Hi, I'm.
Speaker 1Tinkerbell the dog, and I'm her little sister, belle, and this is our podcast.
Speaker 2Fierce fabulous fluff talking about stuff Gossip Pups. Fierce fabulous fluff talking about stuff Gossip Pups.
Speaker 1Happy Friday everyone. I'm Tinkerbell.
Speaker 3And.
Speaker 1I'm Belle and welcome to Gossip Pups, season 2, episode 33.
Speaker 3Season 2, episode 33. Is that wrong? I thought it was 34, Belle. Oh, yeah, it is Sorry, guys, I think you're a little jet lagged I am.
Speaker 1Oh wait Anyway. Episode 34, also known as 85, also known as 34. 24. I'm just getting everything mixed up.
Speaker 3Yeah, you are.
Speaker 1Yeah, well, whatever it's been, okay, let's start from the beginning. When last Friday we told you you we had an extra special surprise. Something big was in the works, something huge was in the works, something I've dreamed of all my three years of life was in the works. So let's tell you how the week went from last Friday. Of course, we had a bath on Friday night because on Saturday both of us Tinkerbell and I had a booking to appear with Kate Spade, the designer.
Speaker 1And so that was on Saturday. We went to Kate Spade and did our work there and it was so nice they made this. So it's in the city down in Soho, soho, soho.
Speaker 3Yeah, Soho.
Speaker 1And they made this area in the street that was penned off and it was like they made this little dog park kind of idea, instagrammable dog park and they had like they had puppuccinos with toppings like bacon. It was so delicious. And they had this wall that said Kate Spade that we got to sit in front of and they did photos and videos and we got to go in the store and play in the store and what else happened there? Oh, there was like coffees for the humans and it was really fun, really, really fun Saturday. And then we had to come home because we had to pack, because Last Sunday, this past Sunday, we flew to London, london bound, and here we are in London on our balcony. Well, it's not called a balcony, it's called a patio. We have a big, huge room. We're here at the sea quarters, sea containers, sea, what Belle, I don't know. Belle's out the Sea Quarters, sea Containers.
Speaker 3Sea. What Belle? I don't know. Belle's out of it today. Guys, I'm tired. 33, sea Quarters we're at the Sea Containers. Shout out to the Sea Containers. Hotel of London.
Speaker 1Yes, the Sea Containers Hotel. So we have a room that has an entire outside that's fenced in, so we can't get lost. So the sounds you're hearing that's London. You are hearing everything in London air possible Brought to you by Gossip Pops GPS. So we're here in London. Pops GPS. So we're here in London. We didn't arrive until Monday morning because the flight is a night flight, overnight, and we didn't sleep really. We got here Monday morning and the car that took us from the airport to the sea containers it took so long, okay wait?
Speaker 3What? Nothing? Well, what do you mean? Wait, because we didn't talk about the flight at all. What's there to talk?
Speaker 1about Okay, it was a boring flight, there's nothing to talk about.
Speaker 3Okay, so in the car.
Speaker 1The seats are not comfortable on a plane, no matter where you sit. That's just how it is.
Speaker 3So we get in the car to go to the sea containers.
Speaker 1Yeah, but before that we got to say hi to everyone in the airport and the customs and all that good stuff. Oh, yes, they loved us. Yeah, okay. So then we got in the car to come to the sea containers. Uh-huh, it was as long as the plane ride.
Speaker 3It felt pretty long. The traffic was, I think, because it was the morning and I just was over sitting.
Speaker 1At that point I was like, guys, I want to walk, please just get me somewhere Anyway. So we got here monday about, I guess, noon, maybe, whatever. Maybe like a, yeah, a little earlier.
Speaker 3Let's just say noon, just to keep it all yeah.
Speaker 1So what happens? We get here, say hello to everybody, greet all of our friends here at the seed containers that um were waiting for us as soon as we walked in. It was like tinkerbell and bell are here and yeah everybody came what a welcome yeah, all of a sudden, all these doors behind the desk area opened and people were coming out. It was so funny. So we are here and, um, we didn't realize their uniforms that they wear here have stripes and we wore stripes. It was just weird it was just meant to be.
Speaker 1We just wore our striped hoodie because we wanted to be comfortable traveling so long, and all of a sudden they were like, wow, you match us. And I was like, how did that happen? That's crazy. Anyway. So then we come to our beautiful room, we have our beautiful outdoor patio and we're like, oh no, hurry, we change our clothes and we went for those of you who don't follow us on social media on the tube, underground, underground tube, and we went to wembly stadium. Wembly stadium, which is not just iconic in it's, iconic in itself, but of course we were there because we went to the heiress tour.
