 3Yorkie and Maltese. Maybe, yeah, Okay Well girl.
Speaker 1All right, keep us posted, sutton, keep us posted, girl, keep us posted. We'll see you, I guess, at Radio City, maybe.
Speaker 3That's definitely happening. I know it, I see it already.
Speaker 1Yes, and, by the way, she still still in Once Upon a Mattress. Yes, yeah, go see that, that was fun.
Speaker 3Oh, it was really good.
Speaker 1But now that we're on the theater train.
Speaker 3We are on the theater train.
Speaker 1Oh wait, but then we have to talk about the best show on Broadway.
Speaker 3Well, I'm going to bring her up now and have to talk about on broadway. Well, I'm gonna bring her up now and then I thought because we're on we're on this broadway laura train.
Speaker 1Let's go there then okay, hold the train for this.
Speaker 3Stop until tinky talks, then we'll continue, okay nicole scherzinger pays tribute to sweet liam payne after texting on the day of his death so sad oh, nicole scherzinger honored the late liam payne after it was revealed that the Pussycat Dolls front woman had been texting the former One Direction member the day he tragically died.
Speaker 1They were very good friends.
Speaker 3Yes, she wrote Dear Liam, I will forever cherish and treasure the time we shared together, from 15 years ago, when One Direction was born, right up until just a few weeks ago. Schertzinger wrote on Instagram and she posted two selfies. And um, the singer said working with pain was such a blessing after shooting their forthcoming netflix competition series building the band. So, yes, so that's crazy to me that she was texting him the day that he passed away.
Speaker 1They were very good friends.
Speaker 3Okay, wait can we get back on so. So right now, Nicole Scherzinger is starring in Sunset Boulevard on Broadway.
Speaker 1And you have to go see it.
Speaker 3We saw it Epic. It was the most incredible thing I've ever seen in my life.
Speaker 1Honestly, I don't know what I was watching. I was in awe and I am, you know me.
Speaker 3I can't sit what I was watching. I was in awe and I am. You know me, you're very critical and you're very critical you don't hold back.
Speaker 1I do not hold back. I say I am telling you, it made Tink and I, we left sobbing hysterical and we don't hysterical. Tink's always emotional, I know but that's just me.
Speaker 3I'm a drama queen me.
Speaker 1I'm like whatever, move on this whatever move on.
Speaker 3That is literally bell's outlook on many things.
Speaker 1Whatever move on, get over it, but this show I would. First of all I don't shocked.
Speaker 1I, okay, when they said, like you want to come to the show, okay, fine, we'll come to the show. Speechless, I didn't know what to expect till it opened and I was, the curtain opened and I was like what are we going to watch here? It was from the minute it started until the end. The most it's artwork. I have not seen anything like it on broadway, nor has I have I seen any talent like that on broadway. There is no show that will win any tony award except for this show, and I'm putting it out there.
Speaker 3There will be other shows that win, because it's a revival, so it cannot win for a lot of things.
Speaker 1Okay. So it will win revival. It will win lighting. It will win set design. It will win. Every actress, it will win. It's insane how good this show is. And I don't know her, know her and I was like where's she been?
Speaker 3yeah, blown away. She is incredible, and the whole production in itself and the other singer, everyone else everyone was excellent incredible the singers, excellent the the leads the max excellent insanely amazing like oh, I want to see it again that's just it.
Speaker 1You go to broadway shows and you don't like everybody's up there acting or singing whatever. You don't feel really for them. Sometimes, a lot of times.
Speaker 3Most of the time for me, you feel for all of these people this was also a feeling of like everyone in the audience was so entranced and taken by her performance that, like after the first song that she sang, they stood up. Everyone was wild standing up. Like you just felt like you were a part of this. This moment that, yeah, this like artwork moment of creativity I don't know how to explain it, but it was just something that I wish you could like bottle up and like have with you.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 3And to be a part of that audience.
Speaker 1Oh my God, the whole audience left sobbing. Oh there was no one the man, the man and lady he was like just sing it, do it again.
Speaker 3Yes, she after she sang now, the second song was when the standing ovation got wild, wild. No one would sit down, no one would never heard anyone sing like this and it was was so loud and this roar that it would not calm down and I was like when is this going to calm down? And people were just screaming do it again.
Speaker 1Do it again, Because you've never witnessed anything like that on Broadway Ever. You can have all these shows fabulous.
Speaker 3Yeah, great, whatever, great, fabulous.
Speaker 1Not like this, no, and in fact, broadway ever I you can have all these shows. Fabulous, great whatever great, fabulous, not like this no, and in fact there's a show running that we just saw this week with one of the guys and do not go it's just.
Speaker 3If you're going to spend money on a ticket, that's the only thing you should spend money on.
Speaker 1Yes, and if you want to really see what theater should be, that is a show to see.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1That is theater.
Speaker 3I was blown away. I have not been, I have not felt like that in a Broadway show.
Speaker 1Can I say what that show is this week?
Speaker 3Oh yeah, we can talk about it, why not?
Speaker 1Tammy Faye. What is that?
Speaker 3Is this becoming a?
