So hope you guys had a great week. Yes, and happy Friday and we're going to move on to banter, but I also want to say happy fall, I know, because isn't fall like this weekend, the official first day of fall? I think is the official first day of fall. I think is this weekend First day of fall.

Speaker 1:

I think it is this weekend, like Sunday, or something Pause, always Googling Fall equinox. Yep, isn't it Sunday? Or am I making this up? Sunday, september 22nd, boy for a three-year-old pup. I'm pretty wise, you are pretty wise.

Speaker 3:

So wise you are.

Speaker 1:

I'm like the wise chip guy. That's an owl, isn't that an owl? He's a wise man. I know, I don't know. Anyway, so, happy fall everyone. And that won't be in banter next week, because I'm telling you now Happy fall.

Speaker 3:

Anyway, yeah, well, then it'll be really happy fall, so maybe you have to.

Speaker 1:

I'll say it again, I'll repeat that next week. Hopefully it'll be sweater weather by then, yeah, we had sweater weather and now all of a sudden it's like hot 85 degrees in New York. Don't get it. I'm sweating walking around New York. So you know what happens when we come in the studio To do the podcast we have to turn off All AC and fans.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, because we want to give you High quality content, everyone. Yeah, and we're not messing around, we're sweating, but we're sweating.

Speaker 1:

Just saying we're sweating, so hopefully you're in your AC and enjoying yourselves, or in your heat, if it's cold where you are, yeah, because we have listeners everywhere. Hopefully you're in your AC and enjoying yourselves, or in your heat, if it's cold where you are, yeah, because we have listeners everywhere, so enjoy. Anyway, let's banter Winky tink, okay. So what happened this way this week? What happened this week? So we got advance sweaters, holiday sweaters from our friends at Foggy Dog, which are their collection this year Fierce, fabulous.

Speaker 1:

And fluffy, oh yeah, and we can't show you because they're not up for your um, they're not up on their website yet, but we got advance of them and guys do you remember the sweater?

Speaker 1:

we wore last year that was like cream with holly berries. We took a photo in for our Christmas card, a holiday card. Well, this is Foggy Dog. And this year, boom, they really are on it. I tell you, those designers are the best. So be on the lookout for those holiday sweaters, because you guys are all going to order those, I'm sure. I'm pretty sure. Anyway, we had a bath, of course.

Speaker 3:

To be clean.

Speaker 1:

Love to be clean, love bath time. And then a huge thing in our career, in our lives, happened. We went to the Meta headquarters, meta. M-e-t-a is Instagram and Facebook headquarters. We were invited there to do a fireside chat and they said, oh, just a couple people. Well, we, it was a boardroom.

Speaker 1:

It was literally an entire boardroom that we sat in front of and had. They asked us a million questions about being a pupfluencer, about social media, about everything and anything you could think of. And Nom Nom was there and we got to say hi to everyone, meet everyone besides like sitting at the head of the boardroom for an hour conference. It was really fun. And it said our social media handle behind us. It said at Tinkerbell the dog I'm on Tink's social we share. So unfortunately it didn't say Tinkerbell the dog and bell. It just said at Tinkerbell the dog because that's what our account is.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but it was amazing, I came first baby.

Speaker 1:

It was amazing. It was such an honor to be invited. A special guest like that. Yeah, no dogs go ever. We were first in the whole city so we went all over the place in the building. They have so many floors. We took pictures with this. It's called the little room or the little house. What was it? The little room or?

Speaker 3:

the little house, the tiny apartment. That's it, the tiny apartment.

Speaker 1:

So we did content in a tiny apartment. It's literally a tiny apartment and it had a tiny. I'm still not sure whether that was a cat or a dog.

Speaker 3:

I'm pretty sure it was a dog. Yeah, yeah, it was a dog.

Speaker 1:

What kind of dog is that color? It looks like a dog it was a dog. The jury's out for me on that. Anyway, they had something called a tiny apartment. We did some content there.