Speaker 3On monday night, we finally went to the ERA's tour To the ERA's tour I can't believe it.
Speaker 1We went to the ERA's tour. We met friends there. We sat in this section called VIP section so we could get up and down and there was like a candy store. Not a candy store, not a candy store, what do you call it?
Speaker 3It was a candy station.
Speaker 1Oh, a candy station. We got some chips and merch and we didn't have to wait on lines anywhere to do anything. We just went up there and everybody was like come on over here. And we were like, wow, this is amazing, we sat dead center of of the um stage. So it's, it's bad, it's dead center, so you're not like on top of it, but, um, you're really seeing full stage.
Speaker 3We were center, but you know, the stage is so far from just everything because there's so many people standing. It was wild, oh my gosh.
Speaker 1It was like a sea of people. I've never seen so many people on the floor, but that's why she packs over 92,000 people at night, because there's no seats down there. Yeah, all of these people stood for like.
Speaker 3Four, five, six hours, no six hours.
Speaker 1They stood for six hours.
Speaker 3Good for them, but I don't do standing oh no, I wanted my VIP squishy seat.
Speaker 1My butt was in my squishy seat, it was fabulous. And then it was really good because so many people here were taking the underground also, so it was great.
Speaker 2We started walking and all of a sudden we were just surrounded by Swifties.
Speaker 1Yeah, it was amazing. And then, coming home too, we were just surrounded by Swifties. You don't feel unsafe at all, no, and it's really fun to take the tubes. It's so much cleaner than New York City.
Speaker 3It is much cleaner I don't know how they do it.
Speaker 1You know, I'm going to tell a story. I don't remember what day this happened, but this happened. So we were on the tube and there was this man who had like a sandwich I know what you're going to say. There was this man who had like a sandwich and an unopened sandwich and unopened beer and an opened beer. So he was just sitting there by himself and I was like I think he might fall asleep, but I don't know what's happening. All of a sudden, the man gets up and gets off the train, leaves his sandwich and his unopened beer and thinks like wait, the guy just left his food and with that he came back. Do you know? He got up, took his trash out and got back on the train. They don't do that in New York, they just leave their trash.
Speaker 3And this guy was feeling very good.
Speaker 1Yeah, he was a little. He was not a Swifty, but he was. He was flying a little with those beers.
Speaker 3But he still managed to throw his trash away.
Speaker 1Yeah, he did. I mean, I don't understand it, I'm laughing, it was amazing, so anyway. So we went Monday from no sleep into the most amazing night of our lives.
Speaker 3It was the most amazing night of our lives, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1And everyone was so happy we had our hoodies and our bandanas. Shout out to Wildest Dreams. Official for our bandanas. Yes, our heiress to our bandanas. She hooked us up, she did yeah.
Speaker 3It just made the outfit ten times better.
Speaker 1Yeah, totally so. That's what happened Monday. Now, keep in mind, guys, we haven't slept Because Saturday night we had to pack. Because we didn't pack Sunday we had to go to the airport early. Then we flew Sunday night. We land Monday morning here in London. Don't sleep and we don't sleep, get the car, come to the Sea Containers Hotel, change your clothes and go to the Airist Tour. Now we get home from the Airist Tour. It has to be midnight, 1 am, maybe later 1 am, I think it was around 1 am, 1 am.
Speaker 1So now keep in mind no sleep Saturday, no sleep Sunday, no sleep Monday, because Tuesday morning we, you know, we're working with our friends here at our hotel, so we have to be at this beautiful breakfast they have every morning, which is right on the Thames. Did I say that right, thames? Yes, I did Good.
Speaker 3I'm learning. Yes, you are.
London Adventures and Surprises
Speaker 1You know, this is my first time abroad. I'm so excited, Anyway. That's why my numbers are all mixed up. I'm confused and excited and everything Okay. So then we wake up, here, we go Tuesday. Now Tink and I are like, oof, we're tired, but we have to go meet our friends. So we go and everybody's like Hi, good morning, how was your concert? Blah, blah, blah. They're talking to us. And if I tell you, we met other Swifties at the breakfast and we were exchanging bracelets, Mm-hmm it was so much fun.
Speaker 3Breakfast full of Swifties. Yeah, friendship bracelets traded everywhere.
