He's very nice, okay. We both got great checkups. And then this week we went up to Connecticut because we went to one of our favorite restaurants in the world.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 2:It's called.
Speaker 3:Georgie's.
Speaker 2:And Georgie's looks like a diner from the 50s sort of but is the best.
Speaker 3:It's the best ever.
Speaker 2:The best ever.
Speaker 3:Worth the trip, the road trip.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and here's the thing they have outdoor dining but we are allowed indoors Because they love us. They posted us on their Instagram.
Speaker 3:Yes, they did.
Speaker 2:Yes, they did. Yep, so you saw it. So Tink was having the hot tea and I was having the cold drink and yeah, so that was at Georgie's. Georgie's has the best If you're on number 95 Parkway.

Speaker 3:I know. Thank you, thank you very much.
Speaker 2:And you can tell, like I wasn't on set with Tinker because I'm not allowed if it's not my job, like Tinker couldn't come with me last week to bark, oh oh, you didn't hear that Tinker couldn't come on my shoot with me for the three days. But I could tell Tinker was being sassy, what she was giving, all that sass attitude that they wanted. I could tell wheninker was being sassy, what she was giving, all that sass attitude that they wanted. I could tell when she was like oh, of course, because I was supposed to be a high-class diva dog traveling.
Speaker 2:She was doing it In an expensive carrier. Yes, and she did it In a high-class carrier for the airlines Sass it away, Tinker.
Speaker 3:Oh, I definitely fed into that.
Speaker 2:Oh yeah, that's what they wanted and you were perfect. From what I see in the videos, yeah, what else? So I will say this yes. Big things are happening. We've got a huge thing tomorrow that we have to do. Both of us are working on in NYC for an amazing, which I will not say anything, brand.
Speaker 3:Yes.
Speaker 2:I'll give a hint Fashion, but Tink and I are both working on that tomorrow, which is Saturday, so I can't tell you anything else. You have to wait for next week's recap. But something huge happened last night. Yes, like huge.

Speaker 3:Exactly, and.
Speaker 2:I shall end my banter there, because I might slip and say things.
Speaker 3:Yeah, we can't say anything. It's wild, everyone. It's absolutely wild.
Speaker 2:I'm usually really good at keeping secrets, but some things are very hard for me to keep a secret.
Speaker 3:Yeah, this is a hard secret.
Speaker 2:And it happens so fast, like it just happened last night.
Speaker 3:Everything just happens so quickly.
Speaker 2:That I'm like oh my gosh, homie, what do we have to do? Homie, that's all I can't say anymore. You will know if I say more. I'm very excited, though, for this coming week. I'm very excited to work tomorrow. I cannot wait to work tomorrow again, and I'm just ready.

Speaker 2:Which thing Tomorrow's?
Speaker 3:work, All of it oh all of it, okay. Well, no tomorrow, no, tomorrow's amazing as well. But then the rest. We booked this a while ago. Well, no Tomorrow, no Tomorrow's amazing as well.
Speaker 2:But then the rest. We booked this a while ago.
Speaker 3:Oh yeah, this thing that's special tomorrow. But then the other thing has been a long time coming. It's been in the works for my lifetime.
Speaker 2:I will just say that, yes, am I right?
Speaker 3:Yes.
Speaker 2:Yes, and that defines it all. So those of you who really know me myself and I Belle here know this has been in the works for my whole life, mm-hmm. So if you think you're guessing, send over your guesses, because I want to see who knows me the best.

Speaker 3:I mean it's yeah, there's a lot, A lot of petty stuff, A lot of weird things.
Speaker 2:Yeah, okay, hold on. I have to share this.
Speaker 3:Okay.

Speaker 2:And random Oxnard, california, what. I don't know where Oxnard is, but it's in California.
Speaker 3:How do you spell that?
Speaker 2:Oxnard O-X-N-A-R-D.
Speaker 3:Oxnard, California. It's north of Los Angeles, north of Thousand Oaks, south of Ventura Oxnard.
Speaker 2:Welcome Oxnard, welcome all of our new followers and listeners and everything else, yeah.
Speaker 3:Oxnard is a city in Ventura County there you go. In California.
Speaker 2:There you go.
Speaker 3:Amazing, yeah, looks beautiful. Oh, thank you, california, there you go. Amazing, yeah, looks beautiful.
