Speaker 1:

Speaker 3:

Friday everyone, I'm Tinkerbell and.

Speaker 2:

I'm Belle and welcome to Gossip Pups, season 2, episode 35.

Speaker 3:

Season 2, episode 35.

Speaker 2:

35, also known as 87, but what's it in Spanish?

Speaker 3:

Um treinta y cinco. Treinta y cinco, 35. 35, also known as 87, but what's it in Spanish?

Speaker 2:

Treinta y cinco. Treinta y cinco, moving on 35.

Speaker 3:

Here we go. Well welcome back, we're here we are here Back in the studio in New York.

Speaker 2:

I'd rather still be in London, I know.

Speaker 3:

What an epic trip we had.

Speaker 2:

It was insanely amazing and I finally got to leave the country.

Speaker 3:

Yes, you did they let me out, finally, overseas I went overseas. I'm surprised they let you back in Belle.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, everybody lets me go wherever I want. They liked me.

Speaker 3:

They did like you over there. Yeah, even the foxes liked you.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, guys, do you know? There's foxes that run around London.

Speaker 3:

Wild foxes.

Speaker 2:

Serious. This is not a joke. We okay, this is not part of banter, but I have to tell you because I was scared. We came out of seeing the Guys and Dolls show.

Speaker 1:

Did we talk about this in the last?

Speaker 3:

episode.

Speaker 2:

Yes, I don't think about the fox, though did we? I don't know, Are we repeating?

Speaker 3:

ourselves. Are we getting old?

Speaker 2:

If we're repeating about the fox, I'm really sorry. I'll make it fast then.

Speaker 3:

Okay, just make it fast. There's wild foxes, because we were still in London.

Speaker 2:

So I have to recap anyway. But literally there were wild foxes in London because we came out of Guys and Dolls. I was walking and all of a sudden there was this thing and I was like it had a huge bushy tail yeah, and a nose and like a hunchback, and I was like what the heck? Humans scooped me up and it was like, okay, that was a fox. So hence, tink, and I weren't allowed to walk again in London because there are wild foxes.

Speaker 3:

I think they only come out at night though.

Speaker 2:

And here's the thing. I don't think they're there on London Bridge, broad daylight, we ask someone if there's foxes in London, and here's the answer oh yeah, but they don't bother dogs. Really seriously, that size is not going to bother me, or tink I think not I.

Speaker 3:

I think it would have gotten aggressive he was staring at us yeah, that's why I like to be in my pouch yeah, tink likes to take the high road. I don't put these paws on the ground.

Speaker 2:

So we sound better because we're in the studio back in New York.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, there'll be no alarms, hopefully.

Speaker 2:

No wild alarms. There will be no London air sound, although I miss it so much.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, no London sirens.

Speaker 2:

The sirens are so different in London than here Everything is so different than here Everything, so okay. So first of all, Okay.

Speaker 3:

Now we have to talk about the epic day after we record it on Friday.

Speaker 2:

Well, okay, Can we just first of all, let's just say to all of our listeners in America we love you. Happy Labor Day, Long weekend everybody. Yes.

Speaker 3:

A long weekend that everyone deserves.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so now we'll go banter, because we've got a lot of banter about London.

Speaker 3:

I know, because we went to the most incredible place that we've been talking about since April. Okay, can you wait? Go ahead, belle, can you wait, just zip it. I can't wait to talk about it, you need to zip it, stop it.

Speaker 1:

It is not Tink Banter, it is Belle Banter.

Speaker 3:

Belle's Banter. And here I go. I'm going to start my Tinkerbell Banter.

Speaker 2:

Doesn't rhyme, you can start Tink Tweets what Tinkerbell Tweets what is?

Speaker 3:

that.

Speaker 2:

Tink, tinker, tink, tink Tweets, Tinker, tink Tweets, I don't know. Anyway, banter time because I'm so excited we have to banter about London because we did so much more there. Okay, because we were so much, we were there so many days, okay, so Okay. After the podcast yeah, last Friday we went to have tea and it was a Willy Wonka themed tea.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 2:

And it was really good and really fun. And I got cotton candy and it was really nice and really fun. And I got to cotton candy and it was really nice and they voted. So they put you on a scale and it votes you for good egg or bad egg.

Speaker 3:

Yes, Well, just like the movie, the iconic Gene Wilder movie, yes, when Veruca goes on top of the scale and she's a bad egg, she's a bad egg, and then she gets sent down to the incinerator. Well Tink, she's a bad egg, and then she gets sent down to the incinerator.

Speaker 2:

Well, Tink got voted a good egg, of course.

Speaker 3:

It's not only good, it's a fierce fabulous egg.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So here I go and it says bad egg. How so? I was terrified. The floor was going to drop and I was going to get sucked down Into the gutters of London. It didn't. But I'm not a bad egg, I'm just You're a secret egg. Got a lot of personality. That's all Okay, so then, okay, so we did really wonk a tea, really fun.

Speaker 3:

Super fun.

Speaker 2:

But on a rating of teas we did three. That we did Willy Wonka tea Really fun, super fun.

Speaker 3:

But on a rating of teas we did three. That we did Definitely. Oh wait.

Speaker 2:

Number one is St Irman's.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Best.

Speaker 3:

I think I don't know which one. This is hard to rate the other two.

Speaker 2:

I know they're kind of tied. One was fancy and Willy Wonka was family friendly, like more fun. I liked.

Speaker 3:

I think I liked the fancy one second because it was more like calm, like of a nice atmosphere like more of a diva atmosphere. Yeah, I agree, and you know everyone took care of us where the Willy Wonka just felt more like you're in a, not a cafeteria, but it's just a different vibe it was more commercial feeling because it was like it was a little yeah, but I did like the cotton candy. I know you were obsessed. Oh yeah, you know, my taste buds have matured.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you'll see it, because we got some footage of me with some cotton candy, I think. Anyway, so that's our rating of teas Then. Okay, so we got on the tube and went on a long ride and guess where we ended up?