Speaker 3:

Then they had something called the balcony with the birds yes, it was like a new york city um fire escape yeah, with birds yeah, that was fun like that, loved it um the wall yes, the facebook wall and here's the best thing.

Speaker 1:

so, after doing all this fun content running around um the whole meta world, we go to where our so-called fireside chat is, which was basically a giant boardroom, but the whole wing is Swifties. Every room was a different Taylor Swift song. Our boardroom was a Taylor Swift song.

Speaker 3:

Now what were the chances that we were? Tink and I looked at each other and I was like wait In the Taylor Swift wing.

Speaker 1:

What? And the girl's like oh yeah, this is the Taylor Swift wing and we're like what. So it was wild.

Speaker 3:

Our guest appearance was in the Taylor Swift wing. Our room was titled Great American Dynasty. Yes, that was the room.

Speaker 1:

And it was a great American dynasty for us. It really was. Yeah, it certainly was.

Speaker 3:

It just served the purpose perfectly.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and apparently we did a very good job.

Speaker 3:

Everyone seemed to love it. They had a great time. They learned a lot.

Speaker 1:

Hang with us and take selfies.

Speaker 3:

Snuggle with us, get some kisses, touch the Fierce, fabulous Bluff in person.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and not worry about their clothes getting hair on them, because we don't shed, we don't.

Speaker 3:

We're such a special breed.

Speaker 1:

That was our huge thing for this week.

Speaker 2:

It was amazing.

Speaker 1:

So again, thank you, Metta, we love you. Instagram, Facebook you're the best.

Speaker 3:

We love everyone at Metta. I know we really wouldn't yeah. We owe everything to Metta.

Speaker 1:

Yes, we do, Because that's why I'm here. Yes, so that's about the band, but I do have to say we've got some specials on some merchandise happening, so whether you want Tinkerbell and Belle or GPS, so you better write these dates down Ready October 3 through 8.

Speaker 3:

And that's amazing because October 3rd is Belle. I don't know, have I taught you well.

Speaker 1:

What.

Speaker 3:

Mean Girls Day.

Speaker 1:

Oh, Mean Girls Day. I still don't get that.

Speaker 3:

On October 3rd. He asked me what day it was.

Speaker 1:

I know what day is it Last year it's October 3rd Last year I got to do a Mean Girls thing. Remember they is it Last year. It's October 3rd Last year I got to do Mean Girls thing, remember? They sent it to us Tink.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, the.

Speaker 1:

Mean Girls box. We did that last year for Mean Girls.

Speaker 3:

Yeah for the other movie, but this is the original movie. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So anyway, october 3 to 8. Free shipping, woof.

Speaker 3:

Ooh.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Fabulous.

Speaker 1:

And another October fall special Mark these dates down. Guys, we make great holiday presents, I have to say. Who wouldn't want to think about a bell or a GPS, something Right? Okay, october 17 to 22,. You get 20% off your entire order.

Speaker 3:

Ooh, that's even ooh. I don't know about that. What's the better deal? What's better? The shipping or the 20% off your entire order? Ooh, that's even ooh, I don't know about that. What's the better deal? So?

Speaker 1:

what's better, the shipping or the 20%.

Speaker 3:

I think it depends on how much you order.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's what I think. So, guys, if you buy a lot of Christmas presents, you're going to save a lot of money.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, or.

Speaker 1:

Hanukkah presents whatever you celebrate, yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

But write those down because I won't be saying them again. Happens one time Boom, awesome. Go get yourself some amazing merch.

Speaker 3:

A hundred percent.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and I don't have my stats to read right now, but I'll read them maybe after. Okay, tink, so let's go okay let's go on to tinky winky with her um pop culture for the week. I feel like I'm I'm out of it. I don't know what's been happening in the world.

Speaker 3:

This, yeah, I have to be honest, like I've been crazy busy, especially the second half of the week. Yeah, like these fierce, fabulous paws have just been flying around New York City.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, me too, so yeah, we haven't really paid attention to anything. Pop, pop nothing.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 3:

Gator culture, giraffe culture, monkey culture and not much happened with the queen this week. We'll just start with that as we go to pop culture. Might as well, you know, not much has happened with the queen this week.