Speaker 2:Oh, thank you Oxnard. Then, Whoa, oh, beautiful Oxnard, Welcome there.
Speaker 3:I know.
Speaker 2:I've never been to Oxnard. You know, we've been to California quite a few times in my three years of life, but never to Oxnard.
Speaker 3:No, we did LA LA.
Speaker 2:San Diego.

Speaker 3:Hit it, tinker pop culture time to pop it. Tink. I know there's so much going on everyone yeah, well, because it was like so yes, I guess we'll talk about the queen first, because there's so many stories since last week, so many, so I guess we'll go with the first that Taylor Swift's Eros tour returned in London after foiled Vienna terrorist attack.
Speaker 1:Yes, it did.
Speaker 3:So Taylor Swift returned to the stage for her Heiress tour stop in London after canceling her Vienna shows due to a foiled terror plot. By teenagers just saying the lover songstress appeared radiant and energized as she stepped out for the first of five shows at Wembley Stadium on Thursday. She surprised the sold-out crowd with a performance with her longtime pal, Ed Sheeran, whom she introduced to the audience as being like a second brother.
Speaker 2:It's amazing.
Speaker 3:Oh my goodness To be there. The two jammed out with their guitars while singing a mashup of their songs Everything has Changed and End Game, along with Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud track. Wow, how iconic.
Speaker 2:I would have died, me too. I would have died Tonight is night, two right yes tonight would be night two.
Speaker 1:So that was night one.
Speaker 2:And did you see? I love her shirt with the British.
Speaker 3:it's like a t-shirt, oh, yes, so the night before the concert she was in London and held a huge party for her whole Arrows Tour team. Yes, In London somewhere and she wore this amazing plaid dress and the top was iconic.
Speaker 2:Beautiful.
Speaker 3:Really nice. And then she took the stage with a sequined great Britain t-shirt. Yes, I did see that too.
Speaker 2:Oh, I want both of them please. And does it come in my size? I'm a little smaller than Tink. Can I check it out? I would love to have that please. Thank you.
Speaker 3:Yes.
Speaker 2:Tink, find it for me.
Speaker 3:I can look it up, take, find it for me. I'll look it up to see if there's a style for a dog.
Speaker 2:Why we wear human clothes. Oh, that's another secret. Did we tell that secret ever?
Speaker 3:That we wear human clothes. Yeah, I think we have.
Speaker 2:Okay, never mind.
Speaker 3:I don't know Me either, but anyway, I'm not going to give any more information about the terrorists, because losers Losers Peace out. Go away.
Speaker 1:London strong.
Speaker 3:She threw an amazing wrap party in London on Monday Actually, that's when she did it to lift their spirits.
Speaker 2:The whole tour staff. Well, because everybody's a little crazy a little scared.
Speaker 3:Why are you laughing about that? Everybody's a little scared everybody's a little scared, you tinker? I mean I guess so. So she had to calm everyone down with a London pub party, yeah.
Speaker 2:I wonder if they had a spot of tea.
Speaker 1:And tea scones?
Speaker 3:No, they probably had beer.
Speaker 2:Guinness? No, that's Ireland.
Speaker 3:That's Irish. Whatever, they probably had fish and chips. Fish and chips, yeah, and beer, yeah, and called it. What did they?
Speaker 2:call it A pint. Called it a pint, they had a pint. Is that London a pint or is that Ireland? I?
Speaker 3:don't know.
Speaker 2:And they probably had it at the Black Dog.
Speaker 3:I don't know. Wait, let's look up where Taylor Swift.
Speaker 2:I honestly don't think Taylor will ever step foot in the Black Dog because of history memories for her.
Speaker 3:Okay, she threw a wrap party for the Aristar crew in London after the terrorist plot and it was at. Okay, it was at. Oh wait, come back. I hate this thing. Sometimes it was at the swanky members only club, Annabelle's, what's that?
Speaker 2:I don't know, but I know we're not a member.
Speaker 3:Oh, and she was wearing a Vivian Westwood dress from the new autumn winter 2024-25 collection.
Speaker 2:It's beautiful, Just saying. Vivian lady, send it on over.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and dog size yeah.
Speaker 2:I'm extra small and Tink is small.
Speaker 3:Wait, okay. Well, let's look up this Annabelle's place so we can get more information.
Speaker 2:It's members only. How is she? A member Like you don't live there.