Speaker 3:

Oh, I can't. This was wild. Well wait, we should talk about how the tube. It was like an adventure.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, To get there? Oh yeah, because we had to go to an outer ground one yes that was the coolest thing ever.

Speaker 3:

I felt like I was in harry potter.

Speaker 2:

It was only one stop, but I was like, can we stay longer? I love that it was really, it was really cool then we get off the tube and we walked a little bit not far and we and we got to. Are you ready? Are you sitting? Are you holding on to your hats?

Speaker 3:

Is everyone is the GPS holding on to their hats.

Speaker 2:

Get ready, best sit. We made it to the Black Dog.

Speaker 1:

Woo-hoo.

Speaker 3:

I think our microphones just like hit the top.

Speaker 2:

It's okay. Well, if I tell you, we walked in and you would have thought Taylor Swift walked in instead of us, because everybody was taking photos and videos of us. They knew who we were, because it's only Swifties there. It was amazing, they were so nice. We got bracelets let's say the black dog L-O-N. We got hats. We got bracelets let's say the black dog L-O-N. We got hats we got bags.

Speaker 3:

They gave us bags. We took over the entire bar.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was so much fun and I was so happy to meet the Swifties and it was just great.

Speaker 3:

Amazing.

Speaker 2:

It's such a nice little place too.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

And there's signs all over about Swifty stuff. So it was just really fun and we got to see that mural in person.

Speaker 3:

Yes, we did. It was amazing in person, just everything.

Speaker 2:

I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe we were there the entire time. I kind of still think I'm dreaming.

Speaker 3:

I even tried the black dog beer on tap.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, tink, sipped some beer.

Speaker 3:

But it's the black dog beer.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's, a special.

Speaker 3:

That's for their bar.

Speaker 2:

I'm too young, I'm not allowed. Yeah, you're not allowed. They served me a soft drink. I was like gee thanks, Whatever, I just like to be there. It was so nice and everybody kept coming over to us and everybody was taking pictures and videos.

Speaker 3:

So many pictures, so many videos, so many cuddles.

Speaker 2:

With us, alone, just of us. It was great. I was so happy we really made it there. I still can't believe we did. I can't believe we went to see Taylor in. London I can't believe we went to the Black Dog.

Speaker 3:

It's insane Like that. Yeah, it seems like it was not real, it was all a dream.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and we really do. London is all walking Like you take tubes and stuff.

Speaker 3:

But we walked. You still have to walk a lot.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we walked at least 8 miles a day.

Speaker 3:

Well, I didn't, I made a human. You don't carry me.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, but still it's 8 to 9 miles of walking a day and I feel like that's a lot. Yeah, but it was amazing and it just feels so good London is so huge and it didn't rain, it was just perfect.

Speaker 3:

The best. It was the best, no complaints.

Speaker 2:

Nuh-uh Okay. So let's see what else we did. Oh, we did stop at Harrods because you know, we were supposed to visit there. Yeah, pass, meh Too crowded Too touristy. I don't care for it.

Speaker 3:

I don't know. It's like you know, but you have to go. It's like going to macy's in new york if you've never been, you have to just go one.

Speaker 2:

So it was good for you, bell I guess I had never seen it and I was like this is the big deal, I, I, I'm out I know so what else? Oh, you went to piccadilly Circus, of course.

Speaker 3:

Oh, another, like it's crazy. Yeah, it's Times Square, but crazier.

Speaker 2:

Even crazier. Yeah, it's crazier.

Speaker 3:

But we did a lot of souvenir shopping too, which is fun.

Speaker 2:

We did, yes, and we ate fish and chips three times. Yes, we did, we did, we went in. So Hobson's Fish and Chips Best, the best you have to go. It was the best Anybody in the UK and London I know you're probably like oh, I've been there, but guys if you haven't, you've got to go.

Speaker 3:

If you haven't, it's necessary.

Speaker 2:

There's nothing compared to that. We did eat at the One Aldrich. What's it called Fish and Chips there, One Aldrich?

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it was called Indigo. Indigo, also delicious, but just not like like Hobson's was like. It's just a classic.

Speaker 2:

Amazing Hobson's, wow. So everybody, we did go there again.

Speaker 1:

Then we went to.

Speaker 3:

Leicester Square Touristy to the max Tourist. Yes, well, that's also Piccadilly, it's like the max Tourist. Yes, well, that's also Piccadilly. It's like the same area pretty much.

Speaker 2:

And what else? We rode tubes all day, which was so much fun. Guys, again, why can't New York do this? It doesn't smell, it's not filthy, there's no people sleeping on the trains that are scary and gonna kill you like well. Why can't new york be like that?

Speaker 3:

oh my gosh um.

Speaker 2:

we must have walked to the hotel along the thames five million times because our back door of the hotel is on the thames um river, so every time we'd walk over. We went across the, the London Bridge. We went across the Waterloo Bridge. We went across. What other bridge did we go across? We went across TK. Wake up what, I am awake. What other bridge did we go across? London Waterloo? There's other bridges. We crossed Something with an F.

Speaker 3:

I don't remember, did we?

Speaker 2:

go with something with an F. Am I crazy Hold?

Speaker 3:

on. I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Anyway. So it's just so easy to access, like just go across and you'll be.

Speaker 3:

I don't know. I don't know what the other bridge was.

Speaker 2:

Okay, whatever. Anyway, so we walked across.

Speaker 3:

We did almost every bridge.

Speaker 2:

Every bridge, what else? Oh yeah. Then the last night we got back to the hotel, we walked in the back door by the Thames and it was like a party for us, and everybody on that work there came out to say hello to us and give us hugs and cuddles and kisses, and they were doing selfies with us and I was like wait, we were just here this morning.