Speaker 1Broadway podcast now. It might be a Broadway podcast Today Because we have been going.
Speaker 3We're going to a lot of Broadway.
Speaker 1Yes, because we're Broadway pups, so that's what we do, but like Tammy Faye was, I think also because we saw Sandsip Boulevard last week.
Speaker 3Wait. And then saw Tammy Faye and I was like, oh, this is bad.
Speaker 1The bar was so high, yeah, and it was just like nobody no, literally nobody in the audience even cared about this Tammy Faye show. No, it was the audience even cared about this Tammy Faye show.
Speaker 3No, it was.
Speaker 1I don't know and here everybody's like Tammy Faye's going to win all the awards. Where what awards? No, and I didn't feel anything when she was performing for her it was.
Speaker 3It was very flat, it was rough. It was very flat, it was very rough. And I don't know how to explain it.
Speaker 1I'll tell you. I know because a lot of you are not from New York. So if you come to New York, just go to Sunset Boulevard. Don't even try and don't let anyone sell you tickets for these other shows, because they will probably try to sell you tickets because they need to fill those other audiences. But yeah, just bypass.
Speaker 3The Tammy Faye was also very strange to me because the it was weird to see sunset boulevard and then go to this, which they kind of tried to do what sunset boulevard did, yeah, and at two, they're opening.
Speaker 1I was like come on with the video. Yeah, it's really and, but it was, it's really bad, but it was not good, it was really bad. The lips were off from the singing and I was just like come on.
Speaker 3It was like the bad version of Sons of Lamar. It was weird.
Speaker 1Yeah, and the choreography was terrible In Tammy Faye. I was laughing. I felt so bad for these ensemble dancers. They were working so hard, working so hard to do this, singing so hard Silliness. They were working hard, harder than the leads, but it was just like I was like this is not even. This is silly.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1Like how did this make it to Broadway?
Speaker 3Also it was so long, it was almost. It was like three hours, yeah, and and I I and I was like, looking at the time, should we leave? No, but we wanted to see what happened. We didn't leave. We did our paws don't leave sometimes we left water for elephants.
Speaker 1Oh sorry, I didn't mean to say oh, but it's closing, it's's okay.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1Yeah and yeah, so whatever. Okay, so can I just tell you Round up, go to Sunset Boulevard.
Speaker 3I saw one post, uh oh, about Tammy Faye.
Speaker 1No.
Speaker 3And I was laughing. Should I read what they wrote?
Speaker 1Okay, sure.
Speaker 3It's really short.
Speaker 1I mean, I don't we? He has a picture.
Speaker 3I feel bad, the poor lady no like, like obviously want, we want shows to stay open and we want people to have work and yeah, but, but and everything and support and now the bar is so high because of sunset boulevard that you all need to stop with this silly stuff and and like, get back to theater, like that. Yeah, that's art. That is art, but just to give an idea.
Speaker 1Wow Tinky.
Speaker 3We saw the first act of Tammy Faye tonight. Loved the Playbill covers and the intermission.
Speaker 1That's what I said too. I was like, wow, I'll leave it at that, okay, because people don't understand the Playbill cover. It's the anniversary, so every show has an old-fashioned anniversary cover plus the regular cover. So that's what I said. I was like, wow, tinky, look at the cover this time.
Speaker 3That was it, but that's literally what they wrote and I was like, oh, gosh, see, I'm not far off of other people, I think, in this tank.
Speaker 1So, yeah, I know you think I'm like a little critical.
Speaker 3No, I think you're critical, but in a good way, Like I think that it's warranted. I think I mean I'm just, you know, I love Broadway and I love to support the actors. Yeah, and they're working hard up there. They're trying to make it shine.
Speaker 1They're trying to keep their paycheck for another couple weeks.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1Because that show's not going anywhere. That show has to close. That's terrible.
Speaker 3Oh my goodness, we'll see.
Speaker 1We'll see Sunset Boulevard 45 paws up, 45 paws up yeah we'll borrow everybody's paws and put them up.
Speaker 3So then, thousands of paws up billions. Okay, so I have one more story. Goldfish changed its name to be more adult sounding. Here's why and how you can buy the new package. So Goldfish is rebranding to Chili and Seabass Crackers.
Speaker 2Come on.
Speaker 3What is wrong?
Speaker 1with this world.
Speaker 3To remind Gen Z and millennial customers that the nostalgic snack is intended for all generations.
Speaker 1Excuse me can.
Speaker 3I have a.
Speaker 1Chili and Seabass cheddar flavor.
Speaker 3Or pizza flavor. The Chili and Seabass packs, which are available exclusively online, include exactly the same crackers as regular goldfish. The only difference is the more adult fish based name, as per the press release. So I don't understand, first of all, why can't we get them at Target or something?
Speaker 1Yeah, what's going on Target? You can't have chili and sea bass crackers.
Speaker 3I'm not going to order these online.
Speaker 1No, thank you, pass, come on. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Speaker 3I guess they're hurting, but then can you please like give us the crackers in store, because I'm not ordering goldfish online.