Speaker 3:Oh, she became.
Speaker 2:She lived there for like four years, yes, but I don't think she would revisit, she probably became a member. You think she would go somewhere with her memories?
Speaker 3:Well, I think she's the member, not, you know, joe. She probably was paying the bill. That's her place. Yeah, she partied till 3 am.
Speaker 2:How is this woman partying till 3 am? I say I don't know what vitamins she takes, but I just don't get it. How does she do this?
Speaker 3:And it's a 2,500 pound plaid co-ord. Oh, so it's not a dress, it's a co-ord.
Speaker 2:Oh, it's a set.
Speaker 3:Yes, a matching set.
Speaker 2:I like it better. It's layers.
Speaker 3:Annabelle's is in Mayfair. It's another exclusive venue that Swift has frequented, Mayfair. It's another exclusive venue that Swift has frequented. She and Joe Alwyn were seen leaving this private club after hold on. I'm trying to read this article, they won't let me see it. What does it say? Annabelle's? Oh, they were seen leaving this club after Vogue's Bafta's party in 2019.
Speaker 1:Oh, so she went somewhere with memories.
Speaker 3:Returned to Annabelle's in August 2024 to celebrate the end of the Eres tour with her team, further cementing the club's place in her list of favorite London locations, In other words.
Speaker 2:Joe, stay out. It's Taylor's place.
Speaker 3:Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2:Wow, and that means wow. So maybe she will go to the black dog and take over that and be like joe peace out, don't enter.
Speaker 3:no, she already took it over well, I know, do you know they're?
Speaker 2:selling out of all their merch. They can't keep in the pint glasses or anything. Oh my goodness, I'm serious. They're having to reorder. It's crazy, it's amazing. Their business is popping.
Speaker 3:So Annabelle's is on Berkeley Square in London, which is kind of near Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus. Oh, and right down the block from the Ritz London oh, ooh, okay, interesting. Oh, and right down the block from the Ritz London. Oh, ooh, okay, interesting. Yeah, All right, it looks really pretty. You want to see it.
Speaker 2:Of course it's members, only it's members only, of course it's very pretty oh.
Speaker 3:Annabelle's is a London nightclub, it says on here Members only. Oh.
Speaker 2:That must be where I wonder if the Kardashians go there.
Speaker 3:If that's their membership too. Yeah, I wonder if it's, oh my gosh, this is probably part of your pop culture.
Speaker 2:But oh, look at this. Oh, it's beautiful outside.
Speaker 3:It's gorgeous.
Speaker 2:Wow, wow, is that.
Speaker 3:Christmas decorations. No, that's just normal decorations, but this is the Christmas decorations.
Speaker 2:It looks like a house.
Speaker 3:Yeah, it's really pretty.
Speaker 2:And it's in the middle of houses.
Speaker 3:Yeah, wow. Look at the inside, look at the bathroom. Oh, so cool. And how are their photos if it's a members only club? Oh, I know, I think I've seen this before on instagram bread house.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah okay very cute. Holiday times are popping at that members-only club. Wait, are you doing more about Taylor?
Speaker 3:Yes, I have. Okay, then I won't say anything. I have a couple more All right, move on. Okay, we're moving on. So this one is about our favorite man, travis, oh, okay, okay. So Travis Kelsey won't propose to Taylor Swift without an ironclad prenup in place.
Speaker 2:Yes Well, is he kidding? Like she needs a prenup from you, buddy.
Speaker 3:Travis Kelsey won't be kneeling on the ground and pulling out a ring for Taylor Swift without an ironclad prenup. There's just no way Taylor would walk down the aisle without a prenup.
Speaker 2:That's right and she shouldn't. An insider told the publication.
Speaker 3:She will not. While the pair are reportedly talking about their agreement and what it will look like, they haven't solidified anything yet. That's the end of the story, seriously. Yeah, I did see that and I was like I don't think he is needing of the prenup. I think she is because yes, because she's worth billions and he's only worth millions.
Speaker 1:And also.
Speaker 2:She has to protect those billions she has to protect those billions, but also, like her, everything she has to protect. And he is a little.
Speaker 3:I know you don't trust him.
Speaker 2:I don't trust the man.
Speaker 3:But I mean he's, but I mean he does want to sign a prenup, though Of course he does it's to his benefit to be with her.