Speaker 2:

I feel like they think we were gone forever, but we did get home late every night. What else? Oh yeah. And then you know what else they gave us? They gave us these little stuffed toys. They're London bears, oh yeah, as our goodbye presents.

Speaker 3:

Oh my goodness, they're so gorgeous.

Speaker 2:

They gave us these little bears.

Speaker 3:

I loved it. Me too I cuddled it the whole flight home.

Speaker 2:

I know, but we're not done yet. We got more, so the last day they're like we're going to serve you breakfast in bed.

Speaker 3:

They did. They said Tink and I were like well, finally of you breakfast in bed. They did. They said Tink and I were like well, finally.

Speaker 2:

Rest before your flight yeah, and Tink and I were like well, finally, it's about time we don't have to say hi to everyone out there and just relax in our PJs. So they sent in this smorgasbord feast, which was amazing and fabulous.

Speaker 3:

Oh, my goodness, it was just. Oh, the presentation Was beautiful, mind blowing.

Speaker 2:

Beautiful and they do have the best food. And the eggs in London are orange. I probably said this too the last time, but they're just so much better tasting that I don't know how to explain it. There's nothing in New York, or probably the whole United States, that I've had that tasted like that. And we've been to a bunch of places in my three years in the United States.

Speaker 3:

I know.

Speaker 2:

Those are the best, anyway. So then we oh yeah, we went to the Heathrow Airport and do you know what happened? So we go through security and they say we have to wait because the Hark people, the animal people, have to come check us back through security. So because we waited like 10 minutes for her, after she said just come, come through. Like that she knew who you were.

Speaker 1:

We're fine.

Speaker 2:

She gave us coupons for five pounds each Each, so we got free food and snacks to bring on the airplane. Yep, who does that?

Speaker 3:

Only London.

Speaker 2:

Only London. We love you London. So the flight home, that's how we should be treated. Exactly, we slept the whole flight home, except when human woke us to take us for a potty break, but we slept the entire flight.

Speaker 3:

I got the snooze Like I just snoozed out, like that was it.

Speaker 2:

We were so tired we slept the whole flight and didn't even wake up for food. Yep, the two of us were just like.

Speaker 3:

Completely.

Speaker 2:

But it was the best, best thing ever, best to go to London ever. I am so happy I finally made it out of the United States and I'm so happy. My first overseas experience was London.

Speaker 3:

Yep.

Speaker 2:

Because, a they speak English and, b they just love us. No matter where we went and we went everywhere we saw everything. Any site, we saw it, I think. Yes, we did, it was amazing. Then we got home and, of course, hurry up, we had an audition, which we did, and then went back to bed so we rested, had a bath, of course, because we had to clean off our London germy air, because we couldn't shower in London because there wasn't like a bathtub in the room. So the whole time we were there, it was like everybody just kept hugging and cuddling and kissing us and we were like, okay, we'll just stay, feeling a little stinky, yeah, feeling a little.

Speaker 3:

Stinky tinky.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so it was great though. So now we're home and I'm excited to be home, but I miss London already.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I mean totally.

Speaker 2:

But I do have to tell you what. So our GPS stats.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Guess what, guess what. Guess what country has moved up to third place, united Kingdom.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

So now we have United States, germany, united Kingdom, followed by Morocco, spain and Canada. So I think last Friday United Kingdom was like fourth or fifth. Now it moved up to third. That's amazing.

Speaker 3:

That's incredible.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and then new location. So welcome Marietta, georgia. Casablanca, casablanca, where's Casablanca?

Speaker 3:

Dink. Isn't that Spain? Or something? Isn't that based on the movie I don't know. Wait movie I don't know Wait what I don't know. And then Casablanca, and then it says oh, morocco.

Speaker 2:

Morocco. Wow, Welcome Morocco. Wait, who's listening to us from Morocco? That's amazing, Hello. I wonder do you interpret what we say, or how does that work in these other countries? Or how does that work in these other?

Speaker 3:

countries I don't know Anyway. So welcome Morocco. Most other countries speak English.

Speaker 2:

And Camden A lot of people do that's in. England, isn't it?

Speaker 3:

Camden, yes, camden Market. Well, there you go. We didn't make it there, we didn't have time.

Speaker 2:

No, we didn't get there. But so there you go All new locations, new listeners. Thank you, welcome everybody. Woo-hoo, woo-hoo, we'll do it, we did it, we're moving along. Welcome back to New York. And guess what? What? It's raining. Well, it didn't rain in London again, but here it's raining.

Speaker 3:

It's just cloudy, cloudy conditions, wind's raining. It's just cloudy, cloudy conditions, wind gusts.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, it was really raining hard this earlier today.

Speaker 3:

Okay, well, it's not now.

Speaker 2:

No, so that's it for my banter.

Speaker 3:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

It was a great rest of week in London. I miss tea, I miss fish and chips, I miss our friends at the sea containers.

Speaker 3:

Miss you sea containers.

Speaker 2:

We love you, thank you. Okay, so, guys, this weird thing has been happening since we got home.

Speaker 3:

Okay, so there's something happening everyone.

Speaker 2:

I think a spook came with us in our suitcase from London or something Maybe from the theater, the Oklahoma Theater. That theater is haunted.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, a spook came with us in our suitcase from London or something, because Maybe from the theater, the Oklahoma theater. That theater is haunted. Yeah, a spook has come home with us.

Speaker 2:

Because this is very strange If you listen carefully.

Speaker 1:

It's the start of spooky season. Tell me if you hear something.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so that talking.

Speaker 3:

Which I don't think it's picking up, honestly.

Speaker 2:

Okay. Well, someone keeps turning our television on in the living room, in the other room, and it's not us, it's not my paws, and it's not us, and it's not human. No, no, and we don't know who or what is turning this on? I'm telling you, some spook came back with us from London because this is the creepiest thing ever. And then human goes, turns it off, and 15 minutes later it goes back on. There's something wrong and it's really scary.