Speaker 1:

We'll just start with that as we go to pop culture.

Speaker 3:

Might as well. You know not much has happened with the queen. She did not drop anything.

Speaker 1:

No, no as we thought I know Everybody makes these crazy stories up. They call it clowning. It's ridiculous, is what it is. Enough is enough, swifties. Stop making up stories about the queen.

Speaker 3:

But we did get a confirmation that in the suite that taylor swift watches the games from in our head stadium. Yeah, there is an eras tour poster in the suite yeah, wait did we talk about that last week?

Speaker 3:

we talked about how people thought there was an heiress tour, but it was very blurry and not it wasn't clear if it was, like, actually true. But then there were photos shared by what's her name? Let me go back now Shiana Weathersby, who's one of the other wives of the players um, not wives, sorry. The one who's dating he? Okay, she's dating kansas city chiefs defensive tackle, chris jones don't know him and yeah, I don't think we know anyone except for my homies and cologne so.

Speaker 3:

But she took some selfies with Taylor and some photos with her and in one of the photos you see clearly in the background Travis, a photo of him kind of screaming on the field and or not screaming, maybe like cheering, like yeah, or something, and then next to it is Taylor, the Aras Tour poster on the wall.

Speaker 1:

That's really weird, so did Taylor buy that suite.

Speaker 3:

I don't. I honestly have no idea who would decorate it with yourself.

Speaker 1:

That's kind of strange.

Speaker 3:

Maybe he bought it and decorated it because yeah, maybe I don't think she would do that herself. I think it's his suite and then he just had to have put it in.

Speaker 1:

He personalized it for her, I guess.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, look, and here's a bigger photo you can see, and there's like his photo and then it's like her. Oh yeah, there's his mouth open, it's like her.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, there's his mouth open. He's like roaring, like wow. Yeah roaring Like a lion yes. Huh, well, interesting.

Speaker 3:

But we are confirmed it's there.

Speaker 1:

I want to know why. Who, what Wait, her mom was there. Did you know that she was?

Speaker 3:

And also they won yes, and also they won?

Speaker 1:

Yes, of course they won.

Speaker 3:

Well, you never know.

Speaker 1:

Never know, but I know.

Speaker 3:

They won, though again, like I don't think like this is no like.

Speaker 1:

Here's what happened the last second of the game. The man I don't know their names kicked the ball way up high in the air and it went to the field goal, end zone, whatever you want to call that thing. And they won, and they won by one point. Boom, they were losing.

Speaker 3:

That's all you need, though.

Speaker 1:

And then it was over and they won by that one point. Yep, that one kicker man did it. Mm-hmm, wow, crazy how this game is. All you need is one kick a man.

Speaker 3:

I know Amazing.

Speaker 1:

All right.

Speaker 3:

Okay, so on to the Taylor Swift news.

Speaker 1:

So this is kind of about Taylor Fake news Swifty made up or real.

Speaker 3:

No, this is real news. Okay, so Zach Bryan apologized for drunkenly tweeting about Kanye West that he is better than Taylor Swift. The singer's apology on his Instagram story came shortly after he deleted his ex account. Watch the full video here. So then it tells you to watch the full video but it's fine.

Speaker 1:

I heard about that, Thank you.

Speaker 3:

Page Six why do you have to give me videos? We don't need videos, we just need an article. So, anyway, his um, he drunkenly wrote this tweet that basically said that he believed that carney west was made better music than taylor swift. And then he said on um instagram story, trying to backpedal, and he was like for the record guys, I wasn't coming for taylor. The other night I was drunkenly comparing two records and it came out wrong.

Speaker 1:

he said he's barking up the wrong tree if he thinks he's coming for Taylor. Come on, buddy. You don't know what would happen to you from the Swifties if you went for Taylor.