Speaker 2:It's not to her benefit to be with him.
Speaker 3:So he'll do anything to stay with her. I know, but a prenup doesn't mean that he's just in it to get money, but he's in it for the fame.
Speaker 2:He's in it for the fame, okay, whatever you, he's in it for the fame. He's in it for the fame. Okay, yes, he is. He's an actor. Now he's in a TV show. He is it.
Speaker 3:Yes, okay. So now the biggest drama. Oh, this is the one I know, I think, from this weekend that I almost slipped and said oh yes, oh yes, it's juicy guys, juicy Multiple things.
Speaker 3:So Taylor Swift blocks Kanye West's album from reaching number one yes. Then seemingly renames alleged Kim Kardashian song for him. Yes, she did. She restyled Thank you Amy, the name of one of her tortured poets department songs to Thank you Amy, but with just a capital Y and a capital E, mm-hmm. Taylor Swift just quietly edited the song title for the release of the live version she performed in London in June, and the subtle difference is making volumes.
Speaker 2:And the Swifties are wild and speaking volumes for the Swifties. The Swifties are going wild.
Speaker 3:He must be fuming. The Torture Poets Department secured its 14th week at number one on Billboard 200 chart, preventing Yay, yay and Ty Dolla $ign's joint album Vultures 2, from reaching the top spot. Swift seemingly took a jab at the Chicago rapper, thank goodness. And then the song also has changed. Now it's just a Y and an E. Yes, wow.
Speaker 2:I love it. That's how she doesn't get mad. She gets even. I love it.
Speaker 3:Yeah, she don't mess around.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 3:Someone wrote we love a shady queen. That's right.
Speaker 2:We do. She's the best. Yeah, she's the best. I know I love it. And I wonder what he's saying right now. He must be really going crazy and angry. I know he's probably. I don't know what he's doing, but he will. I don't even know who's listening to his stuff, because I don't know his stuff at all.
Speaker 3:I don't know. And apparently, like there's a song and it talks about Travis and Taylor on it, he talks about them on the album, but I mean, I don't even bother to go listen to it because I don't want to.
Speaker 2:I don't understand that music. I'm good.
Speaker 3:I'll stay with my Taylor music. We like our Taylor, we like our country, we like our pop girlies.
Speaker 2:Yeah, we like our pop music yeah.
Speaker 3:Yeah, we like our.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's just not. He's not current enough for me.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I like current, not killing it, I don't know but I mean that's pretty intense to drop, to change the name of the song.
Speaker 2:I don't blame her because they're not good, not nice to her at all. Yeah wow all right queen I know wait, so today is day two for her.
Speaker 3:Yeah, Tonight will be day two of the Heiress Tour at Wembley Stadium.
Speaker 2:I love how she can just keep changing her costumes and make everything new each time.
Speaker 3:I know. Do you think they're all pre-made and she just picks what she wants? Or do you think she tells someone okay, make this for next week, and people?
Speaker 2:make it. I think that's what she does.
Speaker 3:No, I think she says, okay, make this for tomorrow. She has like a team of people sewing and then they go running and sewing. They go buy the material.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and they've got a two-hour turnaround.
Speaker 3:This is what I feel like wearing tomorrow.
Speaker 2:I want a t-shirt that sparkles with London flag on the front. Okay, I want it in an hour, okay.
Speaker 3:That's hilarious.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 3:Oh, my goodness. Okay, are we moving on, moving on. So that's all the queen culture we have. Yes, and have a good time, queenie, doing your Arras tour in London, London strong.
Speaker 2:Have a good time everybody. And I'm glad they've upped the security there, but you know what you don't know. I know London is very on top of the security. Though I know they're being hardcore, I don't blame them.
Speaker 3:It's the security though I know they're being hardcore but yeah, I don't blame them, it's still a little nerve-wracking, but I think I mean last night apparently was amazing.
Speaker 2:Do you know? It holds 90,000 people per show. Yep, how?
Speaker 3:How and can you and like, where are these people coming from and how 90,000 people.
Speaker 1:Well, I guess most of the Vienna people.
Speaker 3:Can you imagine the flights from Vienna to London?
Speaker 1:Holy bull mackerel boy, it must be crazy, or?
Speaker 3:just trains, trains. I think the trains are just jammed. Oh my goodness.