Speaker 1Let the friendship bracelets in, so that was fun. And then we were coming back to the room to gather our stuff for departure for the day and they're like like, wait, you want some extra treats in the room. So now you know me, do I ever say no to treats? No, I think not. So I was like, heck, yeah, tink's. Like no, I'm good. But I was like, yeah, bring them up. So here they come in the room with all of these chewy treats, like sticks, raw, I don't know what it is, all kinds of treats, I don't know. So we added a whole other bowl of treats. Yeah, so they just wanted to make sure we were staying fueled to get through these days, I guess, mm-hmm. So that was fun. So then we went, we walked over the bridge. Which bridge did we cross the first day?
Speaker 2Do you remember it?
Speaker 1wasn't the.
Speaker 3Was it Waterloo Bridge?
Speaker 1Waterloo Bridge. Yes, it was Waterloo Bridge, are we sure? Yes, because we went to Covent Gardens. I don't think that was it then, not it? Okay, so here's the thing there's so many bridges on the Thames that we can access just by walking. We've literally walked over nine miles a day. It is Waterloo Bridge. Yeah, so we went over the Waterloo Bridge for the first time on Tuesday and we went into Covent Garden. Attention, please, attention, please.
Speaker 2What's that? Testing of the hotel file-on system will now commence. What the action?
Speaker 1is to be taken until further notice. What? Listen to this. What's going to happen?
Speaker 3Oh no, how loud is it going to be?
Speaker 1I don't hear anything. Test.
Speaker 3Wow.
Speaker 2What Wow.
Speaker 3What the oh my God? Well, we are really in London.
Speaker 1That's London. You don't know when things are going to happen. And they happen. There you go. That's a wake-up call for all of us. Wow, oh my gosh. What if the people were sleeping late? What if someone was sleeping? They just woke them up and they're probably hanging off the ceiling. You can't make this up. Can't make it up. Welcome to gps anyway. So we went to covent gardens and of course there were people that were meeting us and wanted to take photos with us, because there was this art display of like what are those called balloons hanging from the ceiling. They were clouds, but they were like all hanging from the ceiling. It was really pretty and everybody wanted to take photos of us with themselves with this background. So, okay, go ahead, Go ahead, people. We're working on no sleep, but we'll be good. And then we went to oh, the best dinner in London. It was pretty epic. What's the name of the place? Tim One, aldrich.
Speaker 3One Aldrich and the hotel. I mean that's where the hotel was, but it's a restaurant in a hotel and it's upstairs and guess what?
Speaker 1It's called Indigo. Indigo at the One Aldrich in Covent Gardens. You have to go because here's what happened. We come in and they're like hello, come to your table, would you like some water? So we don't. You know, we drink out of the human glasses of water on the table.
Speaker 3Usually yeah.
Speaker 1With that. All of a sudden the lady comes over with a bed, a doggy giant, brand new bed and a doggy water bowl. And I was like what? In a restaurant We've never been treated that well before.
Speaker 3That was some high class service. Yeah, Water, dog bed while our humans dine. It was amazing. It was so good.
Speaker 1I tested out the bed. I preferred humans lap because I need to be closer to the food, but it was amazing. It was so nice, anyway. So then after dinner we went to. Now this is our night two. Yes, this is night two Because the first night was Error's.
Speaker 3Tour. It feels all jumbled together, though.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's why I take notes to try to un-jumble it. Okay, so then we went to see Oklahoma.
Speaker 3Yes at the Theater Drury Lane, oklahoma. Yes at the.
Speaker 1Theater Drury Lane, the Theater Drury Lane. We went to see the show Oklahoma, where our friend Christina Bianco was starring as Ado Annie. Yes, she was Ado Annie. And we went to see this concert and the people from Ted Lasso were in it too. Yeah, and it was the orchestra. Wow, boom, boom, that orchestra is fabulous. It was the orchestra. Wow, boom, boom, that orchestra is fabulous. It was packed, packed. There was not a seat to be had.
Speaker 3What a huge theater. Yeah, it was really big and it was gorgeous.
Speaker 1Mm-hmm, it was so nice and they gave us special seats, because we had seats, but they wanted to put us in more special seats, so they moved us. Yes, they gave us these nice comfortable seats yeah, really nice bigger, comfortable seats. But the show was amazing. Yeah, it was so good and it was amazing to see.
London Sightseeing and Theater Adventures
Speaker 3Christina on the stage. Yeah, because we know Christina.
Speaker 1Okay, so Tink knows Christina first? Yes, I do, because Tink went to Paris many times, as you know, and Tink went to see funny girl and the star of funny girl was christina bianco. So christina bianco had already followed tinkerbell because her husband works at our dr d's. So he was in new york working at dr d's and he saw and said christina tinkerbell seeing funny girl, she's there. So with that they come over to her and they say come backstage, and this is in Paris. So Tinker went backstage in Paris and was the first time she met Christina.