Speaker 1I don't even think I want any. Or chili and sea bass I don't even think I want any. Or chili and sea bass I don't want any chili and sea bass crackers. Listen, and when you open them up, everybody's going to say oh, you're eating goldfish, You're not eating chili and sea bass.
Speaker 3I know.
Speaker 1You could pretend you're eating chili and sea bass, but everybody knows a goldfish is a goldfish. Let's call a spade a spade.
Speaker 2A goldfish is a goldfish.
Speaker 1Period. End of story. Yep, you can fancy your package name up, but a goldfish is a goldfish. Mm-hmm and that's how it goes.
Speaker 3Completely.
Speaker 1Yeah, yeah, so I don't know, oh goodness. Yeah, so goldfish Guys. Let us know if you see any Chilean sea basses.
Speaker 3Yeah, let us know if you order them and try them. Yeah, because we're not.
Speaker 1No, thank you. And we are on to pop culture, we'll stick with the Chilean I mean with the goldfish called names. So, all right, I'm going to eliminate this. I'm going to eliminate this. I had quite a few stories today, but we'll cut it down because this is our lengthy version of GPS.
Speaker 3The lengthy version.
Speaker 1It's good you have a long day. Listen to us, Okay. The first story Couple saves their chihuahua from bobcat attack with this ideal technique. It came so fast A.
Speaker 2Phoenix woman, the came so fast.
Speaker 1Mm, a Phoenix woman, the Phoenix Arizona Okay, says her chihuahua didn't have a chance when a bobcat appeared in her backyard and grabbed him, but what she did next may have been the thing that saved the pup's life. She was in her backyard in Awatukee Foothills home and her six-pound pup, larry Fitzy Fitzgerald, was going potty at night in the dark. Okay, that's when she spotted the unexpected visitor out of the corner of her eye. He was 20 feet away from her and a bobcat came in after she all of a sudden heard squeals, loud squeals, and shrieks, and thankfully she screamed so loud. The bobcat let him go, but jumped on top of the fence and sat there for a few minutes staring at them. Look here, do you see them on the fence?
Speaker 2Whoa.
Speaker 1And look, this is Fritzy with his neck.
Speaker 3Oh my goodness, what is going on?
Speaker 1So her husband ran out of their home with, ready for this, a scorpion killer broomstick. What, what kind of it's really a thing. He uses it on pests. I guess in Arizona there's a lot of scorpions, so you have to have this tool.
Speaker 1And it's the only thing he had. He chased a wild animal to the wall. It didn't really move, and then he said he got closer and smacked the tree next to it and it took off again. Fitzy, the dog survived and only sustained marks on his neck, which is what the owner said were not that deep, shockingly. But they're scared to death. It came so fast, it happened. So, in other words, everybody is warned to A not let your animals out alone at night.
Speaker 1Because, now we got gators, we got bears, we got bobcats we got everything.
Speaker 3There's some crazy stuff going on.
Speaker 1But look, look at the holes in his neck, his teeth.
Speaker 3I know.
Speaker 1Because bobcats are cats giant cats they're crazy so they must have sharp teeth. Now this is very interesting. New York City could allow paid sick leave for pet care.
Speaker 3Oh, I heard about this.
Speaker 1A new bill has been introduced to the New York City Council would expand the city's paid sick leave law to include caring for certain animals and pets. Caring for certain animals and pets Okay. So the bill would amend the Earned Safe and Sick Time Act to let employees use sick time for pet-related medical care. This includes any situation where the pet needs medical diagnosis for treatment or physical illness or injury, or preventative care.
Speaker 3You know, that is kind of smart because?
Speaker 1Because everyone has a dog in New York.
Speaker 3Yes, and it's really really stressful when a human has to take care of one of us.
Speaker 1So this way they'll have time to take care of the pups as well. So we will know in 120 days if this bill becomes a law.
Speaker 3Wow.
Speaker 1Interesting, and then I guess it will go to every other state after New York, because pets are Family.
Speaker 2Family.
Speaker 1And just because we're not human, we get sick too. Things happen Mm-hmm. And my last story this is just a quick one Prince William reveals that he and.
Speaker 1Kate Middleton share their bed with an unexpected family member. Oh so people are making fun of people who let their dogs sleep in bed. Ps Guys newsflash. I sleep in bed with human. Anyway, there he is and he sleeps in bed with them. He's like a black cocker, spaniel looking guy and he sleeps in bed with them. So I just have to say it's not just here in USA that we sleep with our humans, it's everywhere, everywhere. So if you don't like it, get used to it. That's how it is In my world, belle's world.
Speaker 3Belle's world.
Speaker 1In Belle's world, and that's the end of my Pop culture for today.
Speaker 3Oh, pop culture, that was quick.
Speaker 1I tried to make it quick because we're rolling along here.
Speaker 3I know, alright, is that it?
Speaker 1I think so. Oh wait, happy Halloween guys.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, happy Halloween, because we'll be talking to you. It'll be November next Friday.
Speaker 1It will.
Speaker 3Yep.
Speaker 1Oh, that's, scary.
Speaker 3I know that's the scariest part.