Speaker 2:They're probably packed with Swifties trying to get. But when the show is over, the exit must be frightening. Oh yeah, apparently At every show it's like that 90,000 people exiting at once.
Speaker 3:you know everybody arrives and people, people start to leave before karma. But like, how can you leave before karma?
Speaker 2:that's the best song karma is the guy on the cheese, like it's literally the best song. You can't, you can't leave well at the end.
Speaker 3:Even if 1 000 people leave, of the 90 000, there's still 89 000 people exiting with you so true.
Speaker 2:so I don't know, I guess they just it must take hours to leave.
Speaker 3:Yeah, so by the time you get there, because you have to be there a couple hours early- and everybody arrives different times, and then it's a three and a half hour show and then by the time you leave, you're looking at probably a 12 hour excursion At least. Minimum. How do people stay awake? Shots they must drink coffee.
Speaker 2:Shots of espresso yeah, maybe Sabine. A cup of Caffeine yes, but so.
Speaker 3:Maybe there's an espresso booth.
Speaker 2:Yes, it's just crazy to think about 90,000 people leaving and everyone says that their feet are numb.
Speaker 3:Their bodies are numb by the end Because they're standing.
Speaker 2:And do you know people's ears? For days they can't hear what. I didn't know this part. Yes, because the Swifties I've gone multiple times, all of these people that I read and they say that now they're teaching people don't scream because it doesn't help. Oh, because it, yeah, and then you lose your voice. Yeah, because people have lost their voice for like two weeks after. But they're hearing. They can't hear right for a week, so they're like, just wear plugs, you still hear everything perfectly, but they said the ringing for a week makes them all crazy, wow, yeah.
Speaker 2:And their voices, they're like she can't hear. You Don't scream. That's the lesson we're going to tell you, yeah. So, guys, if you're going, don't scream, she's not going to know it's you, and put the plugs in, because then you'll be saving your hearing. Apparently it's really bad loud. I mean not bad, but it's really loud. They said and and these swifties have gone multiple times wow, I did not know that.
Speaker 3:Yeah, this is good to know, good to know, interesting yeah, yeah, okay.
Speaker 2:Well, so there you go, moving on in pop culture Moving on in pop culture, Sorry it was kind of like the Queen episode we had taken over here.
Speaker 3:I know she really has taken over.
Speaker 2:I know, but you know she deserves it.
Speaker 3:Yeah, All right. Moving on Next, it's kind of adjacent to the Queen. Yes, justin Baldoni hires PR crisis manager amid rumors of feud with Blake Lively on. It Ends With Us set report. So, as we know, the Queen's bestie, blake Lively, has a movie out right now.
Speaker 2:Yes, we saw it. It Ends With Us. Oh yeah, you didn't talk about that in the answer. I know I told you I was just so much this. Yes, guys, this movie you got to see this movie.
Speaker 3:It was so good.
Speaker 2:So good, it's really good. Anyway, apparently the guy who's the lead opposite her became his character.
Speaker 3:Yeah, and everybody was not having it.
Speaker 2:Disassociated with him. Yes, which is really scary.
Speaker 3:Apparently Well. Justin Baldoni has reportedly enlisted the help of veteran PR crisis manager Melissa Nathan, amid rumors of drama with the it Ends With Us cast, including co-star Blake Lively. The actor and director recently hired Nathan's firm, the Agency Group, which specializes in communications, reputation management and personal publicity, the Hollywood Reporter confirmed Tuesday. Reps for Baldoni did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment. The news comes amid online speculation about a rift between Baldoni and Lively following his absence from several cast press events and group photos. And just so everyone knows. So he is the director of the film and also the lead of the film. Blake Lively is the female lead, so why he's missing from these press events photos makes no sense. Because nobody invited him.
Speaker 3:So sources previously told Page Six that they didn't exactly see eye to eye on set and the director made the Gossip Girl star, blake Lively, feel uncomfortable during filming the two star in the film adaption of Collen hoover's 2016 novel, which tells the story of a toxic and abusive romance, he became that. One industry source told us that baldoni created an extremely difficult environment for the entire cast. It's not just blake. An industry source said none of the cast enjoyed working with justin. They certainly didn't talk to him at the premiere.
Speaker 2:Whoa yeah, and this is wild. So did you see? So he hired this damage control pr company. So the first thing they put out it that they dig up is how blake lyley made this reporter almost quit her job because she was so mean to her, and that was so many years ago. But there's nothing else to dig up, apparently.