Speaker 3In her dressing room. Yes, and we hung out in the dressing room. It was fun.
Speaker 1Yeah. So now flash forward and I'm in London with Tink, but I've already met christina, because she yes, because she's from new york, right. So now I'm in london with tink and here's christina starring on the west end, yeah.
Speaker 3So what must we?
Speaker 1do we go to christina and she was so happy. And then afterwards we went with christina and some friends and cast members across the street to this little theater pub.
Speaker 3Yes, called the Nell. Apparently, it's the place to go for the actors.
Speaker 1Yeah, for the actors, it's the Nell, and we sat there and do you know what happens here? So everything closes.
Speaker 1So here's what they do 11, 30, they're like, okay, last time you can get anything to drink, kitchens close but you can have one last drink. And I mean we had our waters, we were fine, we didn't need more waters. But then here comes 12 o'clock and they're like okay, bye, everyone get, we're closed. And they literally kick everyone out and everyone just gets up and leaves. Yeah, it's so normal, like there's no problems. Everyone just obeys rules here.
Speaker 3It's so amazing. I mean, there's probably still the ones that don't, but we haven't really encountered it.
Speaker 1Yeah, so then we left there at midnight, walked to. Did we walk home? Yeah, we walked home.
Speaker 3Yes, we did.
Speaker 1Yeah, we walked home Back over the Waterloo Bridge Back over the Waterloo Because it was so convenient.
Speaker 3I couldn't believe that we were. Attention, please, oh no again.
Speaker 2All facilities. Testing of the hotel fire alarm is now complete. Please respond to all future fire alarms.
Speaker 1Thank you. I was like, if you do this fire alarm thing again, guys, I'm going to call you and yell at you. But they didn't. So okay, so we're good. Yeah, so okay.
Speaker 1So that was Tuesday. So then we get home. Now we have to get up, as we said, for breakfast and be downstairs. Yes, because they expect us. Yes, they expect us, we need to be seen. Everybody wants to see it, Whatever, Okay.
Speaker 1So now we're on to Wednesday night, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday what is this night? Four of no sleep, I think. Whatever. Wednesday night, so, no, Tuesday night, no sleep. Wednesday we have to be up early. We're up at 6 am, even though we went to bed at like 3 am, and we go, get dressed, go to breakfast. So then from breakfast we're packed up, ready to go already, and here we go, we went to, we did everything, we went out.
Speaker 1So our back door of the hotel is on the Thames, yes, which is where you eat. You face them. So we walk at the back door and our goal was because we knew we had to be at the London Eye. So what happens? We walk at the back, we get amazing photos. There's Ben, Big Ben. There's Westminster Abbey, there's the Parliament in the background. We're making our way towards the London Eye. We get to the London Eye. We get to the London Eye. We get epic photos. We go on the London Eye and it was really nice because there were maybe six people totaled, including us on our London Eye car.
Speaker 3Yeah, there was no one there.
Speaker 1No, but there was a line to get on it. Oh yes, but we didn't wait on the line. No, we don't wait on lines guys. Fyi, no waiting for us, we do not wait, we only wait in cars. No waiting at all. So we went on the london eye.
Speaker 1It was nice, I had fun on it, I mean it was beautiful yeah, it goes very slowly, but it was really nice and you really got to see London. London is huge, by the way. Yes, like huge, epically huge, it's crazy, yeah. So then from there we keep going. I know you're probably tired listening to our schedule. We go from there and we have tea scheduled at the St Irmin's Hotel, so then we go to tea and wait till you see those photos. Guys, you're going to be like, wow, those are beautiful photos. You'll see, we'll get to everything eventually. It's just the problem here is that we have to be in Wi-Fi to do anything on social media. So it's really hard, like we're only in Wi-Fi when we get to the hotel, or some of our um stops have it, but not much. So it's so inter, so sporadic that we're on wi-fi.
Speaker 3Yes, but don't worry, you'll get all the content.
Speaker 1Oh yeah, we'll be gone for a while. So then we go to our beautiful tea at the saint ermine's, and they gave us the most beautiful seating location possible the table was fabulous, it was just perfect for us. They just knew Okay. So then from there we walked to Trafalgar Square and did some sightseeing along the way and then okay, this is now night three. We went to see Starlight Express. That is Andrew Lloyd Webber's show. Is Andrew Lloyd Webber's show Andrew Lloyd Webber's show? Did I say that right?