Speaker 3:

Well, that's why I think he started backpedaling right away, because he noticed that he really messed up Backstrokes, not pedal and this kind of like bums me out because, well then he started saying like things like I love Taylor's music and pray. You guys know I'm human and stupid and tweet stupid things often. Hope one day I can explain this to her so honestly, like no. First of all, I feel like she's out of like that, just solidified, like he will never have a, he'll never do a collab or anything with her. Now it's over.

Speaker 1:

It's over, buddy. It's over. It's over whether you're drunk or sober. It's over, you're done drunk or sober.

Speaker 3:

It's over, it's over you're done. I mean, obviously there's some truth after you and there's some truth into that, because just because you did it drunk, that's when the truth comes out.

Speaker 1:

Yeah and you? You put it out there. There's too many Swifties. You know it was screenshot everywhere.

Speaker 3:

You're doomed, doomed, buddy doomed the end of the world has come for you, I don't really think that she would at this point in her career and everything. I don't think she would come for him, but like she definitely won't help him.

Speaker 1:

She won't help him, but she's not coming for him. The Swifties are coming for him.

Speaker 3:

No, yeah, but I just mean like she doesn't have to go for anyone.

Speaker 1:

It's over, but like the Swifties, do their work.

Speaker 3:

I don't think that she would go out of her way now to like do anything for him, or like there's no possibility of his name yeah like if he ever wanted to tour with her.

Speaker 1:

Nope I don't think that would ever happen. And here's the other. No collabs, don't even try stepping into the black dog, just stay away now, buddy which is like so frustrating because, honestly, he's a fabulous songwriter.

Speaker 3:

His music, music is fabulous.

Speaker 1:

With a stupid brain, stupid or stupid fingers.

Speaker 3:

Your fingers did the work. Stupid fingers, stupid fingers, tweeter fingers, tweeter fingers, tweeter fingers.

Speaker 1:

Buddy, you got stupid fingers. Yeah, he's done, just inhaled dust. You say this to him.

Speaker 3:

Peace out buddy. Then he tried sharing all of Taylor Swift's songs and his stories he's ridiculous and saying he's like don't drink and tweet. Don't drink and tweet. Yeah, dude, you already did it.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's already over, buddy, it's over, it's over and that's his PR people probably telling him to do that.

Speaker 3:

You better fix this Hurry, hurry, hurry.

Speaker 1:

But you know what? It makes him look even sillier.

Speaker 3:

I know it's like he shouldn't have. He honestly like why.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was just too much, he was trying too much.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, enough To apologize Like just get over it.

Speaker 1:

You're done. You did it, accept it. You accept your consequences, buddy.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, unfortunately that's what happens, yep. So, that's my. What is that weird?

Speaker 1:

saying they say you reap what you sow.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

Is that what it's called? Yes, well, he's reaping it, boy.

Speaker 3:

I don't really understand what that means.

Speaker 1:

anyway, Me either, and you know this.

Speaker 3:

You have so much wisdom. Three-year-old Belle this.

Speaker 1:

You're such a, you have so much wisdom three-year-old bell, because I hear it all the time like these weird things and I repeat them and tinks, like what are you saying? I'm like, well, I heard this saying. I don't know what it means, but I think it's appropriate for whatever we were doing at the time. What do I say? Oh, there's something about oats. What do I say about the?

Speaker 3:

oh yeah, you, you're really into oats, like I think. I think Quaker should come up to give us a sponsorship.

Speaker 1:

Quaker, we love you. Yeah, there's some saying and I heard it and then I said it Okay, so this is what you reap, what you sow, is a proverb.

Speaker 3:

That means the consequences of one's actions are shaped by what they do in the present.

Speaker 1:

And then I see I said I reap what you sow. I said it then, right, If you're rude to everyone.

Speaker 3:

you'll reap what you sow to experience the same kind of things that one has caused other people to experience, so kind of like karma.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, karma is the guy on the cheese Coming straight home to me.

Speaker 3:

Now wait, what's the other one? The oats.

Speaker 1:

You're feeling your oats.

Speaker 3:

You're feeling your oats Meaning.

Speaker 1:

I heard that and I repeated it to Tink and she thought I was really losing it.