Speaker 3:So if they think that's going to help him, he better get a new PR firm, yeah, and apparently even the writer, the one who wrote the book, colleen Hoover, won't talk to him either.
Speaker 2:Nobody will. So that means, something really went on.
Speaker 3:Yes, something strange and inappropriate like, just not good.
Speaker 2:Yeah, just watch the movie though, because it's really good, I mean this is a lot of good.
Speaker 3:Like this is. I know it's not the best situation but at the same time, like it's getting a lot. There's a lot of press around this movie now A ton Like it's getting a lot of attention.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I think it's. Is it competing with her husband's crazy movie?
Speaker 3:I don't understand that movie Apparently, yes, deadpool. What is that? I don't know. It's just not for us. You know, we're not Deadpool girlies.
Speaker 2:It's a comic book, no, and that's fine. I have no idea. Honestly, I can't tell you one thing about it. I know that the dog in it invited us to go to his screening and we didn't go, but I don't understand it.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 3:I don't either, and that's just the way it is.
Speaker 2:Yeah. So, Alright, alright, you have more.
Speaker 3:Yes, I do.
Speaker 2:Oh.
Speaker 3:OK, one more kind of sad story, more an update about Matthew Perry, which I think is just oh my, this whole situation is getting stranger and stranger. First the DOJ says doctors arrested for Matthew Perry drug death allegedly text, wonder how much this moron will pay these defendants took advantage of.
Speaker 2:Mr Perry's addiction issues to enrich themselves. What?
Speaker 3:Yeah, this is not good. As California authorities continue their investigation into the death of Matthew Perry, more information is coming to light about the roles those close to him played in his demise. The nature and extent of their alleged roles were revealed by authorities at a press briefing on Thursday, yesterday, where California officials announced charges against five people in connection with perry's october 2023 death. Several charges were announced against. And then it names all the people which I'm not going to name.
Speaker 3:Yeah, um, and they claim that the five individuals knowingly supplied and administered ketamine to perry and took advantage of his addiction and tried to cover up their role following his death. Then one of them said that Perry had fallen back into his addiction in fall 2023, shortly before his death, and these defendants took advantage of Mr Perry's addiction issues to enrich their lives. And it just goes on about how one of them allegedly who is also a doctor and previously operated a ketamine clinic was contacted to obtain the substance to sell to Perry. And then, in texts, messages back and forth, they discussed how much to charge Perry for the ketamine and said that awful line I wonder how much this moron will pay. And then they replied let's find out.
Speaker 2:That is disgusting. You know. They always say surround yourself with people who help and support you. That's not helping supportive people who are providing you with drugs and taking your money.
Speaker 3:Well, and well, he didn't. He just wanted the drugs, and that's what was happening. And they knew that they could take advantage of him and he was in a very bad place, and and it's a shame, nobody of sane mind stepped in and helped him.
Speaker 3:Well then, Matthew Perry's longtime assistant was the one who administered ketamine, the shots and the dose that killed him. Yes, she gave him shots of it. It's actually him. His name's Kenneth E Wamasa. They call him Kenny. He administered the fatal dose of ketamine that killed Matthew Perry on October 28th 2023.
Speaker 2:I can't believe it was that long ago already, seems like it just happened.
Speaker 3:I know it's almost a year, in october, yeah, but he says that he did it of course he did he's he's probably feeling guilty because maybe he wasn't the bad person he pleaded guilty on august 7th to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and faces 15 years in prison when sentenced in his federal case.
Speaker 2:So he obviously feels guilty, because I mean he pleaded guilty, right exactly, and he probably told on who is involved. And that's his deal. He got 15 years. But you know what Matthew Perry's stepfather owns not owns? He has that TV show, the Unsolved Mystery Shows.
Speaker 3:So he's really on top of it, trying to get all the information, because he's a reporter and he knew that this was bad. That it wasn't just him randomly in a hot tub died yeah, that was so weird also like why did he go into a hot tub when he took ketamine? He? Didn't realize, I guess, the amount it's terrible sorry to end pop culture on a sad note, but I just thought that story is very important.
Speaker 2:it it is To talk about and it's just know your surroundings, yeah.
Speaker 3:Even if Be aware of who you're surrounding yourself with.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 3:GPS society. Yeah, Be, careful yeah.