Speaker 2:

I don't understand, and it's not us Like we're not doing it Like at first. Humans, like guys, stop playing with the remote, but it wasn't understand. And it's not us Like we're not doing it Like at first. Humans are like guys stop playing with the remote, but it wasn't us. So if you hear talking, that's not us. This television just got turned on again.

Speaker 3:

I know, and it's very frustrating.

Speaker 2:

It's creepy. Anyway, okay, Tink you ready with your culture.

Speaker 3:

I am ready with pop culture. Let's pop it over to Tink. You ready with your culture. I am ready with pop culture.

Speaker 2:

Let's pop it over to Tink.

Speaker 3:

We're going to be pop culturing a lot about the queen.

Speaker 2:

Oh, excellent.

Speaker 3:

Because I guess the biggest thing is so obviously she wrapped her tour.

Speaker 2:

Yes, with us. Thank you With us.

Speaker 3:

Thank you, queen.

Speaker 2:

We concluded your tour. Yes, with us. Thank you With us. Thank you, queen.

Speaker 3:

We concluded your tour. Yes, and then, of course, that weekend, on Saturday last Saturday, she had a star-studded pool party.

Speaker 2:

Yes, she did.

Speaker 3:

At her Rhode Island mansion.

Speaker 2:

Yes and didn't invite us. Excuse me, I know, we were in London so rude, but but yes and didn't invite us.

Speaker 3:

Excuse me, I know we were in London so rude.

Speaker 2:

But but right.

Speaker 3:

So rude. But of course Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey were there. Oh, yes, he was Of course he was there, yes, and.

Speaker 2:

Heaven forbid he misses anything.

Speaker 3:

Also Patrick Mahomes, his kids, yeah, his wife.

Speaker 2:

She's very good friends with them.

Speaker 3:

Blake Lively, ryan Reynolds, kylie Kelsey and niece were there Travis's niece, yeah, who else was there? I'm trying to see.

Speaker 2:

The whole Kelsey clan.

Speaker 3:

Oh, Bradley Cooper and his kid.

Speaker 2:

Oh, he has a child.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Oh Wow, the kids must have had fun playing with the celebrity kids, other kids- I know right. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

I guess. So the only.

Speaker 2:

Thing missing was us, honestly.

Speaker 3:

I know the only thing missing was Us Cute pups. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Whatever, but Like how does she get? What does she do? She just like rings him up and be like Yo, bradley, come on over. Like how does this happen? All these famous people Like how does this happen.

Speaker 3:

I guess she planned it. She probably planned it. It was like at the end of the tour I'm going to have Go to Rhode Island and this is the date of the party, so make sure you're there, betches.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, she hasn't had a party since those big Fourth of July parties, right, since she used to do those.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I miss those.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that was like Selena and Klan. Yeah, it was like girls' parties.

Speaker 3:

Well, Selena couldn't be there because she had the premiere for her. Only Murders, you know she's doing press and she's a busy girl.

Speaker 2:

And she's shooting the Wizards of Waverly Place.

Speaker 3:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

And she's loving it apparently, so I am taking over your culture.

Speaker 3:

Anyway. So those are the. That was like the biggest news from Saturday.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

With the Queen.

Speaker 2:

Seems so far away already.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, so obviously they called the paparazzi. Uh yes, they wanted people to know.

Speaker 2:

Uh, yes, because nobody could be there if they didn't know to be there. First of all, it's a hugely gated mansion On the water, like come on, they knew, they told them they're like we are having a party.

Speaker 3:

You need to be here to photograph all the guests.

Speaker 2:

Yep, yeah.

Speaker 3:

I've got to get Taylor and Travis. That's how it works.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it has to be Taylor and Travis following her around.

Speaker 3:

So then there's some random other stories that have happened this week.

Speaker 1:

Oh.

Speaker 3:

Travis Kelsey has become part owner of a racehorse that shares taylor swift's name. Well, he bought a horse yes, so he is now the owner of a horse that shares a moniker reminiscent of his girlfriend, taylor swift. So um, team valor international, a race horsing stable based in florida, announced via a press release Tuesday that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is officially a stakeholder in a three-year-old gelding called Swift Delivery.

Speaker 2:

Oh, wow, Wait. So now that horse will go to like the Kentucky Derby and all those things.

Speaker 3:

I think so.

Speaker 2:

Wow, that's so cool. Yeah, who would have?

Speaker 3:

ever thought to do. That's so cool yeah.

Speaker 2:

Who would have ever thought to do that?

Speaker 3:

I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Does he?

Speaker 3:

like racing? I think so because he was at the Kentucky Derby. Remember he went alone.

Speaker 2:

I think he just well. Maybe that's why he was going to seek out this horse.

Speaker 3:

Maybe I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah interesting, he must be a gambler yes well, imagine if swift wins. What do they call it a triple oh my gosh swift wins a triple crown oh my god.

Speaker 3:

Swift delivery, wow, that would be the luckiest. But I, I honestly wouldn't put it past this, because that's just how it works for Taylor Swift. That's how it goes. Everything just works out for her.

Speaker 2:

Yes, it does. I don't know how or why, and I wish she'd spill some of her magic over here.

Speaker 3:

I know and talking about magic and spilling it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

So Travis Kelsey and Jason Kelsey. It was announced this week as well, yes. Travis Kelsey and Jason Kelsey. It was announced this week as well that the New Heights podcast deal they signed was worth more than $100 million, and they signed a three-year deal with Amazon's Wondery, giving the company exclusive ad sales and distribution rights.

Speaker 2:

It's amazing, but they shopped around and they held out because they had so many offers.

Speaker 3:

I know, yeah, I feel like it's not, they held out because they had so many offers.

Speaker 2:

I know, yeah, I feel like it's not old news, but it kind of is old. All this stuff is old news, but not old news. Well, it happened this past Wednesday Exactly yeah.

Speaker 3:

But Wondery will have global distribution rights to all audio and video episodes of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelsey, including the podcast's back catalog.