Speaker 3Andrew Lloyd Webber's show Tink. Pay attention, Tink. Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Speaker 1Tink's tapping away because she's in Wi-Fi. She's not even paying attention here. I am paying attention. So we went to Starlight Express, starlight Express. No, it goes, starlight Express, starlight Express. Anyway, it's oh my gosh.
Speaker 3This was an experience of I don't know of epic proportions.
Speaker 1It was the best show that you, the audience, was okay. So Starlight Express is about train cars. There's an oil train, there's a diesel train, there's an electric train, yeah, and there's a competition and races and it's just insane. These people are on roller skates. They were flying around us on roller skates, flipping up in the air, mm-hmm Singing their faces off. Singing their faces off. Their costumes are fabulous. Their lighting is fabulous.
Speaker 3There was fire on stage. It was amazing. Yeah, the set was incredible.
Speaker 1And if a train, car crashed, not just did you feel it, you smelled it, it was. I'm telling you, I've never seen anything like it.
Speaker 3I felt like I was on a Disney World ride Better, but ten times better yeah.
Speaker 1I'd say a million times better, a million times better Agreed. The show was so good that the audience starts rooting for Train to Win. Literally. I couldn't stop watching the show. My head was Okay. So they skate behind us, around us, in front of us. Every time they skate behind us I was like whoa, wow, whoa. I kept following. It was highly, highly recommend. Everybody must see Star Express and it's good for every age. Yes, yeah, so, oh, my gosh, that was amazing. So that was actually down at Wembley Park. Sorry, tink, oh, that was down at Wembley Park, which is right where the Air Restore is. So we were at the Air Restore area Monday night and Wednesday night and didn't realize.
Speaker 3No, we did not realize that it was going to be the same area, but it's fine.
Speaker 1Yeah, nice area, but Starlight Express was just amazing.
Speaker 3Yes amazing.
Speaker 1Yes, and they can never bring that to New York because there is no place large enough to build that set.
Speaker 3Well, there is, but I don't think they will.
Speaker 1They would never. They'd have to gut out an entire place down at the seaport, and then it's not a Broadway show, but whatever Truth. So then, okay, we got home Wednesday around 2 am again, I think. So, yeah, and here we are up early on thursday, which was yesterday, had to be a breakfast again.
Speaker 1Fabulous breakfast, love you. Sea containers, london. Yes, and our bags were packed and after breakfast we walked out our back door on Thames and continued on, because we had tickets to go into Buckingham Palace. Yes, we did. We went to the palace and we went inside on the tour. Now it was disappointing because we couldn't do photos inside, mm-hmm. So the only photos we were allowed to take was outside the gates. Yeah, and I felt like I was in Frozen. Open up the gates, but they didn't open the gates. But we went in the side door. Whoa, did you see that?
Speaker 3Yeah, it's the light.
Speaker 1Welcome to London. I don't know what's going on Me either. So, okay, so we go in the. We did some photos at the gate in front. Then we go in our side door and they're like Hello, hello. And do you know what? They told us Tink and Belle, if you need water during the tour, the tour, just get one of us and we'll bring you a bowl. I said what Buckingham? Palace is willing to bring us water on demand. Wow, we're really working it here huh, you're royalty. It was amazing, we didn't ask for it.
Speaker 3We didn't need water.
Speaker 1We didn't need it, but just to be offered that. I know Any person just tell them They'll get you water and I was like, will they bring me snacks with it? Some royal cookies.
Speaker 3Probably get what the corgis get.
Speaker 1Yeah, corgis, I'm putting a petition up. I want to be the dog of the royal palace. Yeah Bye corgis. Dog of the royal palace. Yeah Bye corgis. It's a tradition though, I know, but I want to be Like you know how. We're the official Empire State Building pups. I want to be the official Buckingham Palace pup.
Speaker 3I mean, you can always dream, so I'm going to start a petition, okay, okay.
Speaker 1So then after our tour. Okay, if you have never been on a Buckingham Palace tour, you better get ready to walk, because when I tell you, we have walked over nine miles a day it was so much. This is why, so they let you out this door. The garden which goes to the garden and they say and they have a sign exit this way 20 minute walk.
Speaker 1So I was like 20 minutes. So then we walk all the way to the end, which is another gate to the street, and I'm like where's this street? I don't know this street. So we say, excuse me, which way to the street. And I'm like, where's this street? I don't know this street. So we say, excuse me, which way to the front. So we know where we are. So the lady, very nice lady, goes well, if you go to the right it's prettier, but if you go to the left it's shorter. So what a tinker. And I look at each other and go left shorter.