Speaker 2:All right. Moving on to pop culture Tink.
Speaker 3:I guess we are.
Speaker 2:All right, I've got three little stories for you.
Speaker 3:I'm excited. Here we go with the first oh pup culture, here we go.
Speaker 2:Dog allegedly stolen from Canada and smuggled 2,000 miles to Wyoming reunites with his family. Oh, want to see his picture, aw. A dog from Canada has found his way back home after allegedly being smuggled to Wyoming, over 2,000 miles from his family. The miniature poodle named Teddy reunited with his owner nearly a year after he was stolen from his owner's home in Ottawa, canada. Wyoming's police department shared the dog's owner claims.
Speaker 2:Teddy, her beloved puppy, whom she was training to become a service dog, was kidnapped while she was at work in September of 2023. Everyone assumed Teddy was lost forever. It seemed impossible Teddy would ever be recovered and come home. The video notes that 10 months later, a miracle happened when the alleged thief ran a red light and was stopped by police in Riverton, wyoming, with Teddy in the car 2,000 miles away from his home in Ottawa. Whoa, officer Dan long last name, we'll skip that stopped the car driving a routine traffic stop and noticed the miniature poodle in the car. The stop led the police officer to discover that the driver had a non-extractable warrant out of Canada for allegedly taking the pup. The driver was cited on charges of meth possession and misdemeanor theft.
Speaker 2:The Riverton Police Department took the dog for a few days since the local animal shelter was closed for an event. The police department shared videos of staff members playing with Teddy while he was in their care. In the video, the sergeant at the police station helps the canine chase a toy. Okay home to Trip, who was so shocked to learn her dog was alive and well. The Riverton Police Department shared that Teddy was preparing to fly back to his home in Canada so they were going to put him on a plane. This was quite the ordeal for this little dog, but he is thriving. They said Teddy has had a grooming for his flight back home. The outreach and support has been amazing and we are so thankful for that. He arrived in Canada to reunite with his family. There we go. Teddy is safe and home.
Speaker 3:Wow, teddy, can you imagine what a journey.
Speaker 2:What a crazy journey, and for so long. Whoa yeah. So, teddy, be safe. Owner, lock your doors when you're at work Moving on. Oh, my goodness, you can't make this up. No, you can't. And here we go, demi Moore's tiny dog Pilaf.
Speaker 3:Pilaf again in the news. Who the star?
Speaker 2:takes everywhere, gets his own Vogue cover. Wait what? Yeah, so we did talk about. Pilaf, because she was trying to have him compete for the world's smallest dog and do this stuff. Meanwhile, she takes this dog everywhere, so apparently he's getting all the attention. The Chihuahua graced one of the covers of Vogue's digital cover project devoted to celebrity dogs, which also includes Glenn Powell's Brisket, who we've talked about, and Billie Eilish's Canine Shark.
Speaker 3:Oh, so this is like dogs of celebrities, like celebrities' dogs.
Speaker 2:Moore's Bran and White appears. It's 1.2 pound of glory on the cover, physically taking up a small corner of the page but filling it with personality. In an accompanying interview on Wednesday, demi opened up that the smaller than pint-sized pet she takes everywhere. The actress told the outlet her daughter Tallulah, found Pilaf during COVID and arranged for the dog to be flown to the birthplace in Thailand, from Thailand to Los Angeles to live with more. Look at the cover. How cute, the cutest thing ever.
Speaker 3:Wow.
Speaker 2:Okay, I'm a little jealous have to be honest.
Speaker 2:I know Demi Moore says she was meant to be with me and I was meant to be with her. They shared the nickname Little Mouse in reference. Hey, they even called me Mouse in reference to the pet's short stature during one of their international trips to France, where she found that people had difficulty understanding the name Pilaf. So then she became Little Mouse. Then the nickname became mouse gattier because she's always my sidekick. Demi explained in addition to france, the jet-setting dog has flown to europe 14 times, has visited broadway shows, museums, the french open art openings, restaurants with all. With demi who noted pilaf is a service dog, so she's allowed to go everywhere with me. And there she is and she does.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I know.
Speaker 2:She has been everywhere. Nobody ever takes Pilaf from her.
Speaker 3:Everyone in France didn't understand Pilaf because it's Turkish.