Speaker 3:

Feeling your oats is an idiom. That means to feel frisky, animated or exuberant, or to feel self-important.

Speaker 1:

So I did use that correctly too.

Speaker 3:

School was out and they were feeling their oats. What I still don't understand.

Speaker 1:

It means you're feeling good, you're feeling ready to be positive and like happy and confident.

Speaker 3:

Someone who feels newly emboldened yeah, confidence, oh, but also. It could be often behaving in a cocky or arrogant fashion. So you have to be careful.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, confidence, see, yeah, that's why you're feeling your oat. I heard it and there you go and I used it correctly. Nice, yeah, these are all from like the primitive time when we went to the pioneer village in Salem. I think they made them up back then in 1600s. Yeah, but where did you get this saying to begin with? I heard it somewhere, I don't know.

Speaker 3:

Interesting.

Speaker 1:

Maybe it was on TV.

Speaker 3:

Feeling my oats.

Speaker 1:

Feeling they're going to make a song about that.

Speaker 3:

Feeling I don't know, song I don't know. Okay, are we moving on, moving on. Okay, so now some Taylor Swift. Adjacent news Sabrina Carpenter will star in her own Nonsense Christmas special for Netflix.

Speaker 1:

I am so excited.

Speaker 3:

The Espresso Singer will star in A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter. A holiday variety music special on Netflix. Yeah, and Sabrina loves us, carpenter.

Speaker 1:

A holiday variety music special on Netflix. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

And Sabrina loves us. Sabrina will star in A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter, a holiday variety music special that will premiere December 6th. No, that's right 100 episodes.

Speaker 1:

That's our 100th day. Wow, we've got to have a party. Maybe we could get Sabrina to be at our party.

Speaker 3:

Oh my gosh, that would be fabulous.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, she was very nice to us. She wouldn't put us down. The photographers were like, okay, no dogs. And she was like, uh, yeah.

Speaker 3:

But that's going to be great.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to watch it oh it's going to be so great.

Speaker 3:

I just can't wait to see the fashion like. She has such a great style.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I like it's so signature yeah, but I still don't understand the alien thing yeah, it's okay yeah we'll just, we'll just. We moved on, we moved on forgot it and moved on, even though I still remember it was very strange, but whatever wow, so 100 episodes is going to be december 6th and sabrina's movie boom. Maybe while we're recording it, we can play it in the background the whole time.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but we don't want to get a flagged. Oh yeah, we'll be in big trouble yeah, special, special permits for that yeah, yeah, so that's exciting news I.

Speaker 1:

I'm very excited, happy for her.

Speaker 3:

Me too. She's popping off. She deserves it. Think of like from last Jingle Ball to now.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, wow, when we met her at Jingle Ball, which was December of last year, she was, she was. Espresso, was, you know, coming out? It didn't even come out yet, it didn't. I don't think so. Yes, it didn't even come out yet, it didn't I don't think so.

Speaker 3:

Yes, it did, because she sang it. No, she didn't, she sang Nonsense.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, she sang Nonsense.

Speaker 3:

And then she did it like a Christmas, but I don't think she did Espresso yet.

Speaker 1:

Hmm, I don't remember, but all I remember was she looked so pretty. She held us and didn't put us down the entire red carpet. She talked to us, she gave us kisses.

Speaker 3:

She's a very nice girl. Yeah, espresso was released April 11th 2024.

Speaker 1:

So she was just on the.

Speaker 3:

She was on the nonsense verge of breaking to stardom.

Speaker 1:

That was yeah. Then the tour she was going on tour with Taylor.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's awesome. Yeah, anyway, it's because she went on tour with Taylor.

Speaker 1:

She went. That's awesome. Yeah, anyway, it's because she went on tour with Taylor, she went boom. Mm-hmm yeah 100% Taylor's touring soon again.

Speaker 3:

I know.

Speaker 1:

Here in the USA. I'm glad I went to see her in London.

Speaker 3:

Excuse me, I keep inhaling dust.