Speaker 1So shorter meant another half hour walk. We're not, I'm not exaggerating.
Speaker 3No, it was so long.
Speaker 1It was. It was really another half hour walk.
Speaker 3I was like and this is the shorter way they made us exit at the end of the of the grounds On the back street. Yes, so it's like the back the back of the palace, but not the back of the palace the back of the grounds of the palace, but not the back of the palace the back of the grounds of the palace yeah, like we went through the gardens and yeah it was so to come back around.
Speaker 1It was so long it I'm telling you, it was so long. So anyway, we made our way there.
Speaker 3If you, if you're not, you know don't do it here yes, this is not the city for you.
London Theater Adventure and Surprises
Speaker 1No, if you're not a walker, don't come to london. If you are a walker, come to london. It's amazing, okay, anyway. So after that, we went and, um, we were going to tea. We went to tea at the langham hotel, yes, yes, and we met. Christina came with us, yes, well, she met us there. I'll let you in on a secret Christina's always late. We knew that, though, honey. Yes, exactly. So Tink and I are like I need my hot tea. Christina will be late.
Speaker 3We're like order the tea and just wait, yes, and we did.
Speaker 1And here she came, her usual 10 to 15 minutes late, yes, but that's what it's supposed to be. I know, when you're a West End diva, I get it. Yeah, and she's a diva. She does so much work here it's not even funny, okay, so anyway. So we did tea with Christina and it was fabulous. It was gorgeous, it was beautiful, but not I know you did not like it as much as the other one. You know why we didn't even do our content there? Because we like a presentation.
Speaker 1If we're going to tea at Fancy Place. You better present it nice. Yeah, so they didn't. I mean, it was plated, but it wasn't like yeah it wasn't fancy. So here, tink and I are in our pearls and our beautiful cardigans and I was like, well, that was a waste, we didn't even use them, we didn't take a photo. So then we changed our clothes, we all.
Speaker 3Christina came back to the hotel and we had special guests.
Speaker 1We had special visitors Because we have this large running around patio. Billy, who is Christine's husband, and Jeff Vader, who's their dog, met us here at our sea containers and we all were in the room hanging out. Well, guys, I was trying to get jeff to run. He doesn't run the guy. Nope, it's like dealing with tinkerbell.
Speaker 3Of course, I made good friends with him, but I was like come on, jeff because you know jeff has lived, uh, like a very you know he's in his you know relaxation time. He doesn't do playing and running.
Speaker 1And it was so funny because he'd look at me and be like, hey, what's up? And I'd be like, come on, Jeff.
Speaker 3Hey, what's up?
Speaker 1He has it for this accent now, because Jeff moved here from New York, so now he has an accent. He's like in Oliver or Sherlock Holmes and he's like Belle. I don't partake in running, I don't. I don't, you're laughing. I don't partake in running in london. This is not how we play. We just stare at each other and I will drink your water. But I do not partake. And I kept going come on, jeff, let's play. And I was running trying to get him to follow me. You were. It didn't happen.
Speaker 3And I wanted nothing to do with any of you. I just sat on him and laughed.
Speaker 1So Jeff and I just paraded around the floor. We had fun, though, and he did drink our water.
Speaker 2Tink was mad.
Speaker 1She was like get out of my room he also enjoyed our dog bed? Yes, and he has one of our blankets? Yes, he does, he enjoyed it. So we're still on Thursday.
Speaker 3It's such a fun time.
Speaker 1Everybody left and here we say, okay, we're going to our next adventure, which is another 40-minute walk. Just saying so off we go down the Thames to the right side towards the Tower of London Bridge, which, at night, wow Wild, the most beautiful bridge I've ever seen in my life.
Speaker 1And I've seen three years of bridges. Yes, you have, but this was beautiful. Anyway, we were going to the bridge theater because we saw the revival of Guys and Dolls. Guys and Dolls Now here's me. I'm like revival. That means it's an old show. I'm not so sure I'm going to like it. Tink, yeah, I didn't know if I was going to like it either. Well, it was so much fun that it was, so they made it interactive, like where, if you wanted to, you can stand.
Speaker 3It was kind of like Taylor Swift, but the smaller version.
Speaker 1Yeah, but no because people were like you became part of the show.
Speaker 3Yeah, you're a part of the show.
Speaker 1Yeah. So we didn't do that. We wanted our seats. Which when we came in they were like we want to move you and give you extra seating room. So we were like, great, yes, fabulous, fabulous, we'll take it room. So we were like, great, yes, fabulous, fabulous, we'll take it, enjoy that anyway.