Speaker 2:Pilaf like rice pilaf.
Speaker 3:Yes, but they couldn't put it together that that's a name.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so they call her Mouse, which meant Mouse Couture.
Speaker 3:Well, that's like when I went to Italy, they didn't understand my name Tinkerbell.
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 3:And they called me wait. What did they call me in Italy?
Speaker 2:Oh, they called you. You told me this.
Speaker 3:Um.
Speaker 2:Um Pa-pa-pa-peat? No, no, oh goodness, I'm you told me this. Um um papi. No, no, oh goodness, I'm trying to remember. Um, they called you. Uh, I don't remember, but they did they called me something else.
Speaker 3:Now I can't even figure it out help.
Speaker 2:Was it papita? No, it was uh no it was no, it was uh hold on I know, because people can't say tinkerbell's name campanellino. That was it, campanellino yes, that's what you told me that's what they called me. Which to me is harder campanell, which is harder to say than Tinkerbell.
Speaker 3:I don't get it, but that's my name in Italian. Yeah, campanellino.
Speaker 2:Was that when you were in Venice, florence, milan or Rome?
Speaker 3:Venice is where I got the name.
Speaker 2:Yes, there you go.
Speaker 3:You know, I'm so worldly traveled.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you haven't been to 14 times, but you've been 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, maybe yeah.
Speaker 3:Eight times to Italy.
Speaker 2:I think you no, not to. Italy to Europe, oh to Europe Two times to Paris. You've been Twice to Paris.
Speaker 3:Three times to Italy, that's five. No, you went London. You went three times or four times to.
Speaker 2:Italy, that's five London you went three times or four times to Italy oh wait, no, three times because you went to. Venice, Milan, Florence and then Rome yeah, three times, and then you went twice to Paris, and then you went once to. London, and that's it right.
Speaker 3:I think so jeez Tink. Tink, keep up with you Six.
Speaker 2:Yeah, the peel-off has gone 14.
Speaker 3:Wow.
Speaker 2:Yeah, Okay, One more story. Okay, Ready, You're going to like this one. Dog surprises family by vanishing from home and then ringing doorbell camera. Upon his return, what? Knock, knock, knock. Who's there? You're missing dog.
Speaker 2:Victor, a ring doorbell camera user, was surprised when he recently found his energetic Bernese Mountain Dog buddy, who Victor thought was inside the house outside ringing the ring doorbell. What? Outside ringing the ring doorbell? What? Victor said that the shocking moment occurred after two-year-old Buddy learned to jump the four-foot fence surrounding his home in Minneapolis. In the beginning we didn't know how he was getting out. Victor says of Buddy's escape artist antics, but we finally saw him jump out of the yard and that's when we knew. On the day Buddy appeared on his family's ring doorbell camera, his owners didn't know the dog had managed to vanish from the house. He was gone for maybe 15 or so minutes before he surprised us, ringing the doorbell and waiting at the front door for it to be opened. Part of the surprise came from Buddy's new doorbell ringing skill. Victor explains that his family had not taught the dog how to use the doorbell camera so they were taken back when Buddy used the device like a pro.
Speaker 3:So he probably just, you know, watched everyone else doing it.
Speaker 2:Yeah, people ring it and he was like, oh, I'm going to try that when I get home. Yeah, so the video moment was captured by the Ring Doorbell Cam, and Buddy was wagging his tail when he appeared waiting there on his hind legs while ringing the bell. And he's back. So now the lesson is make your fence higher in the backyard.
Speaker 3:Yes.
Speaker 2:And keep an eye on Buddy. Oh goodness, but that's funny. Don't let Buddy out of your sight. I think it's a funny one.
Speaker 3:But the other lesson is Buddy knows how to get home, buddy knows how to get home so you don't have to worry.
Speaker 1:He will return.
Speaker 2:And if you're not home to answer the doorbell, I'm sure he will wait for your arrival, or you'll see it on your phone and be like yo. Buddy, stay there, I'll be home from the grocery store in ten Buddy, and that's the end of Pop Culture for episode 33, also known as 85.
Speaker 3:I've thoroughly enjoyed Pop Culture today.
Speaker 2:Thanks and I thoroughly enjoyed Pop Culture, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Speaker 3:Thanks and I thoroughly enjoyed pop culture. Thoroughly enjoyed it yeah.
Speaker 2:And here we go.