Speaker 2:

Wow, wow, that's a lot to give them.

Speaker 3:

That's a lot.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

But apparently it actually was over. Yeah, more than $100 million, mm-hmm. Wow, what a deal.

Speaker 2:

I can't wait to the gossip pups. Well, that's what he did with his horse. That's how he got the horse.

Speaker 3:

I mean I'm assuming, so right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I can't wait for Gossip Pups to be picked up too.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, $200 million deal.

Speaker 2:

I'll take three.

Speaker 3:

Okay, $300 million deal.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we work hard. I think we should get $300 million.

Speaker 3:

I know what would you do with the $150?. I would, because we'd have to share. I know what would you do with the $150,000?. I would Because we'd have to share. I know $50,000, $50,000.

Speaker 2:

But it's okay, because we're always together.

Speaker 3:

Maybe actually $55,000.

Speaker 2:

So I think we should go on a worldwide tour.

Speaker 3:

Well, okay, yeah, but that's not.

Speaker 2:

And then I would like to buy a mansion and a yacht, like Taylor Swift has, and then I would like to buy a giant, a mansion in Rhode Island. Yeah, and then I'd like to buy a giant multi-floor apartment in New York City that has a swimming pool in it.

Speaker 3:

I think we need a jet. We need to be able to go wherever we want.

Speaker 2:

Well, that's part of the worldwide tour.

Speaker 3:

Oh, okay.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, our own jet. It'll be called Bel Air.

Speaker 3:

Bel Air? Yeah, how about Tink Air?

Speaker 2:

Well, you're Tinker Bell and I'm Bell.

Speaker 3:

Okay, fine, so we'll have in common Bell. Okay, Bell yeah.

Speaker 2:

Bel Air.

Speaker 3:

Bel Air, oh, like Bel Air, like California, get it. Wait, don't say it again. We have to trademark this.

Speaker 2:

How do we do that?

Speaker 3:

Oh, we know how to.

Speaker 2:

Okay, let's do it we have to get on top of that. Yeah, tink is trademarked and Tink's image is trademarked. I got nothing, whatever. Yeah, so that's what I would do, and then I would go with remaining on a shopping spree for a lot of treats.

Speaker 3:

Remaining on a shopping spree for a lot of treats. Remaining what Like what A million dollars worth of treats?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, well, I already bought us Bel Air, and I bought us a world tour, and I bought us a Rhode Island mansion, like Taylor Swift.

Speaker 3:

I think we should also produce, have Gossip Ups TV show.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Or a movie.

Speaker 2:

I would like both. Both A production company I would like both.

Speaker 3:

Both A production company.

Speaker 2:

But is that considered like a reality show?

Speaker 1:

No, I guess a TV could be a reality show.

Speaker 3:

Scripted baby.

Speaker 2:

But the movie should be scripted. So, we have both.

Speaker 3:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

We get the reality, followers, and we get the real ones?

Speaker 3:

I don't know about reality show.

Speaker 2:

Well, we are quite entertaining, I guess so. Everybody laughs at us. So that's what I would do, and I'm just putting it out there. This podcast is going to get picked up. Of course, it is yeah, and that's how it goes. So, guys, consistency is key. Worldwide listeners. That's why we haven't taken a break. And when Tink took a break, I didn't take a break, because I am determined this is going to get picked up, of course. That's why we don't take a break.

Speaker 3:

Okay, back on to more pop culture, and we also don't take a break because we love our GPS followers. And listeners.

Speaker 2:

Okay, back to culture, sorry.

Speaker 3:

Oh, I forgot to mention with the horse Swift Delivery.

Speaker 2:

What the heck? What was that?

Speaker 3:

My stomach hurts with the amount of laughter I'm just about to have.

Speaker 2:

That's the Swift horse's noise.

Speaker 3:

That's how Swift delivery speaks. Yeah, want me to do it again. No, I don't, Please spare me.

Speaker 2:

Okay, that's the Swift delivery horse, how he talks.

Speaker 3:

Oh really, yeah Well, team Valor, which we said, and Gary Barber, who is the CEO of Spyglass Entertainment, are the other co-owners, but Kelsey reportedly owns a significant share, as well as the Zoldan family, who are the owners of Phantom Fireworks.

Speaker 2:

So he got in. With the horse people, yes, but the CEO of Phantom Fireworks, so he got in with the horse people?

Speaker 3:

Yes, but the CEO of Spyglass Entertainment, that's the film company. I think that Taylor has been working with or something there's something to do. Or is that what Ryan Reynolds works with? There's some connection there.

Speaker 2:

You know that show. He just was shooting the American Horror Story people Spyglass.

Speaker 3:

Entertainment.

Speaker 2:

Is that the American Horror Story people that he's on that?

Speaker 3:

No, spyglass Entertainment is like with that guy he like holds the spyglass up.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I know the logo.

Speaker 3:

Films produced by Spyglass Entertainment have been Scream. Okay, so Scary. All the screams, yeah, the Sixth Sense, the Vow, it's all like Seabiscuit.

Speaker 2:

Oh that's about a horse? What about a horse? Wait, that's our only movie that's not creepy, why?

Speaker 3:

No Memoirs of a Geisha.

Speaker 2:

These are huge movies.

Speaker 3:

Oh, those are 27 Dresses with Katherine Heigl movies. 27 dresses with katherine heigl. Okay, the legend of zoro? Oh, um, what else? Star trek? So they do big blockbusters yeah, so now he's in with those people yes, but I think that this is also a production company that, like taylor, has been working, because you know, taylor's doing movies now, and so I'm assuming that the connection is from Taylor.

Speaker 2:

I would assume any of his connections are from Taylor. That's the point. Only, he has something to gain from being with Taylor. She's gaining nothing. She's gaining football knowledge Wow.

Speaker 3:

Oh well, based on the football knowledge, I have my next story, which is about Patrick Mahomes. Next story, patrick Mahomes, reveals that Taylor Swift has been drawing up plays for the Chiefs.

Speaker 2:

We might have to put one in. What do you mean?

Speaker 3:

Look out Coach Reed. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes revealed Taylor Swift who is dating Travis obviously has given her two cents on the game plays they should be doing this upcoming season.

Speaker 2:

Oh, so Taylor's doing choreography for the football team.

Speaker 3:

Yes, she's a mastermind, don't we know? Wow, she's a mastermind.

Speaker 2:

So Taylor's like have them go this way, that way, this way, that way. She's choreographing the routines.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, he said she's really interested in football. She asks a lot of great questions.

Speaker 2:

Well, that's because Taylor's very intelligent. She just asks all questions, no matter where she goes. That's how come she's so smart, because she gains so much information about everything.

Speaker 3:

And then he said she's already drawing up plays, so we might have to put one in.

Speaker 2:

Oh, will it be called the T-Swift?

Speaker 3:

move. Oh, maybe. Yeah, it doesn't say what the play would be called.

Speaker 2:

It would be the Swift Kick.

Speaker 3:

I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Or the Swifty Shuffle the Swifty.

Speaker 3:

Shuffle, I don't know, but those are basically all my Queen stories.

Speaker 2:

We're going to have to find those Kansas clothes that we got from those people.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, we will.

Speaker 2:

When's?

Speaker 3:

the next game? When's the first game? When's?

Speaker 2:

the first game. Taylor's going to the opening. They already had preseason it's September 5, I think.

Speaker 3:

No, yeah, I'm ready. I'm ready, so that means it's this week coming up, so we'll talk about it. Do you think she'll be there on TV though?

Speaker 2:

Oh Well.

Speaker 3:

It has to, she's going.

Speaker 2:

Because she's off, she's off.

Speaker 3:

She's going to be there.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, she's off because she timed it very well.

Speaker 3:

I think so too. Yeah, okay, so next story, next story. So Beetlejuice is premiering at all the film festivals now I know the new film.

Speaker 1:

I'm so excited.

Speaker 3:

And I just liked this one story about Jenna Ortega. And I just liked this one story about Jenna Ortega and it's more of a fashion. This is a little fashion story. I like her. Yeah, her fashion has looked fabulous on this tour, like all the premieres Beautiful, but at London's premiere, yes, she wore this fabulous outfit, but she also carried a Beetlejuice house as a purse.

Speaker 2:

Wait, where did she get that from Our friends at Loungefly?

Speaker 3:

No, actually it was so. Jenna Ortega carried a custom Ozias purse in the shape of the Dietz family home at the London premiere of Beetlejuice. Wow, she's so stylish, it's spooky.

Speaker 2:

No, she's really like her dresses Well. Okay, so she even went to the Venice Film Festival. She had this beautiful velvet suit.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, it was gorge. And then that red dress with the heart on the front yes, Well, this gown she wore a custom corseted Harris Reed gown with a structural peplum, black velvet panels and opera gloves to match the purse. Here I'll show you the picture.

Speaker 2:

Wait, is this the black one or the red one?

Speaker 3:

This is the one from London, oh yes, that was beautiful. With the house purse it's beautiful.

Speaker 2:

She's got to lend us those clothes.

Speaker 3:

I know.

Speaker 2:

Send them over.

Speaker 3:

She looks great.

Speaker 2:

You know, because it's like us.

Speaker 3:

I'm excited to see that movie you can only wear something once.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I know it's like us I'm excited to see that you can only wear something once. Yeah, it's so, so sad because, like, we have some things that we really love, but once you wear it it's like, okay, that's it yeah, the movie looks so exciting, though I can't. I hope it's good and um winona rider's in it again, because she was in the real one.

Speaker 3:

The first one, the Ridge.

Speaker 2:

I'm excited.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, good for spooky season.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we're entering spooky season right now. Fall is upon us.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm, ooh, oh no, we got horses, we got goats. Well, spooky season is upon us already, because our television is. Is it still on? No?

Speaker 2:

Wait, hold on. It's off now. I'm serious, it's off now.

Speaker 3:

There's something going on.

Speaker 2:

I'm telling you we took a spook home with us. It's not.

Speaker 3:

Gossip Pup Society. It's GP Spooks Spooks Society. Gossip Pup Spooks.

Speaker 2:

And yeah. Like speaking of spooks and fall and like spooky season. I'm excited for spooky season. I'm already trying to figure out what to be for Halloween.

Speaker 3:

I know it has to be really good this year. Don't tell anyone, it'll be a secret.

Speaker 2:

I'm not telling anyone, but I just don't know what. Oh yeah, last year was epic. We were from the TV series, the West TV series, remember, with our French town. Bellowstone, that was epic, that was epic yeah.

Speaker 3:

We have to figure something out. I know, it's just really hard.

Speaker 2:

We will that just worked out. That was perfect.

Speaker 3:

I know Well, we're going to see what's trending, what's pop culturing and what fits the GPS, I know, and on that spooks talk. I have a spook story.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, spook story.

Speaker 3:

Wells Fargo employee found dead in her cubicle four days after she clocked in for work. Wait, what? I just saw this and I was like this is a spook story. This is a spooks. Denise Prudhomme, 60, was found dead on August 20th after arriving for work four days earlier in Tempe, arizona, tempe.

Speaker 2:

Arizona. Yeah, but then I have a question Does?

Speaker 3:

she get paid for all four days.

Speaker 2:

She technically was there and she never clocked out. Does she get overtime? Oh, my god bell, I'm actually crying, crying, laughing and I feel bad. Poor denise. I don't mean to make fun. I think she should get overtime honestly and give it to her family. Can I finish the story? Yes, I'm sorry.