Speaker 1:

I liked going to London to see her. That was the best. I know I don't want to see her in the USA. I got her in the UK.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, we're good. Yeah, we're fully realized.

Speaker 1:

It's better.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so what else?

Speaker 3:

Tinker. Okay, so moving on to our next story.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, another one.

Speaker 3:

Great. This is about Demi Lovato and the new documentary she has out.

Speaker 1:

Child celebrity Called Child Star Child.

Speaker 3:

Star yes, she has a, and it's on Hulu, yes. So there's so many different things that we've learned from this documentary. I don't know, have you watched it?

Speaker 1:

A little bit.

Speaker 3:

A little bit, yeah, I actually finished it.

Speaker 1:

I've been too busy.

Speaker 3:

I know I just couldn't sleep one night so my paws just kept the TV on.

Speaker 3:

Oh, so you tell me, what I missed night, so my paws, uh, just kept the, the tv on. Oh, so you tell me what I missed. Um, I thought it was very informative, interesting kind of things, we taking things we knew but also, interestingly, taking accountability. A lot demi was, which was nice, nice was nice to see. Um, she kind of was taking accountability for like what you know she did in regards to, like her punching her backup dancer, like those kind of things.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, she, got a little wild there for a bit and she was just like very transparent just about how everything went down and how, you know, she didn't really have any guidance and her, you know, her mom, her parents, didn't really have any guidance either.

Speaker 1:

They didn't know anything about the business.

Speaker 3:

They didn't, and so it was just this lifelong struggle. I thought the most interesting moment I really liked when she was with Alison Stoner, cause she interviews a bunch of other child stars, but alison stoner was in camp rock and camp rock 2 with demi and apparently, like the first movie, they were very close and were having their own struggles and they confided a lot in each other.

Speaker 3:

And then, by the time they shot camp rock 2, demi was like huge, like a huge star, like a mega star, and she apologized to Allison in this documentary saying how Well.

Speaker 1:

it's not her fault, she's a star.

Speaker 3:

No, no, but because she treated Allison terribly. Oh, because she had an ego. Not just an ego, but just kind of shut out anyone that was caring or wanted to help her anyway, or realized that she was struggling. She completely kind of just blocked them out and was not happy, yeah, and had an ego and was just, yeah, going about her thing and not treating people nice.

Speaker 3:

And she but she says this in the documentary, which I thought was so at least a lot of taking accountability to what she did yeah, she does remember, but then at the same time she kept saying a lot in the documentary how she doesn't remember a lot, like that whole time is such a blur as well, because she was so unhappy and like so spiraling that it was just this time where she was completely like not. She felt like not even a part of herself, like almost like dissociated because of just everything happening.

Speaker 1:

Huh, interesting Wasn't she on Bernie with Selena?

Speaker 3:

She was, yeah, selena is a boom star yeah, um, but then, but she also just talked about. She says, like the negative impact of fame on her mental health like caused a lot like the an incident like where you punch your backup dancer and she just talks, she like reflects on like the explosive moments that came from the negative impact of like fame and just the negative impact of her mental health and she says, like I didn't realize that it would have such a negative impact on my mental health and unfortunately, sometimes that looks explosive like an incident where you punch your backup dancer on an airplane or you overdose on heroin.

Speaker 3:

so like she's just like, very like transparent throughout the whole thing she's opening up about it yeah and she also, um, she also interviews raven simone, which I think is like really cool, because I feel like raven is a child star but like one that has kind of kept it together, at least in to what like the public sees, but who knows?

Speaker 3:

yeah, but like then, raven just opens up a lot about, like her, the pressures and everything, and she was working since she was like 16 months old yeah, exactly yeah she was a baby star yeah, and she does say how, like she never thought it was fun because her parents always told her it was work. Like from the beginning you gotta go to work.

Speaker 1:

Like, yeah, like this is work yeah, like when we go to set. It's work but we love it. And we know it's work but we know it's fun yeah and it's just you know. If you know what it is, yeah, look at it she also interviews christina ricci which is really cool yeah, yeah, and also jojo siwa.