Speaker 1So they call intermission in london interval. So at interval everybody buys ice cream. So everybody goes out to buy ice cream. But what's happening now? Because tinker and I are pretty good theater pups, we watch the show or we'll just relax. Now the cast spots us because we're on the first level, which is accessible to their eye level, and they spot us. So the whole show we see them waving and talking. There, they are there, they are there, they are the finale. Oh wait, interval comes. The entertainment continued. Yes, it did. There was singing, there was a tap dancer, it was wild, it was. It was like a party. Yeah, it was so much fun and they really updated the whole show. It's not like that old-fashioned annoying guys and dolls at all, it's, it's so modern so creative, so good.
Speaker 1Yes, it's a new one. So here comes the finale. What happens? The whole cast is over talking to us. They were over petting us, they were saying hi to us, so it was so fun. And the people around us were like, wait a minute, were you here the whole time? And we're like, yeah, we saw the show.
Speaker 3What do you mean? Yeah, we're here.
Speaker 1Where did you think we were? We dropped out of the sky, mm-hmm, and they're like you don't make a sound. And I was like, well, are you supposed to make a sound? We cheered, I didn't get it. Anyway, guys and Dolls, highly recommend. Amazing, so much fun. Shout out to Siobhan the house manager. Yeah, siobhan the house manager. Yeah, she was amazing. She's our bestie. She hooked us up. Yeah, thanks, siobhan. So then, after the show and they all were talking to us in the theater, we waited, because Siobhan said wait, because you're the talk of the place, everybody backstage. So some of the cast members came into the house where we were waiting, into the lobby, and said hi to us, which was really fun. And so they came up to the lobby, said hi, and then we had to start our 40-minute trek back to the Sea Containers Hotel. But we had to take another look at the London Bridge because at night, gorgeous, wow it is. I've never seen a bridge like that in my life, I know.
Speaker 3And especially at night with the London, like the gray foggy, misty sky. Yeah, it was epic.
Speaker 1The sky was kind of creepy. It was really cool over it. But I mean, I've seen a lot of bridges, but that bridge is magnificent. So anyway, we come on our journey home. We got home about again, I think, this morning maybe about one o'clock, and of course we already had to be at our breakfast appearance this morning.
Speaker 3The morning was, you know, packed Zero sleep.
Speaker 1Guys, we haven't slept in a week now, but we keep going and it's okay, we're having a great time and here we are with you. Happy Friday and I'll just say love the sea containers, thank you sea containers, love the sea containers.
Speaker 3Thank you sea containers, love the sea containers, love our Definitely recommend it. Yes, and our itinerary is the top notch and you know we've been to other teas that are in other pet-friendly hotels and there's just something about the sea containers that just Is the best Is the best. Yeah, it honestly is. I wasn't Like't walking in these other places. I wasn't regretting any. You know, I wasn't upset about it.
Speaker 1No, we've got the best hotel in London I was like I want to go back to my hotel. Yeah, and come on Sea containers. We have an indoor and an outdoor rooms, like it's guys, if you see our outdoor.
Speaker 3We have an indoor and an outdoor rooms.
Speaker 1Yeah, guys, if you see our outdoor patio, we put it on stories. Yeah, it's bigger than apartments in New York City. Yes, it is, yeah, so anyway, we're in London. That was the amazing surprise, and we still have lots in store today.
Speaker 3Lots in store, which I guess we'll leave for next week.
Speaker 1yeah, we can't tell yeah, I know you will find out next friday. Yes, we still have lots in store and I mean I've been talking so much. Do we have time to do any pop culture or pop culture? I?

Speaker 1You'll do one story. You mean yeah, I think I'll just do one story Okay, and I'll do one story, because I know guys are probably like shut up Bill. I know guys are probably like shut up, bill.
Speaker 3The biggest pop culture story, I think for this week is that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially getting divorced.
Speaker 1Yeah, I don't know why they ever got married. It's official.
London Pop Culture and Gossip Highlights
Speaker 3Yeah, but she blames him cited the reason for the divorce in the filing and she has listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split from Ben Affleck. Just two years after tying the knot, the Jenny from the Block hitmaker submitted the divorce papers on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding ceremony. She listed their separation date as April 26th. So it's been going on for a while. All the speculation was is confirmed.
Speaker 1Of course it is. First of all, nobody wants to be with her, but she's blaming him, saying it was too much to live with him and make him happy every day. He's too depressed, too depressed. He's too difficult to, too difficult. His personality when did you hear that? I read it oh okay, I read it. It was too hard, too hard, too much hard work daily. Oh, poor Jenny, poor Jenny, poor poor Jenny, jenny, don't come to London until we leave. Here's what I say about Jenny Ew. I don't like her.