Speaker 3:

A Wells Fargo employee in Arizona was found dead in her cubicle four days after she clocked into work On Friday, August 16th, at around 7 am local time. Denise arrived at the company's office near Priest Drive and Washington Street in Tempe. The police said that we can confirm Denise was a Wells Fargo employee. Denise last scanned into the building at approximately 7 am and there is no further scan in or out, so Did no one miss her?

Speaker 2:

Let's stop it. No, I'm serious. Wait, let's get to the bottom of the story.

Speaker 3:

Let's get to the bottom of this Her body was discovered at a third floor desk in the office by on-site security on Tuesday August 20th. The preliminary investigation did not show any obvious sounds of foul play. We have no further information at this time and this is an ongoing investigation. Her cause of death will be determined by the county's medical examiner's office.

Speaker 2:

What the heck? This is a spook thing.

Speaker 3:

Police had responded to the location after receiving reports about what oh?

Speaker 2:

no, they're spooks. Okay, guys, I'm telling you, there's something happening.

Speaker 3:

It's Denise because you're making jokes about her having overtime.

Speaker 2:

Well, that's a good thing. She should have overtime, that's not a joke about it.

Speaker 3:

Spooks, things are falling, everyone Go ahead, tink.

Speaker 2:

Don't hesitate.

Speaker 3:

Okay police, have they responded to the location after receiving reports about a subject down? The outlet stated authorities said there were no obvious sounds of foul play. Okay, you already said that People Magazine Like come on.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, stop being repetitive so repetitive, and wells fargo said in a statement that the company was deeply saddened by the loss of their colleague and their thoughts are with their family and loved ones and we are in contact to ensure they are well supported during this difficult time and there's really. Let's see. Wells fargo told usa today that the company spoke to the family before addressing addressing employees about her death, adding that she had been sat in a very underpopulated area of the office.

Speaker 2:

Uh you think, you think, okay oh no. It's back. The sound is. Tv is back on, Okay so more to the story.

Speaker 3:

So the medical examiner's office will now determine the cause of death and, according to an unnamed employee said that several people had said they smelled a foul odor but passed it off as faulty plumbing come on. The publication added that the building has 24 7 security, but most employees at the tempe location work remotely and that is the end of the article so, in other words, this lady went to work and worked in like the basement where no one else worked and no one thought to check on her when she didn't clock out.

Speaker 3:

I guess just no one. But then also my question is it's Tuesday, so then she didn't show up on Monday and no one thought that was odd and like she didn't show up for work on Monday.

Speaker 2:

It was four days.

Speaker 3:

I know, but she didn't clock out Friday. But then she didn't show up Monday. No one really thought of anything. And then Tuesday, finally, they thought, hmm, this is strange.

Speaker 2:

Did this lady not talk to anyone? Because wouldn't a friend or a relative or something?

Speaker 3:

be like Usually, when you go into an office, you have at least someone that you talk to.

Speaker 2:

Yes, but it was nobody there because.

Speaker 3:

Most are remote.

Speaker 2:

Right. So she was probably like one of the few, and maybe nobody was, I don't know. It's very strange. I find this foul play.

Speaker 3:

You think so?

Speaker 2:

Well, what the heck?

Speaker 3:

I don't know. We'll see. I want to know. I want to know the update. Is this going to be like?

Speaker 2:

one of those TV things we watch the mystery shows.

Speaker 3:

Well, it depends if it's a mystery or if just you know it was a bad time for her.

Speaker 2:

But no one checked on her.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, and no one knew that she was there.

Speaker 2:

Well, it's very strange, very strange.

Speaker 3:

And she must have not been doing timely work, work that required things to happen right away, because wouldn't it be obvious if her work wasn't being done?

Speaker 2:

Wasn't getting done at all, Like at all Wow.

Speaker 3:

That's crazy. Or answering phones, Like if she was answering phones or something that's a crazy story.

Speaker 2:

I don't think I want to go back to Arizona.

Speaker 3:

Okay, okay, okay, we got enough spooks here right now, and that is the end of pop culture and moving on to the pub.

Speaker 2:

On to the pub. Not much happened in the pub world, but I got a couple stories, okay, so here we go, fabulous. The first one Border Collie meetup breaks record with more than 100 dogs. All right, more than 100 dogs just made history in guess where? Where? England? Oh, love it there. The large amount of Border Collies and their owners came together in Alnwick for Rocking Horse Cafe and Gallery's fundraising event benefiting local not-for-profit a sanctuary for abused, mistreated and neglected dogs. The coffee shop said that more than 100 colleagues attended the event, though they're still tallying the exact amount. Yeah, that must have been hard to total, with them running over and everything.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, how did they do that?

Speaker 2:

The fundraiser was held in conjunction with International Dog Day and took place near the coffee shop, at a large grassy field, at a nearby bed and breakfast.

Speaker 3:

Oh yeah, we forgot to talk about that, belle. What the International Dog Day and how many fabulous you know companies shared us.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, I know, because we were in London. So it was International Dog Day. Sorry, I'll stop my collie story.

Speaker 3:

No, go ahead, Do your collie story, and then that can be another pop culture story.

Speaker 2:

Okay. A schedule shared on the coffee shop Instagram shows that the meetup occurred from 12.30pm local time to 5pm, with activities such as an agility, obstacle course, a group lie down, a photography session and a occurred from 12.30 pm local time to 5 pm, with activities such as an agility, obstacle course Activities, a group lie down, a photography session and a raffle. They're such an amazing dog, they said. You don't get that connection with any other. Excuse me.

Speaker 3:

And that photography session must have been stressful.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because they don't sit like we do.

Speaker 3:

And excuse me, we are. You know, we're a great breed as well. Yeah, because they don't sit like we do, and excuse me, we are, you know we're a great breed as well. Yeah, sorry guys.

Speaker 2:

Bbc reported that the cafe's first Border Collies event in 2022 had 68 dogs in attendance, followed by 80 the next year. They also raised big bucks for the shelter. And yeah, they say they're still counting. How are you still counting when nobody's there? Yeah, but anyway, it looked like a lot of fun and a lot of people were there. My next story a dog and a mailman celebrate sweet, years-long friendship with daily photos. It was love at first sight when franny, a tiny, long-haired chihuahua mail carrier, dawned.