Speaker 3:

Oh, she's out there and drew barrymore jojo's gone off the deep end. I mean I don't really think so. I think it's just like you know she's doing her own thing. I mean from the interview, honestly she's very normal. It kind of reminds me of so. Is it an act? Well, that's what we talked about when she was on call her daddy. It was like the same kind of vibe yeah, like I was like yes, I think that's.

Speaker 3:

That's a brand, but that's what she is also talking about to Demi was about how, like she, instead of her being a cartoon or like a character, like she is a character, like her, like she is the character, yeah, so it's hard to like break away from that, so I thought that was interesting. Yeah, oh, belle, you're so feisty. What's happening? I?

Speaker 1:

need to get a drink.

Speaker 3:

Oh.

Speaker 1:

I had him bring a drink with me. Okay, get one. Okay, hold on, I'm going to go get it oh.

Speaker 3:

Hello, yeah, we're back.

Speaker 1:

We're back. Sorry, I had to get a drink.

Speaker 3:

You had to pause for a second. I was coughing.

Speaker 1:

I was so thirsty.

Speaker 3:

I was coughing. I need to get a Swiffer in here. There's a little dust in our studio.

Speaker 1:

Let's get the servants to clean our studio. I wish, yeah. So that's interesting about all those former child stars.

Speaker 3:

Yes, but anyway, that's the end of my pop culture.

Speaker 1:

Excellent.

Speaker 3:

We're moving on to pup let's go pup it up.

Speaker 1:

We are pup it up first thing for pup culture. Teen volunteer plays piano for New York City shelter pets to help keep them calm and she even takes requests no comment. I'm still listening. And she even takes requests no comment. I'm still listening. At a New York City shelter, rescue pets get bedside lullabies performed live on the piano. By the way, volunteer Zen Micheline Hung makes this luxury possible for the shelter pets. The teenager started donating time to the shelter in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood early in 2024 after the new facility piqued her interest. When I became a teenager, I wanted to make myself useful in the community. She said she, um, who?

Speaker 3:

Useful's see full of eyes, doggies I know well it's why not.

Speaker 1:

She has only known life with a pet in her family. Giving her time to animals was an easy choice. I ended up writing an email to volunteer director and I told her that I was a musician who wanted to play music for the shelter pets as a form of music therapy to help reduce any anxiety from being in a new place.

Speaker 3:

Actually, I love a nice tune.

Speaker 1:

This is really good.

Speaker 3:

I love nice music when I have anxiety.

Speaker 1:

Maybe she could come over here. I know I wanted to make the animals feel as comfortable and happy as possible while they're in the process of finding their forever homes. After a few days she received a response. They replied that this was a beautiful idea and set up the team with the right people to become the volunteer. Like animals, music has been part of her life from an early age. She started playing piano when she was four and continues to practice daily. She got the idea to play music for shelter pets after remembering how her dogs reacted to her piano skills. They would just sleep or rest looking around calmly and be by my feet when I played for hours. That's true though, yeah, so anyway, let's see the part where she gets requests. Yeah, she started playing for the animals and also my main question is what would you request Belle?

Speaker 3:

Swifty music. What do you think? What would you request Belle?

Speaker 1:

Swifty music.

Speaker 3:

What do?

Speaker 1:

you think, I think, I'd request some classic Broadway. Yeah, so she, I'm this article's so long.

Speaker 3:

It's okay, we get the, we get the point.

Speaker 1:

I want to see why she she likes. I mean, we know she's volunteering. Anyway, yeah, we get the point. She takes requests from the people. I'm sure the dogs aren't telling her what to play.

Speaker 3:

How does she communicate with the dogs to get the requests?

Speaker 1:

I don't know We'll have to continue reading the people. We'll attach the article to the.

Speaker 3:

Maybe she writes two different song titles and then whatever their paw hits is a request.

Speaker 1:

Could be, but they all seem to like it.

Speaker 3:

Not her paw, sorry, the dog's paw.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, they like it very much.