Speaker 3I mean, we knew this wasn't going to last.
Speaker 1We didn't know how it got started again.
Speaker 3It's wild, it's absolutely wild.
Speaker 1Wild, but we did have to talk about the Queen. The tour has ended.
Speaker 3Well, yes, the tour has ended. I mean not the Queen of London, the Queen, queen, the European tour.
Speaker 1Yes, Taylor Queen.
Speaker 3Yes.
Speaker 1Which you forgot to say it has ended. You're supposed to start your pop culture with Taylor?
Speaker 3Well, we just talked about her for like a while before. I know because we went to the concert. Wow, it was amazing. Oh my gosh, I have to say it's worth it to go.
Speaker 1You know, don't miss it, everyone Don't miss it. But here's. I know this came so last minute that we were invited to come here, but I still can't believe I'm here. Yes, this is my first trip out of the usa. It's amazing.
Speaker 3And I'm here in london incredible containers I have to say, though, about um jenny from the block and ben affleck, that apparently they don't have a prenup.
Speaker 1Oh well, that's not going to go. Well, I know, wild, that is not a good idea, mm-hmm. Well, whatever their problem.
Speaker 3Anyway, the Queen, you know, closed her heiress to her European leg and now she's going to head back to the States.
Speaker 1Yep. Now she's going to go to the Kansas City Chiefs football games.
Speaker 3I can't wait to see what happens in the next couple weeks.
Speaker 1She's going Human. Better find our shirts.
Speaker 3It's going to be epic.
Speaker 1Epic.
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 1I'll just do one story too, okay.
Speaker 3Yeah, okay, so pop culture, here we go, I'll just do one story too, okay, yeah, okay.
Speaker 1So pop culture, here we go. Pop culture for really. Episode 34 of season 2. Okay, I thought this was just something interesting.
Speaker 1Perfume for dogs Dolce Gabbana releases new product. What Rome fashion house, dolce Gabbana has launched a new alcohol-free perfume for dogs called Fefe, in honor of Dominica Dolce's poodle. But not all vets and pet owners agree that it's safe or appropriate. Euros, which is $108, for 100 milliliters, which is 3.4 ounces, and has been certified suitable for animal use. It follows a safe pet cosmetic protocol designed to ensure a degree of safety of cosmetic products for animals comparable to human requirements. Through a compliance recognition to this protocol granted by Bureau Veritas Italia, participating companies demonstrate their sensitivity in creating products that ensure the safety and respect of the animal in accordance with established standards, the company said the statement issued for the launch of the perfume.
Speaker 1Bureau Veritas Italia is a publicly held company that provides inspection, laboratory verification and certification services. All of the dog owners consulted agree that the fragrance is gentle and well accepted by their pets, and veterinarians approve of the product. According to the company webpage dedicated to Fifi, which cites performance reviews by veterinarians and customers, but not all veterinarians agree with the use of perfume for dogs, as it may interfere with the animal's sense of smell and cover up bad odors that could be a symptom of disease. Ew, what Dogs recognize themselves by smells? They recognize a person by smell, said Federico Cuccia, a veterinarian in Rome who owns a doctorate from the University of Turamo. When the dog arrives, he sees you, wags his tail, but he first smells you and then recognizes you because you are stored in one of the smell drawers.
Speaker 3Smell drawers. Yeah, we've got drawers. I didn't know we had drawers. We've got drawers. Go on of the smell drawers, smell drawers. Yeah, we've got drawers. I didn't know we had drawers. We've got drawers.
Speaker 1Go on with the drawers. Therefore, this world of smells should not be changed, cochia added. Cochia said, becoming aware of an ongoing dermatological disease can be problematic if dogs' natural odors are covered up. In the case of sebaceous dermatitis, for instance, the smell somehow completes my diagnosis. I hope I don't have sebaceous dermatitis.
Speaker 1Anyway. So you know, whenever anyone comes out with a brand new product, there's always the naysayers that want to jump on board, just to be heard. Of course they do, but the pet owners who have purchased it love it Okay, and I think it's kind of fashionable sounding.
Speaker 3I'm not really a perfumey girl.
Speaker 1Feifei by Dolce Gabbana. No, I don't. I sneeze Mm-hmm. When some people walk past me and they have perfume, I'm like Ka-choo, what are perfume? I'm like, what are you like? So that will be my pop culture pop culture story for today.