Speaker 3:

Damn. Usually that's the opposite. Don't those chihuahuas just go after mailmen?

Speaker 2:

Apparently, she immediately started kissing him Like he had chicken or peanut butter on his face, says the owner. She wouldn't stop the next day and every day since her owner filmed their greetings. When Lasky first adopted Franny, the dog quickly became her constant companion. I wasn't going anywhere without her because I just loved her so much, so I took her out to get the mail. She recalls In October of 2021, Lasky asked her friendly mail carrier if he would meet the newest member of her family and they both fell fast in love. He was cracking up, I was cracking up. I told my husband about it later and he was like you got to get a picture of that. The next day, she took their first video. All of a sudden, my social media started blowing up.

Speaker 2:

She says she's out for the love and nothing more. It just brings me such joy. So they made a combined TikTok and they have 265,000 followers.

Speaker 3:

Wow, congrats.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and it's all just about the chihuahua and her best friend. Who's the mailman?

Speaker 3:

That's a good, like you know, we don't care for our mail person.

Speaker 2:

We never see them.

Speaker 3:

No.

Speaker 2:

So it doesn't matter to us. Yeah, okay, but that's a nice story, very nice story. Here's another one Dog finally safe.

Speaker 3:

I thought you said you had no pup culture now.

Speaker 2:

I have a couple stories. I've had Dog finally safe after 555 days of wandering in Massachusetts.

Speaker 3:

Oh no, look how sad, 555 days.

Speaker 2:

Work test to Massachusetts. Have we been there?

Speaker 3:

I don't think so.

Speaker 2:

Is that near Boston?

Speaker 3:

Maybe I have no idea.

Speaker 2:

Anyway, a loose dog is finally in a foster home after being on the run in Warchester for 555 days. Trappers with Missing Dogs, massachusetts, mdm. Sorry guys have been on this for 19 months. What she soon will be looking for a forever home. Sorry guys have been on this for 19 months. What she soon will be looking for a forever home. The pup is now named Gracie, but was known as Roxy during her time on her own. Her journey has been long and difficult. She was found on the woods in Tennessee before being brought to a breeder in Massachusetts. Mdm says Worcester Animal Rescue came in to remove dogs from that breeder due to many issues. Thankfully, gracie was adopted before that happened. She was only with her new family for a few days before she went missing. February of 2023. Oh my goodness.

Speaker 3:

And it's been on the run since.

Speaker 2:

The dog went missing was roaming right across the street from where she lived. A volunteer said They've been trying to trap her ever since spotting her. I thought, okay, if we can get her settled, this shouldn't hopefully be too bad. But that was a silly thing to say, because she never really left the area, with the exception on July 23rd when she went to the Worcester airport. What did she want? To get on a plane?

Speaker 3:

Was she on the ground, like on the tarmac?

Speaker 2:

The first few months the dog still had her leash attached and was dragging it around, but they believe she chewed it off. They tried to trap her for months, but to no avail. At times she would get partially in the trap but then escape. It led Jiro to think she may have been trapped before. Mdm has trail cameras With hundreds of videos Of their attempts to trap her.

Speaker 2:

They fed her 16 Of the 19 months that she was on the run we cooked chicken Hamburger steak and she ate very well. We had kibble. They fed her 16 of the 19 months that she was on the run. We cooked chicken hamburger steak and she ate very well. We had kibble. What?

Speaker 1:

But we had to ante up to keep her interested.

Speaker 2:

Around January of this year she showed up with a limp. She stood in front of our camera and we could see that her hip was distorted. It looks like she might have been hit by a car. A neighbor noticed her limping several times.

Speaker 3:

Okay, this sounds ridiculous, so I'm going to stop you right there. This is when the tranquilizers should be brought in.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Like why couldn't they have? She goes into the trap, she gets the food and keeps getting out. Yeah, but obviously the trapping wasn't working.

Speaker 3:

Like they're not doing a good job, but like, couldn't we have saved a lot of time and money? And like hurt of getting hit by a car if we just, you know, shot a tranquilizer on her, and, and, and finally got her to safety?

Speaker 2:

19 months of this insanity do you know how much that was costing. Like you said, this sounds like a board game. Yeah, anyway, they finally sounds like a video game. Trap the dog. It sounds insane to me. So anyway, she's rescued finally there's, aren't there safe tranquilizers? I mean?

Speaker 3:

out there. I don't really know, actually I don't know, it might be unsafe listen, if this was new york it would have taken a day.

Speaker 2:

sorry, I don't know what goes on in Massachusetts Me either. Anyway, that's the end of the stories, but I just have one more thing.

Speaker 3:

What happened?

Speaker 2:

I read 10 interesting facts about dogs.

Speaker 3:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

Number one. Puppies have 28 teeth and normal adult dogs have 42.

Speaker 3:

Okay.

Speaker 2:

Did you know that? No, but what is this? Wait, dogs don't only see in black and white, but they also see blue and yellow.

Speaker 3:

Well, we know that already, because we're dogs.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I didn't know how many teeth we had, though. Okay, dog's eyes contain a special membrane that allows them to see in the dark.

Speaker 3:

I didn't know that. Wait, I can't see in the dark. I can barely get down the stairs to get to the potty. I see in the dark. Well then I know, because I'm more human than dog.

Speaker 2:

I don't know. Anyway, this is just 10 funny facts about dogs. I thought it was entertaining, but so that happened Now. Now we can go back to International Doggy Day.

Speaker 3:

Well, just shout out to all the amazing businesses that shared us Like yeah, all our friends that shared us on International Dog Day. Well, just shout out to all the amazing businesses that shared us Like, yeah, all our friends that shared us on International Dog Day, we're honored.