Speaker 3:

Oh, I can imagine. I mean it's very calming. Yeah, it's like I like having the TV on if I'm home alone.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we keep TV on, I'm telling you. That's where I hear those old 1600 sayings Okay, I do, okay, next story.

Speaker 3:

Next story.

Speaker 1:

Hero firefighters use pet CPR to save a dog caught in Utah apartment building fire.

Speaker 2:

Oh.

Speaker 1:

So there's a thing called pet CPR. What's?

Speaker 3:

the difference between.

Speaker 1:

I would think a pet CPR is the tools are shaped for our faces as opposed to a round human face.

Speaker 3:

I don't think CPR included oxygen things. Isn't CPR like?

Speaker 1:

physical. Read the article.

Speaker 1:

A Utah dog is safe and sound, thanks to a group of firefighters and some pet CPR. First responders from Unified Fire Authority responded to an apartment building in fire in Midvale, Utah, where they found a dog in need of urgent life-saving first aid. According to the outlet, they responded to the scene of the apartment fire at 5.30 pm. They saw flames coming out of each of the building's units. After the firefighters extinguished the blazes and determined that no residents were harmed in the fire, at least no human ones. While the units were almost entirely vacant, a dog was found unresponsive in a kennel inside one of the apartments. The canine was removed from the building, taken outside where the crews administered life-saving pet CPR. They documented the critical moment on their social media posts, including photos of firefighters holding the pup and using a mask to provide the dog with continuous oxygen flow. Oh, okay. The final photo showed the dog sitting up after the CPR and receiving a pat on the head. Oh, fabulous.

Speaker 1:

Not all heroes wear capes. Sometimes they carry leashes. Today, Company 110 had the incredible opportunity to rescue a dog from the fire. Great yeah, so they did CPR.

Speaker 3:

I love a good rescue.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so he's okay. He barked, he's okay, they got cuddles and he's 13. There we go. So see that Everybody gets rescued by these firemen. Yes, they do so. We know heaven forbid we're ever in a fire. We know someone will help us and find us.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and my third and final story for pup culture. Third and final, here we go, here we go, here we go, here we go.

Speaker 1:

Sister dogs separated as puppies oh, reunite and help save third sibling from euthanasia thanks to a DNA test. Wait what? This is an exclusive story, look, look at them. Now let's read the story Three close-knit canines from Texas separated from one another as young dogs, continuing their story together in Michigan after a DNA test helped reunite the animals.

Speaker 1:

The happy ending started when Jackie Novak and her boyfriend Josh decided to adopt a rescue dog as a companion for the Labrador Retriever Ellie. After meeting several dogs through the almost home animal rescue leave of West Bloomfield, michigan, the couple decided to adopt Sweet Winnie, a pup brought to the Michigan rescue from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. She is a very playful, loyal, happy outgoing dog. Before adopting winnie, they purchased an embarked dna test because they love the idea of finding out what the true breed and background of whatever rescue dog fit their family best. Winnie took the dna test shortly after arriving at their new home. Novak was shocked to find that Winnie was composed of a mix of large breed dogs, even though the pup was 30 pounds. The pet parent was also surprised that Winnie, her shelter dog from Texas, has a relative dog living nearby in Michigan. What Embark DNA includes a relative finder feature that alerts you if dogs are directly related to your tested pet, have also submitted dna tests through the site. So it's like um, what's that one? The human one?

Speaker 3:

ancestry dna. This sounds like an ad, though, for embark it's not, are you?

Speaker 1:

sure yeah look, no, I know, like is this article sponsored by embark.

Speaker 3:

No, oh, it's not, are you sure? Yeah, look, no, I know, like is this article sponsored by Embark? It's not.

Speaker 1:

No, oh wow, it's not sponsored at all. It's just saying that they actually found each other and then found they had a third one in there they are all together now. So see, it does work. I wonder so that's like the ancestry DNA for humans?

Speaker 3:

Belle, maybe you should do it.

Speaker 1:

I don't think I want to know anything, though.

Speaker 2:

I'm good here with you.

Speaker 3:

Tink. I'm good here too.

Speaker 1:
